Room Key/Electric Card

Room keys are RFID and do not have guest information programmed into them. If you lose your key or have any other issues accessing your room, contact the Front Desk for assistance.

Room-to-Room Calls

To call another room, please dial "8" followed by the room number you wish to call. For example, if you wish to call room 31, dial "8" followed by "31 " For single-digit rooms, please dial "80" followed by the room number you wish to call.

Shuttles

Shuttle service is available for group transport to local attractions including, but not limited to, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Resorts World Catskills. Reservation required prior to check-in (additional cost applies). Please contact the Front Desk for assistance.

Smoking Policy

We are committed to the health and safety of our guests which includes maintaining a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana, are prohibited within the buildings. Tampering with a smoke detector in any way is a crime and you may be charged with reckless endangerment to the property. Any indication of a violation within the guest room, or public space, will result in a $400 charge, and you will kindly be asked to leave the property.

Guests are encouraged to notify the Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. Several Designated Smoking Areas are provided outside and away from the building.

Tap Water

There is no harm in using tap water for brushing your teeth, taking a shower, or general consumption.
