Day 2 sees us head inside our swim school businesses, using the data we already have to inform our decision making, our marketing and identifying who our competition really is. Coupled with this is an examination into how other industries are developing - and what we can learn from them to adapt to our industry. With our leadership and staff development taken care of on Day 1, and our business analytics on Day 2, Day 3 takes us into externalizing our business, with a focus on brand development, strategic marketing, and using strategic partnerships to grow our brand.
