Web & UX {Track}

Our UX, web and technology team is responsible for creating, designing, developing and maintaining Student Life-affiliated websites. Our team is a group of highly talented UD students who work in both an individual and collaborative environment while learning and discovering more about the broad range of user experience, web development and design. This group also manages the digital experiences throughout our spaces in close collaboration with the graphic design team through digital signage solutions.

Web & UX Skills

Each track is open to both undergraduate and graduate students of all majors.

Student interns will learn skills in:

• Graphic design for digital and web outputs (for screen displays)

• Web design, best practices and principles

Some coding experience in HTML5 & CSS

• WordPress content management system and Divi editor

• AppSpace digital content management

• Wireframing and A/B testing

• Newsletter development and design in Mailchimp

Students will interact with the following software: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Dimension, Dreamweaver, Muse), Canva and more
