Check-In

Check-in is no earlier than 4 p.m. Early check-in is at the discretion of the hotel, and is based on the availability of your room. Call the Front Desk to make your request, or ask the Front Desk staff when you arrive There is no early check-in before 2 p.m.

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11 a.m. promptly. Please contact the Front Desk for availability of a late check-out. You may request the Front Desk to keep your luggage until your departure (after having checked out no later than 11 a.m.). There is a late check-out fee of $100 per hour if guests are still in the room after 11 a.m. without prior approval.

We offer every guest the possibility of an express check-out. Please contact the Front Desk for detailed information.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas at The Eldred Preserve.

Coffee/Tea

Coffee and tea are complimentary throughout the day in your room and in the common area of the Inn, and are replenished on a daily basis. If you require replenishments prior to your room being serviced, please contact the Front Desk.

Comfort Items

Should you require additional comfort items, such as blankets, pillows, bath towels, etc., please contact the Front Desk.
