Feeling & Looking Healthy at Any Age
This year, Members and Customers were introduced to AIM’s first nutricosmetic: BioVivify. This dietary supplement connects to a new global trend: taking supplements orally to enhance the appearance and function of skin, nails and hair as an adjunct to cosmetics. But the nutricosmetic ingredients have to be scientifically proven to be effective, an essential determination in the research and development of BioVivify before its release.
This global trend that stems from the beauty industry is also moving away from anti-aging toward the notion of pro-aging. Over 70 percent of 7,000 women surveyed in seven countries came to this realization through a pandemic-induced sense of life’s fragility and a new appreciation for getting older.
It’s an enlightened concept to be sure. Instead of trying to look younger as they age, women are more concerned with having healthy-looking skin that radiates inner wellness. This change has created a focus on ingestible beauty, using nutricosmetics such as BioVivify to make visible improvements from within.

The fact is that BioVivify and all of the other AIM products have been introduced over the past 40 years to help people improve and maintain their health so that they feel and look healthy at any age.
Whole-food nutrition such as BarleyLife and CoCoa LeafGreens continues to work inner wonders for whole-body health. AIM offers natural health products for specific health improvements, including CalciAIM
for bones, CellSparc 360 for the heart, Herbal Fiberblend for the digestive system, GinkgoSense for memory and vision, Proancynol 2000 for the immune system and Composure for stress relief.
And long before the concept of nutricosmetics came into being, AIMega was frequently described as an internal cosmetic that promotes healthy skin. With the addition of BioVivify to the product lineup, the trend at AIM is simply to continue supporting inner and outer wellness.
By 2030, sales of nutricosmetics are projected to reach nearly 16 billion U.S. dollars. The uniqueness of BioVivify will help Members to grow their AIM businesses into this future.

BioVivify’s Amino Acids and Vitamin C
The key ingredient in BioVivify is astaxanthin, a potent antioxidant sourced from pure microalgae grown in freshwater. Research on its benefits for skin function and structure continues to grow.

Adding the amino acids L-proline, glycine and L-lysine as well as vitamin C to the BioVivify formulation increases this dietary supplement’s unique benefits for skin. That’s because the ingredients work so effectively together. To understand why, it’s important to know a bit about the function and structure of collagen.
Collagen Basics

BioVivify 6685E, $33.00 M, $35.00 C (CAN 6689E, $34.00 M, $36.00 C)

Collagen is the most plentiful protein in your body, and proline and glycine are its dominant amino acids. Collagen’s fiber-like structure creates the connective tissue that joins other body tissues.
As a major component of bone, cartilage, muscles, tendons and skin, collagen provides resilience and strength. It allows the stretching of your skin like an elastic for something as simple as smiling.
Factors that decrease collagen production include alcohol consumption, smoking and sun exposure along with insufficient exercise or sleep. The aging process is an inevitable cause of reduced production of collagen in the body.
Collagen Synthesis
Fibroblasts are the cells in your body that synthesize and secrete collagen proteins. BioVivify’s proline and glycine are essential compounds for the triplehelix structure of alpha chains that form collagen.
To complete the formation of collagen, the alpha chains need to hydroxylate. This process requires vitamin C, an essential antioxidant for the BioVivify formulation.

The third amino acid in BioVivify is lysine, which is required for the cross-links that join collagen proteins after exiting fibroblast cells, generating the tensile strength of collagen.
BioVivify’s amino acids and vitamin C work synergistically with astaxanthin to increase collagen synthesis in your body.
A Healthy Nutrition Plan
Health and nutrition are intrinsically connected. Your daily nutritional choices have an effect on your state of wellness or illness. The foods and beverages you ingest affect your entire body and its trillions of building blocks: cells. Wholesome nutrition creates and sustains healthy cells.
To assist you in achieving and maintaining your health goals, it’s useful to have a nutritional plan in mind. Take into consideration the nutrients your body needs on a daily basis, the phytonutrients that support internal health care and the sources of calories required for energy as well as any weight-management objectives. A healthy nutrition plan will help lower your risk of health conditions and keep you on the path of wellness.
Start with the Plant Kingdom
A diversity of whole, plant-based foods is the healthiest place to begin: beans, fruits, grains, legumes, lentils, nuts, seeds and vegetables. Familiarize yourself with the varieties available in your neighborhood. Be willing to

try different things and new ways of preparation and cooking.

Foods from plant-based sources provide you with the nutrients (carbohydrates, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins) your body needs and a multitude of phytonutrients that have been shown to support good health. As part of your healthy nutrition plan, supplement your plant-based intake with the nutritional abundance in whole-food powders such as BarleyLife , CoCoa LeafGreens and RediBeets.
Eating a wide variety of foods from the plant kingdom can supply your requirements for protein, a macronutrient needed for building muscle mass. Roman gladiators ate primarily vegetarian diets, and just think about the physical demands on their bodies. ProPeas supplements your intake of this macronutrient with a vegan source of protein from peas.

