Ladies Speedway Day 2021 - Saturday July 10th Q By Alan Critcher Ladies Days at Iwade in 2019 in addition to the speedway activities saw the introduction of Solo Trials Bikes for the first time. It's true to say, that this was a popular decision and as a result, several Trials Practice Days have since taken place, solely for ladies we have met through the Ladies Days. Variety is a popular feature!! Flat Trackers are also part of the Day too. Also popular from the very beginning has been the opportunity to have a Passenger ride (Taxi Ride), on a variety of Sidecars. With the addition of two different types of Sidecar for the next Ladies Day, we hope you can't wait to come along and try it!!!! (Note:- LH & 500cc originally + RH and Trials as an addition) Although there is still some uncertainty over events this year, we still have the intention to have a Ladies Day if at all possible, even to have it in September if necessary. There will be many opportunities to try a range of motorcycle disciplines on the day. If you have never actually ridden a bike before, do not worry, as you will receive excellent tuition on the day. Also anyone who wants to enter this year, is more than welcome to contact me and I will prepare a Provisional Entry List, with no obligation at this time.
The day following Ladies Day July 11th Iwade Speedway Club will be holding an Anniversary Meeting for Speedway Bikes. Any Ladies with their own Speedway Bikes, are encouraged to enter and make a weekend of it. For those who have never attended previous Ladies Days, may have no idea what goes on.
