Mission

The Egg experience drives internships and part-time employment opportunities for students fostering their creativity, marketing and communication skills, leadership and professional development while making services accessible to student organizations and the Division of Student Life.

We strive to offer cutting-edge, skills-based professional development centered around students exploring their creativity in preparation for a modern career.

Collaboration

Collaboration is key to success in an agency environment. Working with different agency teams, forging new partnerships with vendors, expanding your client base and developing community partners will all help foster a thriving agency.

Growth & Development

Our program focuses on our students’ creative growth and development. Marketing and communication skills such as design, photography or videography are complex and take time to learn, practice and develop.

Leadership

The creative process takes strong leadership. We teach our students how to lead and manage projects in an agency environment. Leaders juggle timelines, clients, creative assets, balance priorities, deliver quality products and later assess campaign success.

The Pursuit of Mastery

The overarching goal of our program is for students to explore many marketing and communication areas while honing in on an area of expertise they will continue to master. We solidify this with a mastery project and career-ready portfolio.
