Sr. Marie Cecile Bauers, OSU ’51 celebrated her 70th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Margaret Clarke Sidman ’53 lives in a stimulating CCRC associated with the University of Florida with her husband of 62 years. Margaret retired as the Executive Director of the Ronald McDonald House in Florida and spends her time with committee work, volunteerism, and leadership in the Catholic community.

Sr. Mary Lou Tadsen, OSU ’61 joined Ursuline College as a welcome desk receptionist. Sr. Martha Mooney, OSU ’63 celebrated her 60th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Sr. Susan Mary Rathbun, OSU ’63 celebrated her 60th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Sr. Carla Murar, OSU ’68 SJC retired from Ursuline College as a welcome desk receptionist.

Sr. Diane Therese Pinchot, OSU, ’68 retired from Ursuline College after 37 years. Gloria Habart Pearce ’69 is a retired principal, national director of educational networking for MultiAccess Computing Corp., founder and CEO of Pearce, Chriss & Associates, and the senior curriculum & implementation manager for Achieve3000. Gloria and her husband are proud parents of 6 children and 13 grandchildren.

Sr. Elaine M. Berkopec, OSU ’72 celebrated her 50th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Sr. Maureen Doyle, OSU ’73 SJC celebrated her 50th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Sr. Christine De Vinne, OSU, Ph.D. ’73 celebrated her 50th Jubilee as an Ursuline Sister. Linda McCauley Otto ’74 married the man who was her boyfriend when she was at Ursuline 45 years ago. They had not seen
each other in 40 years, but reconnected and married in 2018. Leslie A. Vincent ’75 established a business called Fantasy Art by Puppetina, creating fantasy art full-time and selling it at fairy festivals and renaissance festivals. Christine Haransky Garrett ’77 was selected as a finalist for the 2019 March of Dimes Ohio Nurse of the Year in the category of Educator – Health Care Delivery.

Patricia H-F Moore ’81 had an article titled “Life Goes On” published in Life Changes Magazine in August. Ethlyn McQueen Gibson, RN, ’83 MSN, ’17 DNP q was appointed associate professor in the School of Nursing at Hampton University.
Jill Delaney Byrne ’84 RN, MSN, PhD was named a HomeGrown Hero by The Plain Dealer in recognition of her patented design of a cooling vest to help surgeons stay cool in stressful situations. Byrne was honored at a reception in November and demonstrated her vest and her innovative thinking to students in a class taught by Laura (Chrow) Goliat ’79 DNP. Kathy Sabbath Oravecz ‘84, a visual arts faculty member at Fairmount Center for the Arts, was the subject of a Q+A the Center posted on its Facebook page in December 2019. The article noted that Oravecz is a teacherin-residence at the Holden Arboretum, that her watercolors are in collections across the U.S. and the Netherlands, and that she wrote and