If you enjoy eating meat, choose lean and avoid red for sources of animal protein. Fish is also a good protein source but select those that are rich in omega-3, a type of fat that is absolutely essential for healthy cells.

The fact is that fat is an essential nutrient, but you have to be choosy about the kinds of fat you get from food. Focus on monounsaturated (e.g., almonds, avocados and olive and sesame oils) and polyunsaturated (e.g., fish, walnuts and sunflower and flaxseed oils). For supplemental healthy fats, AIMega gives you plant-based omega-3 and -6 (polyunsaturated) and omega-9 (monounsaturated).
Avoiding unhealthy fats and sugar is a major part of a healthy nutrition plan,

especially for maintaining an ideal body weight. That means not consuming ultraprocessed foods and beverages that include sweetened breakfast cereals, cookies, packaged soups, potato chips, soft drinks and fast foods, all of which are very low in nutrients and very high in calories.
It can be challenging to stick to a healthy nutrition plan, but it’s worth the effort, which will become easier as time goes by and the healthier you feel.
Healthy Eating Can Be Fun!
One of our daughters, Julie, is an NMD who encourages living a healthy lifestyle. To our surprise, she made a “picture” of us, knowing how we really like our fruits and veggies along with our AIM Garden Trio
Garden Trio® 5565E, $116.00 M, $124.50
(CAN 5565E, $120.50 M, $128.75
In the photo taken at Julie’s home, you can see Pat's carrot legs, eyelashes, carrot top, green hair and cauliflower and carrot dress with a cucumber belt. Bob's nose and mouth are strawberry with cauliflower teeth.

His shirt is cauliflower and his trousers and belt are cucumber with a raspberry buckle. Our eyes are “angel” eggs with olives and carrots. Take note that Bob is pictured on roller skates because our daughters know we are very active even though we are in our 70s. BarleyLife gives us stamina. We so appreciate all of Julie’s creativity and the love she put into the vibrant picture.
Before leaving their house, we munched down on healthy food. Everything was organic and fresh. What a feast and labor of love.
We appreciate AIM and our Member partners for health. We enjoy the relationships and seeing the positive effects as they use the AIM products.

Five Generations

I am very fortunate. I have a beautiful family, a career I love and, most importantly, I have a healthy body. My healthy lifestyle isn’t something I stumbled upon. It is something that has been passed down for generations, and it’s an idea that will continue to be taught.
My great-grandmother, Hazel Thompson, lived to be 105 years old because of her healthy lifestyle choices. She took BarleyLife on a daily basis for the last 12 years of her life. My grandmother, Pearl Williams, overcame serious health issues. She continues to take many of the AIM products today.

My mother, Debra Pugh, turned to some of the AIM products during her pregnancy, She has been taking AIM nutrition for almost 30 years.
I have a long lineage of strong women who woke up every day and made their healthy lifestyles a priority. It is a choice that you have to work hard at, but the AIM products help make that choice easier.
I can remember being young in the early 2000s and taking the Garden Trio when I was at the breakfast table getting ready for school.
In 7th grade, I began running cross country, playing basketball and running track. If I skipped my morning BarleyLife, I could tell I wasn’t fast enough that day. It even played into my academics. If I missed my BarleyLife, I could tell my mind was foggier, and it was harder to focus in class. As I grew older, Proancynol 2000 and FloraFood were also added to my morning routine.
I’m a middle school English teacher now, and my choice of AIM products still gets me through my day. I still take
BarleyLife in the morning to give me the energy I need to handle my students.
There are mornings when the students are extra rambunctious, I reach into my desk and take Composure to help relieve some of my frustration. I can literally feel the stress and anger leaving my body.
Some mornings, the “old ladies” are invited to play basketball with the varsity girls team. I make sure to take Peak Endurance and double up on BarleyLife to get through my class day. The first few mornings I make sure to douse my knees
Shared by Natalie Lopez, AIM Preferred Member in Sunray, TexasUsing AIM Products
and back with Magnificence CWR so that I can continue to play.
When I began breastfeeding after I had my son, the BarleyLife helped me keep up my milk supply, and it still helps my hair grow thick and curly.

When I was growing up, some days would be a fight to get me to take my AIM products. I was young and didn’t understand yet, but as an adult, I can see the full picture. Being a mom, I understand why my own mother chose to pick that battle every morning. She was instilling in me the healthy lifestyle choices that she, my grandmother and my great-grandmother had made every morning. Now it is my turn. I am able to instill those healthy lifestyle choices in my own son. He drinks BarleyLife in the mornings from his sippy cup and loves it.

