PRG is a leading multifamily operating company in the United States that acquires and repositions multifamily investments across
the country. Joining their team in 2014, Mark coordinates directly with the Director of Asset Management on the activity of PRG’s Maintenance and Construction Management teams and is responsible for Capital Improvements and Project Management for the entire portfolio. Mark has been affiliated with the apartment industry for over 30 years, is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation, and a proctor for the CFC certification exam. The two-day course offer instruction in swimming pool/spa maintenance and safety. Participants will need to bring a hand-held battery-operated calculator, pencil, and paper to both classes. The exam will be administered on the 2nd day of the two-day course.
