Local/Long-Distance Calling

We offer free calling to the continental U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Lost Property

Any items left behind by hotel guests will be kept as lost property for up to three months. After that time, any unclaimed items will be disposed of. In the event of any significant items being left at the hotel, we will contact the guest when possible; however, we do not accept any liability for the security of items left in the hotel under any circumstances Guests are responsible for any shipping costs related to the return of lost items.

Luggage/Luggage Service

Our team is available to assist you with your luggage at anytime

Contact the Front Desk if you wish to leave your luggage to be collected at a later time.

Maintenance

If something is not in working order, please contact the Front Desk.

Massages

Massages must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Please call the Front Desk for availability.

Meeting/Event Rooms

Please contact the Director of Sales and Events to book the meeting room or event room at events@theeldredpreserve.com.

Noise

If returning to your accommodation late at night, please show consideration to other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
