NOTICE OF BID PUBLIC NOTICE Osuna Park (Z0711A.3): Minor PAD Amendment The City of Peoria is proposing a Minor Amendment to the Osuna Park Planned Area Development (PAD). The Osuna Park PAD consists of three parcels totaling 2.23 acres. The proposed amendment would revise the PAD Standards and Guidelines Report to list the “Wedding and Reception Center” use, as described in the City of Peoria Zoning Ordinance, as a Conditional Use within one of the parcels of the existing Osuna Park PAD Zoning District. The PAD is located west of the southwest corner of 83 rd Avenue and Washington Street. The Minor PAD Amendment will be processed through case Z07-11A.3.
