What a fantastic year it’s been for the venue, with more tickets sold than ever before, more sell out shows, and most importantly – smiling faces, fun and laughter all around. It’s always so good to see our regulars coming back for more, but also, so many new faces over the year, many of whom are now becoming regulars too. We love meeting you and sharing laughs with you, so thank you joining in the fun with us.
We’ve been busy putting a new programme of shows together, with the usual mix of old and new. You’ll find several returning favourites and a nice selection of brand-new shows. But as always, keep an eye on the website as we may drop in one or two more that didn’t make it in time for this brochure.
We’re also very proud to be involved with Fleet’s first outdoor music festival on The Views. With 7 bands/acts and one of our favourite comedians as compere, it’s a fantastic lineup and great value for money. It’ll also give you a chance to try out some of the bands who’ve previously played at The Harlington and will be in the future. Whatever you choose to see, we’re always grateful for your support. We look forward to welcoming back friends both old and new, so come and see us soon for a warm Harlington welcome & good times.

Marc Bolan, with his band T.Rex, was one of the most flamboyant and charismatic stars of the original glam rock era. It’s hard to believe that 40 years have now passed since Marc’s tragic fatal car accident and fans have mourned the loss of a truly individual, inspirational talent ever since. Bolan’s special ingredient of Rock-a-Boogie songs including ‘20th Century Boy’, ‘Get it On’ and ‘I Love to Boogie’ have ensured that Marc Bolan and T.Rex have become one of the most memorable and enduring bands of the seventies.
T.Rextasy have now been performing around the world for over 20 years, a career that ironically outlives Marc’s very own T.Rex. They have become widely accepted as the world’s only official tribute show dedicated to Marc Bolan & T.Rex, and the only band endorsed and approved by Marc’s family, estate and catalogue management, not to mention original members of T.Rex. The band has been described by many as ‘beyond the boundaries of tribute’.
‘They’re the closest you’re ever going to get to the real thing’
Bill Legend (original T.Rex drummer)

An American band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2000. They perform bluegrass cover versions of rock songs and original songs of a mostly satirical or absurdist nature in a self-created musical genre which the band calls “Rockgrass”.
The story goes that Barley Scotch (aka John Wheeler) stumbled across a collection of vinyl records by a group he had never heard of called AC/ DC. He took the records back to town and played them for his buddies.
The boys set out to record some of these new songs in their own mountain music style, the way the Good Lord intended, and thus was recorded the first Hayseed Dixie album, “A Hillbilly Tribute To AC/ DC”. Much to the surprise of everyone involved, this debut album proceeded to sell more than 200,000 copies in its first year. So, the boys hit the road in the Summer of 2001 to play some live shows, chase some women, and drink some beer and whiskey. And they haven’t stopped since.
Hayseed Dixie have released a further 16 studio albums of hillbilly re-workings of rock, pop and metal songs as well as many originals. Accept no imitations!

The Legacy Continues...
In answer to overwhelming support, former members of John Coghlan’s Quo Mick Hughes, Rick Chase, Pete Mace and Russ Chadd have reformed under the name of QUO CONNECTION in order to begin the next chapter carrying on the legacy of Status Quo and John Coghlan.
JCQ had been in existence for twenty-five years in various forms, and their final gig with John Coghlan on the 24th of September 2022 was quite aptly played at Butlin’s in Minehead where the Quo story first began.
Playing many of Quo’s hits plus some incredible album tracks, Quo Connection are eager to bring their high-octane show to The Harlington, Fleet!
