PLASMA TABLE Operates crane with confidence (see Operator Training and Certification form) Understands how to check and manage the Tru-Kut Plasma Table water levels Understands how to power on/off plasma table Follows process to turn on Air Compressor, Air Dryer, and Air Supply Understands how to turn on (oxygen/nitrogen) gases and read regulators Understands how to turn on Plasma Controller Follows process of checking coolant levels Understand how to “home” machine Confidently check and change plasma consumables (diagram available) Knows what consumables to use for different plate thicknesses Follows process to load program for cutting Understands how to do a plate alignment Understands how to start the cutting program Checks templates and parts for correct dimensions Interpret orders acknowledgment and diagrams Operate tumbler to clean plasma cut parts
