The Dawson Bus Dawson’s mobile recruiting center - a 40’ custom motor coach. We can host job fairs virtually anywhere to make it more convenient for our job seekers and to expand our footprint. It also doubles as a mobile billboard while traveling throughout the region. Award-Winning Marketing Team Dawson has invested in an internal marketing team, led by the Vice President of Marketing and includes a Creative and Commuxnications Strategist, Marketing Coordinator and a Graphic Designer – all dedicated to client, job seeker, colleague and community support. Our marketing team rivals the capabilities of national firms, at a local level. This is a key differentiator for Dawson that allows us to maximize our exposure and target qualified job seekers in the Central Ohio region. Career Kickstart Career Kickstart, our tuition reimbursement program benefits students who are working and going to school. This has proved to be successful not only for our student workforce, but for our clients as they have experienced lower turnover rates with students enrolled in our program. We are also piloting internship and mentorship programs at both the high school and college levels to allow students the opportunity for work-based learning and to build a workforce pipeline for our clients. Additional partnerships exist at the high-school and college levels where curriculum is designed to meet the needs of our business partners.
