Early Departure Policy

In case of an early departure, 24 hours’ notice of the revised departure date is required to avoid a one-night penalty.

Electricity

The electrical voltage at The Eldred Preserve is 120V, 60Hz, A/B plug type. Please contact the Front Desk for European adaptors or transformers.

Emergency: Fire Or Medical

In case of fire or medical emergency, dial 911.

Emergency: Security

Emergency evacuation instructions are located on the back of your guest room door. Please refer to the “Emergency + Security” section in this directory for emergency instructions and information about keeping your valuables safe.

Extra Bed/Crib

The hotel does not offer rollaway beds or cribs.

Fire Pits

Multiple fire pits are available for enjoyment (weather-permitting). To use the fire pits at The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge, please ask the waitstaff; to use the fire pit at The Bradstan Boutique Hotel, please ask the Front Desk.

We offer warm and comfortable blankets at the Front Desk upon request on a first come, first serve basis.
