FOR OCTOBER 14

The One Love Foundation was created in honor of Yeardley Reynolds Love, a student-athlete who was beaten to death by her ex-boyfriend just weeks before her college graduation in 2010. The One Love Foundation was created by Yeardley’s parents to end relationship violence by educating, empowering and activating young people to become more aware of this cause. The workshop consists of a 40 minute film screening, and a small group discussion afterwards. In order to conduct this workshop we need facilitators to lead student-athlete small group discussions after the film. If this is something you are interested in, please contact Caitlin Callaghan at Ccallagh@uab.edu or 205-975-3096.
