Parking

Complimentary parking is available for all registered hotel guests outside their respective buildings. The hotel is not responsible for items left in vehicles on The Eldred Preserve property.

Payments

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation (pre-authorization may be required). All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).

Pets

For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations possible, pets are not permitted. Only service animals that meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act will be allowed on the property.

Picnic Tables

Picnic tables are located throughout the property, and are offered on a first come, first serve basis without reservation.

Pool/Fitness

Our pool is available to guests from 8 a.m. to dusk. Towels are located at the pool. Our modern fitness equipment is available for you 24 hours a day. Towels are available in the fitness area. The hot tub is available for guests ages 16 + older. Please refer to the “Pool + Fitness” section in this directory for rules and regulations.

Reading Material

Multiple books are in the Hotel Lobby, and are available for your enjoyment throughout your visit. We ask that you return any borrowed materials to the shelves or to the Front Desk upon your departure.
