Are you looking for a new service to offer your clients, residents and potential residents? Are you looking to become a notary public? Look no more! For those who want to become a notary public, this six-hour instructional course is mandated by the State of North Carolina. This course will provide you with an understanding of the qualifications and requirements to practice as a notary public in North Carolina. Each participant will receive the Notary Public Guidebook for North Carolina, take an exam at the end of class and complete the application for becoming a notary public.

But the slight differences in how each property type is marketed. Facilitator: Mark Peele, CAMT, is the Director of Maintenance and Construction with PRG Real Estate Management, Inc., a multifamily owner-operator firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PRG is a leading multifamily operating company in the United States that acquires and repositions multifamily investments across the country. Joining their team in 2014, Mark coordinates directly with the Director of Asset Management on the activity of PRG’s Maintenance and Construction Management teams and is responsible for Capital Improvements and Project Management for the entire portfolio. Mark has been affiliated with the apartment industry for over 30 years, is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for the National Swimming Pool Foundation, and a proctor for the CFC certification exam.

The two-day course offer instruction in swimming pool/spa maintenance and safety. Participants will need to bring a hand-held battery-operated calculator, pencil, and paper to both classes. The exam will be administered on the 2nd day of the two-day course.
