Im Video Dehumanisation wird der menschliche Körper als fremdartig, unwirklich und surreal, abnorm und verfremdet dargestellt. Das bewegte Bild wird mit Musik kombiniert, die das fast schmerzhafte Auflösen eines gewohnten Erscheinungsbilds unterstützt. Dadurch wird das, was die Gestalt eines Menschen ausmacht, verzerrt. Er erscheint als Ganzes unvertraut, auch wenn jedes Detail problemlos wiedererkannt und eingeordnet werden kann. Die Objektifizierung des menschlichen Körpers, besonders des der Frau* , ist allgegenwärtig. Allzu oft wird von Werbung etc. vorgeschrieben, wie der weibliche Körper auszusehen hat und wie er sich zu bewegen hat. Die Entfernung vom gewohnten Körper eröffnet einen neuen Blickwinkel auf diesen.
