The architectural grade Sapphire III high lumen LED downlights are a perfect solution for lobbies, corridors, offices and conference rooms. The Sapphire III utilizes Signify® Fortimo COB LED technology for better optic control with three specified beam spreads. Beam spreads focus the light down to the work plane from high ceiling applications. The reflectors have been designed for the high efficiency (LPW) while providing low aperture brightness. The Sapphire III luminaires are proudly assembled in the USA.

SPECIFICATION
Reflector: Deep cone reflector spun from 0.050" high grade aluminum provides even illumination and visual comfort. The deep cone reflectors provide 55+ degree cut-off. NC 3-68 includes 3 studs mounted in the flange for attaching decorative glass. Decorative glass will reduce the amount of usable light by 10 to 30%, depending on the selected glass.
Reflector Assembly: The reflector assembly includes the LED optical package and heat sink mounted on top. Reflector assembly easily wires to dedicated frame with lockable quick connect.
Decorative Glass: NC3-68 is compatible with up to two decorative glass options (ordered separately). Each glass includes mounting hardware (NRA-203).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Galvanized steel new construction frame-in riveted to 0.064" steel junction box and driver tray. Plaster frame opening includes (3) “butterfly ” spring clips to hold reflector assembly in place.
Mounting: Frame-in includes two adjustable bar hangers and universal brackets that accept flat bar hangers, C-Channel (ordered separately) or rigid 1/2 " conduit. Adjustable hanger bars with captive nails, alignment foot, T-Bar slot are included on frame. Frame-in includes an adjustable deep ceiling collar that accommodates ceiling thickness from 1/2" to 2".
Minimum Clearances: Frames require a minimum of 3" from thermal insulation and 1/2 from adjacent building component.
Junction Box: Plaster frame integrated 29 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 1/2 " knockouts, four pryouts, and snap on cover. Electrical connections are made through a single junction box door. Green wire provided for installations with ground wire fed through PVC pipe conduit. Junction box connects to reflector assembly with lockable quick connect.
Thermal Protector: Phase dimming drivers require an external thermal device, which is located on the junction box; Other drivers are thermally protected.

The architectural grade Sapphire III high lumen LED downlights are a perfect solution for lobbies, corridors, offices and conference rooms. The Sapphire III utilizes Signify® Fortimo COB LED technology for better optic control with three specified beam spreads. Beam spreads focus the light down to the work plane from high ceiling applications. The reflectors have been designed for the high efficiency (LPW) while providing low aperture brightness. The Sapphire III luminaires are proudly assembled in the USA.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Galvanized steel new construction frame-in riveted to 0.064" steel junction box and driver tray. Plaster frame opening includes (3) “butterfly ” spring clips to hold reflector assembly in place.
Mounting: Frame-in includes two adjustable bar hangers and universal brackets that accept flat bar hangers, C-Channel (ordered separately) or rigid 1/2 " conduit. Adjustable hanger bars with captive nails, alignment foot, T-Bar slot are included on frame. Frame-in includes an adjustable deep ceiling collar that accommodates ceiling thickness from 1/2" to 2".
Minimum Clearances: Frames require a minimum of 3" from thermal insulation and 1/2 " from adjacent building component.
Junction Box: Plaster frame integrated 29 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 1/2 " knockouts, four pryouts, and snap on cover. Galvanized steel new construction frame-in riveted to 0.064" steel junction box and driver tray. Plaster frame opening includes (3) “butterfly ” spring clips to hold reflector assembly in place.
Mounting: Frame-in includes two adjustable bar hangers and universal brackets that accept flat bar hangers, C-Channel (ordered separately) or rigid 1/2 " conduit. Adjustable hanger bars with captive nails, alignment foot, T-Bar slot are included on frame. Frame-in includes an adjustable deep ceiling collar that accommodates ceiling thickness from 1/2" to 2".

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Galvanized steel new construction frame-in riveted to 0.064" steel junction box and driver tray. Plaster frame opening includes (3) “butterfly ” spring clips to hold reflector assembly in place.
Mounting: Frame-in includes two adjustable bar hangers and universal brackets that accept flat bar hangers, C-Channel (ordered separately) or rigid 1/2 " conduit. Adjustable hanger bars with captive nails, alignment foot, T-Bar slot are included on frame. Frame-in includes an adjustable deep ceiling collar that accommodates ceiling thickness from 1/2" to 2".
Minimum Clearances: Frames require a minimum of 3" from thermal insulation and 1/2 " from adjacent building component.
Junction Box: Plaster frame integrated 29 cubic inch 0.064" thick galvanized steel, with seven 1/2 " knockouts, four pryouts, and snap on cover. Electrical connections are made through a single junction box door. Green wire provided for installations with ground wire fed through PVC pipe conduit. Junction box connects to reflector assembly with lockable quick connect.