There are now four living generations that take the AIM products: my grandmother, Pearl Williams, my mother, Debra Pugh, me and my son, River Lopez. I was taught from a young age to put things

in my body that are healthy for me. That has carried over into my adult years. I can only hope the same for my own child. I hope that I can instill a love for healthy living and an understanding of why we decided to live this way.

Healthy living is a choice. It’s an option that generations before me chose, and it’s a choice that I will continue to make every day for my family by using the AIM products.

Seasonal
The Harvest Season
The hard work of farmers and farmhands everywhere culminates in a season of harvest, when the fruits of their labor are ready to be picked and distributed, providing nutrition from fruits and vegetables as well as a multitude of seeds from plants, including nuts from trees, grains from grasses and beans from legumes.
Whether crops of apples or mangoes growing on trees or rows of beets or yams rooted in tilled soil, the diversity of the plant kingdom produces a vital source of food for the world’s population.
It is during the harvest season that the freshest fruits and vegetables become available, so it’s the perfect time to take advantage of this wholesome food at its best. If you are able to shop at local farmer’s markets, all the better.

Getting plentiful nutrients, phytonutrients and fiber from healthy, plant-
based meals supports your immune system, reduces inflammation and helps you maintain a healthy weight, all of which are positive factors that promote and sustain your well-being. When you choose to make your dietary intake primarily plant-based, it’s as though the harvest of these foods delivers a harvest of health benefits.
The AIM Companies™ has always emphasized the importance of this dietary choice when integrating the AIM products into your personalized health-care program. Taking advantage of supplemental nutrition from a variety of AIM’s whole-food powders and natural health products is like giving your body a well-being bonus.
It’s AIM’s mission to improve and maintain your health with a harvest of natural products made available for every season of your life.

The AIM Companies’ home base for informative video productions is the aimusers channel on YouTube: AIM Nutrition, which features InfoClips, a new AIM video series. The ever-growing popularity of watching YouTube videos has made this platform one of the giants of social media, having 2.2 billion monthly active users.
AIM Video History
Since 2006, AIM has developed its YouTube channel with videos about AIM products, testimonials and training, updating this audio-visual content through the transitions that are a regular part of business growth.
Members will likely recall a variety of product video collections over the years, including AIM Products Snapshots and AIM - Proven Products. As useful as they were, these instructive product videos were phased out with the rebranding of AIM in 2020.
Back then, AIM’s video department was already at work creating a series of useful clips called AIM Products –The Essentials, with individual aspects of AIM’s products explained by none other than AIM’s Quality Assurance department personnel. The series is still relevant, useful, and available on AIM’s YouTube channel – and you may see more added to it.

New AIM Video Collection
In August 2022, the AIM InfoClips series was launched with the individual release of BarleyLife and BioVivify videos, featuring the very first and very latest AIM products. This new InfoClips collection is named after the everpopular product infographics that are available on the AIM website.

InfoClips are drawn from three sections of the AIM datasheet to create short videos that provide concise, complementary product information. Each presentation features a product summary, the key benefits and features and the uniqueness of each natural health product.
Like all of AIM’s audio-visual creations, InfoClips are great sales tools that can easily be used by Members in emails and across all social media platforms to share information about the AIM products with others. It’s a good idea to become familiar with the Share button and ways you can use it. More videos will be added to the AIM InfoClips collection over time, so stay tuned for more!

No Stopping Lew Hollander
For nearly 40 decades, Lew Hollander has participated in some of the most physically challenging competitions ever imagined. Perhaps, most demanding are the Ironman-distance triathlons that required Lew to swim 2.4-miles, cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles. He has reached the Ironman finish line around 70 times.

It takes an unparalleled focus on fitness to repeatedly achieve such physical feats, and Lew has made staying in shape a focal point of his life, even into his ninth decade.
On June 6, 2022, Lew turned 92, and this AIM Athlete remains more active than the average 20-year-old. Shortly after his birthday, Lew participated in a 1-mile, uphill sprint along a nature trail as a competitor in the Pilot Butte Challenge in Bend, Oregon. Maybe it’s his way of celebrating life lived in good health, without the aches and pains commonly associated with aging. It’s another of his remarkable achievements.
“I've been able to keep my body in shape where I don't have any pain,” Lew noted. “I jump out of bed in the morning, able to go for a run, walk, whatever. And I don’t hurt anywhere. I’m pretty happy about that.”
His background in science has substantiated the importance of good nutrition to provide the needed nutrients and phytonutrients for fueling his body. For years now, Lew has been supplementing his dietary intake with a variety of AIM products.

Given Lew’s sporty lifestyle, it’s not surprising that three of his go-to choices make up the Sports Pack: Peak Endurance, RediBeets and ProPeas. He combines these powders with his other favorites, making a ten-day supply that he dips into daily.

Lew Hollander has successfully integrated being powered by AIM nutrition into his healthy lifestyle choices, all of which will keep him going into the distant future.
