Have we got a treat for you, with a programme bursting with shows – the favourites are back of course, alongside more first timers than I can remember. And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve expanded on our ever-popular Harlington party nights and gone BIG!! It’s what we’re being asked for and we have delivered…
We start warming up on St Patrick’s weekend (as the day itself falls on a school night) with the UK’s leading tribute to The Pogues. This is a real party band, so expect the beer to be flowing and laughs a-plenty! Then it’s our (always sold out) Abba Fever night, but with a full party makeover. Not only will you see one of the most successful touring live Abba productions in the UK and Europe, but we’ve added a DJ playing all the cheesiest party tunes until midnight. This will be another legendary Harlington party, guaranteed!
Then prepare for the feel-good Karaoke party that’s sweeping the nation, the one and only Barrioke starring Barry from Eastenders. But we’re not finished yet – get your posse together to welcome Welsh hip-hoppers Goldie Lookin Chain to Fleet for the first time. But make sure you reserve some energy for our big end of season party, as Studio 236 presents THE Funk & Soul Classics Party with City Funk Orchestra and vocalist Chanelle Aristide performing her Miss Motown set plus DJ until midnight. What a top-class lineup to launch our new brand of Soul & Funk nights which we’re tipping to take Fleet by storm!
This is all just the tip of the iceberg, so whatever you choose to see, we’re always grateful for your support. We look forward to welcoming back friends both old and new, so come and see us soon for a warm Harlington welcome & good times.

Marc Bolan, with his band T.Rex, was one of the most flamboyant and charismatic stars of the original glam rock era. It’s hard to believe that 40 years have now passed since Marc’s tragic fatal car accident and fans have mourned the loss of a truly individual, inspirational talent ever since. Bolan’s special ingredient of Rock-a-Boogie songs including ‘20th Century Boy’, ‘Get it On’ and ‘I Love to Boogie’ have ensured that Marc Bolan and T.Rex have become one of the most memorable and enduring bands of the seventies.
T.Rextasy have now been performing around the world for over 20 years, a career that ironically outlives Marc’s very own T.Rex. They have become widely accepted as the world’s only official tribute show dedicated to Marc Bolan & T.Rex, and the only band endorsed and approved by Marc’s family, estate and catalogue management, not to mention original members of T.Rex. The band has been described by many as ‘beyond the boundaries of tribute’.
‘They’re the closest you’re ever going to get to the real thing’
Bill Legend (original T.Rex drummer)

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 21ST

An American band formed in Nashville, Tennessee in 2000. They perform bluegrass cover versions of rock songs and original songs of a mostly satirical or absurdist nature in a self-created musical genre which the band calls “Rockgrass”.
The story goes that Barley Scotch (aka John Wheeler) stumbled across a collection of vinyl records by a group he had never heard of called AC/ DC. He took the records back to town and played them for his buddies.
The boys set out to record some of these new songs in their own mountain music style, the way the Good Lord intended, and thus was recorded the first Hayseed Dixie album, “A Hillbilly Tribute To AC/ DC”. Much to the surprise of everyone involved, this debut album proceeded to sell more than 200,000 copies in its first year. So, the boys hit the road in the Summer of 2001 to play some live shows, chase some women, and drink some beer and whiskey. And they haven’t stopped since.
Hayseed Dixie have released a further 16 studio albums of hillbilly re-workings of rock, pop and metal songs as well as many originals. Accept no imitations!

Brave Rival are the fast-rising, rip-roaring, rock and blues juggernaut ready to take their place in the upper echelons of British Rock Hierarchy.
Since their inception in 2019 and having played The Harlington for the first time only months later, Portsmouth based Brave Rival have delighted fans and critics alike with their modern take on classic rock vibes. This culminated in the release of their 2022’s debut ‘Life’s Machine’ featuring a dozen nuggets of sharp melody and emotive playing.
Brand new album ‘Fight or Flight’ takes elements of their debut and cranking it up several notches. This mind blowing album is set to take the world by storm as Brave Rival hits the road this Summer with a relentless tour schedule. With comparisons to the Wilson sisters from Heart, as well as legends like Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac, the DNA of the aforementioned bands flows through Brave Rivals veins.

The hits earned their place in pop history.
From Poison Arrow to The Look Of Love, from All Of My Heart, and Be Near Me, to When Smokey Sings, ABC were the band that redefined glamour and cool. Led by the charismatic Martin Fry, they enjoyed TransAtlantic success as The Lexicon of Love proved as artful as a Warhol silkscreen, and glossier than Marilyn’s lipstick.
ABC’s The Lexicon of Love was a brilliantly distinctive debut album, fizzing with bright ideas, and unapologetically flamboyant. Frontman Martin Fry harked back to a golden era of luxe, as though Cole Porter had been re-imagined among the narrow streets of Sheffield. Little wonder his sleek, opulent, and beautiful debut retains the affection of listeners four decades on. With good reason, it has stood the test of time. And so has Martin Fry, who will bring an evening of stripped-back music and conversation to UK theatres in celebration. His intimate tour follows a sold-out tour of the UK, which included three sell out nights at London Palladium, and coincides with the publication of his autobiography.
That’s the look, that’s the look… The Look of love.

The Box Office is open Monday - Saturday between 10am - 2pm (closed Wednesdays) and is open later on performance days. Tickets can be purchased at any time via the website (fees apply).
A £1.00 per ticket fee is charged to all telephone and counter sales to cover the rising cost of administration, Box Office and banking costs. Online fees are also charged at £1.00 per ticket. Tickets can be posted for £1.50 postage fee if requested.
Once purchased, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets unless an event is cancelled.
We can reserve tickets for up to 3 days. Restrictions do apply closer to the date of a performance, when an event is near to sell-out, or at a producer/promoter’s request.
Under 18s are welcome to attend the majority of our shows when accompanied by an adult. This is left to the discretion of the parent/guardian. Some performances do carry a suggested age limit as we feel they are not suitable for a younger audience. If in doubt, please check with the Box Office.
It is the nature of some events that audience members will stand /dance. Refunds will not be made on these occasions but we may be able to re-seat you if you speak to a member of staff.
The Function bar is open before the show and during the interval. There is an additional bar inside the auditorium which is open throughout and after most cabaret shows.
Our performance spaces, bars and toilets are all accessible. To ensure a comfortable visit, please inform our staff at time of booking if you require any further assistance.
Join our mailing list through our webpage for information on forthcoming events or special offers. You can also call the Box Office on 01252 811009. We won’t share your details with anybody else.
We’re always looking for good team members for a variety of roles within the venue. If you’d be interested in joining us as a member of show staff, or would like to see shows for free and support your community venue as a passionate volunteer we would love to hear from you!