INTENDED USE — The CLX is a linear lighting solution that is available in multiple lengths, lumen packages and distributions. Designed for versatility, the CLX can address virtually any indoor lighting need. The CLX is also offered in standard and high efficacy configurations and capable of being continuous row mounted or installed as a stand-alone fixture. Ideal for uplight and downlight in commercial, retail, manufacturing, warehouse, and display applications. Certain airborne contaminants can diminish the integrity of acrylic and/or polycarbonate. CONSTRUCTION — Channel and cover are formed from code-gauge cold-rolled steel. Housing and lens endcaps are injection molded plastic to provide a more architectural look and feel. The endcaps come standard with a 7/8" knock out for continuous mounting but can be ordered without.
Finish: Paint options include high-gloss, baked white polyester (WH), galvanized (GALV), matte black (MB) and smoke gray (SKGY). Five-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment ensures superior paint adhesion and rust resistance.
OPTICS — Offered with acrylic lens and less lens configurations. Provides a choice of optical distributions including, wide, narrow, and aisle.

SPECIFICATION
Construction: Dead front (non-metallic) luminaire with spring clips for easy installation. Gasket included for air-tight and wet location listing without additional caulking.
Air Flow Restriction: Luminaire has factory installed gasket to restrict airflow from room into ceiling plenum to <2CFM (cubic feet per minute) in accordance with ASTM-283 Air-Tight requirements.
Junction Box: Pre-wired junction box includes quick connect to LED fixtures for ease of installation. Junction box includes two 1/2" and two 3/8" knockouts and snap on cover.

INTENDED USE — The CLX is a linear lighting solution that is available in multiple lengths, lumen packages and distributions. Designed for versatility, the CLX can address virtually any indoor lighting need. The CLX is also offered in standard and high efficacy configurations and capable of being continuous row mounted or installed as a stand-alone fixture. Ideal for uplight and downlight in commercial, retail, manufacturing, warehouse, and display applications. Certain airborne contaminants can diminish the integrity of acrylic and/or polycarbonate. CONSTRUCTION — Channel and cover are formed from code-gauge cold-rolled steel. Housing and lens endcaps are injection molded plastic to provide a more architectural look and feel. The endcaps come standard with a 7/8" knock out for continuous mounting but can be ordered without.
Finish: Paint options include high-gloss, baked white polyester (WH), galvanized (GALV), matte black (MB) and smoke gray (SKGY). Five-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment ensures superior paint adhesion and rust resistance.
OPTICS — Offered with acrylic lens and less lens configurations. Provides a choice of optical distributions including, wide, narrow, and aisle.
Models with wide diffuse lens provide up to 12% uplight. Please check the IES file for specific uplight value.
ELECTRICAL — Utilizes high-output LEDs integrated on a two-layer circuit board, ensuring cool-running operation. Optional internal pluggable wiring harness for reduced labor cost in row mounting applications. (See PLR_ ordering information on page 9.) Electronic LED driver is multi-volt input and 0-10V dimming standard (see Operational Data on page 6 for actual wattage consumption). This fixture is designed to withstand a maximum line surge of 2.5kV at 0.75kA combination wave for indoor locations, for applications requiring higher level of protection additional surge protection must be provided. CONSTRUCTION
Cylinder Cap: High quality 0.040" steel cap with universal slots to allow for direct mounting to junction box for surface mount. Incorporates all thread in the center for the installation of a cable or pendant rod kit for the corresponding mounting method. Three screws on the bottom of cap secure cylinder body to cylinder cap. (Adjustable with flathead screw drive)
Cylinder Body: 0.040" steel cylindrical body with three keyhole slots allowing body to be installed to cylinder cap. Spring brackets accept torsion wing trim springs. Four butterfly clips also accommodated for spring-less trims.
INSTALLATION
Cable Mount: Cylinder comes with 8' of field cuttable aircraft cable and offset cable (5-wire) for power and dimming. Stem Mount: Cylinder includes a swivel canopy and 7' (consisting of (3) 12" and (2) 24") of internally threaded rod. Swivel canopy is compatible with sloped ceilings with a ceiling pitch from 1/12 to 10/12.
Surface & Wall Mount: Cylinder is supplied with hardware to mount directly over junction box.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The architectural grade Sapphire III high lumen LED downlights are a perfect solution for lobbies, corridors, offices and conference rooms. The Sapphire III utilizes Signify® Fortimo COB LED technology for better optic control with three specified beam spreads. Beam spreads focus the light down to the work plane from high ceiling applications. The reflectors have been designed for the high efficiency (LPW) while providing low aperture brightness. The Sapphire III luminaires are proudly assembled in the USA.

SPECIFICATION
Reflector: Deep cone reflector spun from 0.050" high grade aluminum provides even illumination and visual comfort. The deep cone reflectors provide 55+ degree cut-off. NC 3-68 includes 3 studs mounted in the flange for attaching decorative glass. Decorative glass will reduce the amount of usable light by 10 to 30%, depending on the selected glass.
Reflector Assembly: The reflector assembly includes the LED optical package and heat sink mounted on top. Reflector assembly easily wires to dedicated frame with lockable quick connect.
Decorative Glass: NC3-68 is compatible with up to two decorative glass options (ordered separately). Each glass includes mounting hardware (NRA-203).
