products prodotti SACMI GROUP At the forthcoming Tecnargilla, Sacmi will be displaying the very best of its tile, sanitaryware and brick production machinery in an exhibit space of 3,750 square metres in hall B1. For the tile sector, Sacmi will be presenting its PH3200 tile press, equipped with a CRS rapid mould change device and CE90 handling trolley. This allows for rapid mould changes of just 30 minutes and guarantees maximum flexibility in terms of both design and size, with ever smaller and more diversified batch sizes and at the same time smaller stock requirements. At its factory in Imola, the company will also be displaying an example of the new range of extremely high tonnage presses to be used with Continua technology, which now consists of around twenty fully-operational lines. The innovative RMC440 microsphere refining mill, also on display in Rimini, is capable of milling ceramic bodies down to an extremely high degree of fineness with 30% greater efficiency than conventional drum-type ball mills. In the field of dry decoration, Sacmi will be displaying two modules from its innovative DDD175 digital system for controlled application of powders onto a ceramic substrate. The system can also be used optimally with the now tried and tested Continua technology. Sacmi Molds & Dies will be exhibiting its CRS rapid changeover system, universal upper and lower bases and a new floating module created as the evolution of the traditional compensation system. Along with the new Sacmi Modular Line (SML), Sacmi Forni
will be presenting its new Hercules firing supervision and control system and the self-recovery PL7EKO burner. Sacmi Imola will also be displaying its department supervisors, the hardware and software units used for monitoring the statuses of the various machines installed in the department and for tracing and logging production. These are complemented by the Alarm Analyser for displaying and storing alarms triggered on individual machines, the Preventive Maintenance Organizer which manages and organises scheduled maintenance, and the Teleservice Internet Connection which provides real-time support by a Sacmi technician via the web. At the exhibition, Sacmi will also be displaying its new products in the field of storage and end of line presented by Nuovasima (Nuovafima and Surface Inspection brands), those of the Whiteware and Heavy Clay divisions, as well as the two partner companies: IN. TE. SA, in the digital decoration sector, and Keratech, a leader in the ceramic roller sector which will be presenting two important innovations: XXL rollers for 3850 mm wide kilns and a new roller with superior performance in terms of hot modulus of elasticity.
Il Gruppo Sacmi si presenta a Tecnargilla in uno spazio espositivo di 3.750 m2 (Pad. B1), con il meglio della propria gamma per la produzione di piastrelle, sanitari e laterizi. Nel settore delle piastrelle, Sacmi presenterà la pressa PH3200, equipaggiata con dispositivo di cambio rapido stampo CRS e relativo carrello di movimentazione CE90, che, consentendo un cambio stampo in un tempo record di 30 minuti, garantisce la massima flessibilità in termini sia di design che, soprattutto, di formato, con lotti sempre più ridotti e differenziati e al contempo magazzini contenuti. Sarà inoltre visibile, nello stabilimento imolese, un esempio della nuova gamma di presse ad altissimo tonnellaggio, da inserirsi nella “Continua”, che oggi conta ormai una ventina di linee funzionanti. In mostra a Rimini anche l’innovativo mulino raffinatore a microsfere RMC440, capace di macinare impasti ceramici a finezze estreme, che promette di raggiungere un’efficienza superiore del 30% rispetto ai tradizionali mulini a tamburo a sfere. Nel campo della decorazione a secco saranno esposti due moduli dell’innovativo sistema digitale DDD175 per l’applicazione controllata di polveri su supporto ceramico, capace di adattarsi in
modo ottimale all’ormai consolidata tecnologia Continua. Sacmi Molds & Dies espone stampi per cambio rapido CRS, basamenti universali superiori e inferiori e il nuovo modulo flottante, evoluzione del sistema tradizionale di compensazione. Per la parte termica, oltre al nuovo forno Sacmi Modular Line (SML), Sacmi Forni presenta il nuovo sistema di supervisione e controllo Hercules e il bruciatore autorecuperante PL7-EKO. Sacmi Imola presenta infine in fiera un’area dedicata ai supervisori di reparto, ovvero l’insieme di hardware e software per rilevare lo stato delle varie macchine installate in reparto, seguirne la produzione, mantenerne lo storico. A questi si affiancano l’Alarm Analyser, che consente di visualizzare e memorizzare gli allarmi originati dalle singole macchine, il Preventive Maintenance Organizer, per gestire e organizzare le manutenzioni programmate, e il Teleservice Internet Connection, per avere, tramite Internet, un tecnico Sacmi al proprio fianco in tempo reale. Presenti in fiera anche le novità per lo stoccaggio e fine linea presentate da Nuovasima (marchi Nuovafima e Surface Inspection), quelle delle divisioni Whiteware e Heavy Clay, oltre alle due aziende partner: IN.TE.SA, nel settore della decorazione digitale, e Keratech, leader nel settore dei rulli ceramici che presenterà due importanti novità: i rulli XXL per il forno a bocca 3850 e un nuovo rullo ancora più performante sotto il profilo del modulo elastico a caldo.
Il 2012 vede il lancio di alcune novità sulle macchine grandi formati già in produzione alla Ferrari & Cigarini, quali la MTP 1300 e la MTP 1600, nonché il lancio della MTP 2100.
