The Yolk of the Program

The Egg Student Creative Agency is a professionally advised marketing and communication team for our clients. For our student staff, we are an experiential professional development program and creative incubator centered around communications.

Although we are a primarily remote operation, we boast a tiny headquarters in the Perkins Student Center, a hub of student life on campus, putting us in a unique position to support the Division of Student Life spaces and programs.

Using a creative agency model, we create opportunities for student internships and part-time jobs within the Division of Student Life. We extend our marketing and creative services to pursue the professional development of our student teams while enhancing individual skills.

We provide peer mentorship and creative services to Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) each semester at no cost. We take on a limited number of projects monthly on a first-come, first-served basis, capped by our team’s capacity.

We tap into Blue Hen talent like YOU and hire all of our student employees and interns through UD’s Handshake platform. We offer on-campus employment, preparing and connecting our students with internships and future employment opportunities in their field.

Once on board, you will participate in on-job learning, student group collaboration and teamwork, leading to your creative growth and professional development. After spending some time in our program, you may take on a leadership role in your chosen field of expertise, build out your portfolio and evolve your resume along the way.

The end goal is for you to become a career-ready expert in touch with your student audience all while achieving mastery of a well-rounded creative toolkit with The Egg.
