Ca.Fi), a company based in Cordeiropolis, São Paulo, Brazil, has purchased a Manfredini & Schianchi dry process raw materials preparation plant to complement its two new production lines. The plant will have a production capacity of 60 ton/h and will be equipped with two P.I.G-A hammer mills, seven latest-technology vibrating sieves with pneumatic heads, a

machine, a 40 oscillating head polishing machine and a squaring machine for sizes from 300x300 mm through to 600x1200 mm. This major order bodes well for the sector’s economic recovery and further strengthens the Sassuolobased group’s presence in the Turkish market.

L’importante commessa, oltre a rappresentare un segnale positivo nel percorso verso la ripresa economica del settore, rafforza ulteriormente la presenza del gruppo sassolese sul mercato turco.

Nazceram, attualmente l’unica ceramica iraniana a produrre in continuo con la tecnologia digitale, ha chiuso di recente un nuovo contratto con Kerajet per la fornitura di una macchina digitale K700S Seiko Grey Scale con capacità produttiva fino a 70 m/min e una stazione grafica completa.
L’accordo, siglato lo scorso agosto, prevede anche l’apertura di un centro assistenza ad Ardekan nei pressi di Yazd, condotto da personale locale. L’accordo arriva a seguito del nuovo contratto siglato fra la Kerajet e la Sercer Srl che rappresenterà Kerajet, in tutto il Middle Est.

L’impianto avrà una capacità produttiva di 60 ton/h e sarà dota-
to di due mulini a martelli P.I.GA, sette vagli vibranti di ultima tecnologia con teste pneumatiche, un mulino pendolare completo di filtro di processo e tre bagnatrici Forgia MS38AL. Completano la fornitura il caricamento e miscelazione alla pressa tramite i vagli rotativi MSP1130-2003. Grazie all’investimento, Ce.ca.Fi porterà la sua produzione attuale da 2.600.000 mq/mese a 4.100.000 mq/mese.
