To our dedicated AIM Family:
By Nicolas van Rensburg, AIM Chief Operating Officer
July is more than just the heart of summer. It’s a season of momentum. It's the halfway point in the year where we pause, reflect and recommit to the vision that brought us here. And as I look across the AIM community, what I see is powerful: energy, belief and a collective hunger to grow. That’s why this month, I want to remind you of what’s right in front of us.

First, the AIMing for Cash Contest continues to gain steam. We’ve seen Members reignite their goals, push through barriers and take inspired action. All with the promise of reward, but more importantly, with renewed confidence in what they’re capable of accomplishing. It’s not too late to join in, lean in and make these next few months your most impactful yet.
Second, our commitment to innovation remains steady. With the launch of our Repair Ointment, we’re taking another meaningful step in expanding the AIM Skincare line. This product, alongside the complete REPLY Skincare System, was designed not just to care for your skin but to protect it. It supports the body’s largest organ with ingredients that promote resilience, hydration and a healthier skin barrier. And like every AIM product, Repair Ointment delivers real results. You can feel it. You can see it. It’s the kind of confidence that only comes from products you can truly rely on.
Wherever you are in your journey, whether you’re starting fresh or building on years of experience, remember this: your next chapter is unwritten. You get to decide what it looks like. Let’s make it count.

Mag-nificence CWR Magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral and a cofactor in the activity of enzymes. In fact, it is involved in more than 300 metabolic reactions, including molecule synthesis, cellular mineral transport and energy production. This mineral is crucial for the cardiovascular, nervous and neuromuscular systems. Even so, magnesium is one of the most common micronutrient deficiencies among Americans and Canadians.

Regular topical use of Mag-nificence CWR can increase and maintain magnesium levels. By adding this magnesium-rich liquid to a spray bottle for misting directly onto skin or by pouring 2 fluid ounces into bathwater or a footbath, the elemental magnesium in Mag-nificence CWR is absorbed through the skin. Research confirms that topical magnesium permeates the skin, and magnesium absorption is facilitated by hair follicles.1

As for the mineral type in Mag-nificence CWR, AIM chose magnesium chloride, which is the most common form of this mineral in the saltwater that makes up over 97 percent of the Earth’s water supply. Most importantly, magnesium chloride is one of the most absorbable forms of this essential mineral due to its water solubility, making it the ideal ingredient choice for Mag-nificence CWR. Highly absorbable magnesium chloride ensures a sufficient supply of this essential mineral wherever it is needed in the body.
Mag-nificence CWR 6546E, $12.00 M, $14.00 C (CAN 6546E, $14.00 M, $15.50 C)

Muscle movement is a prime example of magnesium at work. The presence of magnesium is critical for regulating muscle contractions and relaxations. The use of Mag-nificence CWR before and after physical activity can provide support for muscle function and recovery. Research suggests that topical magnesium chloride helps to reduce both joint and muscle pain throughout the body.2
Essentially, the relationship between magnesium and skeletal muscle function is a complex connection of utmost importance, particularly in regard to muscle integrity and aging.3 The magnesium chloride in Mag-nificence CWR can help to maintain this vital relationship, simply through regular topical applications.

Summer Skin

After a long winter and unpredictable spring, when the weather truly begins to warm up, there’s nothing like feeling the sun on your skin. It is believed that short periods of sun exposure are healthy, producing the vitamin D that helps with the absorption of calcium for strong bones.
At the same time, sun exposure can dry out skin, depleting its natural oils and dehydrating its outer layer. This can make the skin dry, flaky and wrinkled, contributing to premature skin aging that is most noticeable on the face. AIM has the perfect reply to summer skin . . . with a side of targeted repair.
REPLY Skincare
Daily use of the trio of REPLY skincare products cleanses, hydrates, tones and moisturizes skin with a nourishing and protective base of barley seed extract. For summer skin, hydration is vital. Each step using the Oil to Foam Cleanser, Essence/Toner and Day & Night Cream is also a hydrating reply that aids your skin’s moisture barrier.

The cleanser hydrates as it removes skin impurities. The essence/toner hydrates and tones as it strengthens the moisture barrier of your skin. The cream hydrates and moisturizes, protecting your skin all day and rejuvenating it at night. Its uniquely AIM formulation seals in moisture, tightens skin and reduces the expression of fine lines and wrinkles. Give your summer skin a healthy glow with REPLY.
Repair Ointment
For patches of skin that need extra attention, applying Repair Ointment is a restorative step that targets skin that is cracked, dry, irritated, red, etc. Repair Ointment delivers intense hydration and relieves the discomfort of these skin conditions. Add Repair Ointment to your summer skin whenever and wherever repair is needed the most.

The nourishing barley seed extract in all four skincare products fights inflammation that can cause aging of the skin, irritation and redness.

Energize With BarleyLife
Every morsel of nutrition you consume is broken down into tiny molecules during digestion and used for repair, growth and energy. The food you eat determines the quality and level of energy produced in direct proportion to the amount, diversity and quality of nutrients consumed.
Calorie-dense foods high in simple sugars create rapid spikes in energy levels that are short-lived, whereas nutrient-dense foods that include complex carbohydrates and protein produce a slower spike with sustained release of energy.
Green Energy From BarleyLife
One reason for the 43-year-plus demand for products in the BarleyLife family is that the nutrient-dense barley leaf juice powder is an incredible food source for cellular energy.
BarleyLife is easily digested, allowing for the fast assimilation of its natural antioxidants, chlorophyll, enzymes, minerals, phytonutrients and vitamins. The fact is, the number and diversity of nutrient and functional compositions in young barley leaves are too numerous to mention.

Over the history of BarleyLife use, countless individuals have shared their experience of the BarleyLife energy boost. A testimonial favorite involves two sisters in their senior years. One was very energetic and consistently took BarleyLife. She sent a canister to her inactive, lethargic sibling, who lived in another town and rarely went out. When she didn’t hear back from her sister after a few days, she wondered if taking the product had killed her. The total opposite was true. She was thrilled to find out that as a result of being energized by BarleyLife, her sister had been out doing many of the things she previously enjoyed and more.
Of course, BarleyLife may not work for everyone in exactly the same way, but, for over four decades, its green powder has been nutrition that works at keeping people energized and healthy. And getting into the habit of taking this green nutrition at an early age has been shown to support young and healthy individuals throughout their adult lives. It’s always good to energize with BarleyLife.

Asking About BarleyLife
AIM often receives inquiries about its flagship product, BarleyLife from new Customers and Members and those hearing about barley leaf juice powder for the first time. The following are a sampling of questions with answers about this green nutrition.

Q: I started taking BarleyLife, and I feel worse instead of energized. Why?

BarleyLife
5809E, $52.00 M, $56.00 C (CAN 5815E, $54.00 M, $57.50 C)
A: When you make a change in your diet, your body can go through a beneficial inner cleansing called detoxification, which can manifest itself in temporary symptoms, including fatigue, rashes and headaches. Many new users start with ½ teaspoon (or 3 to 4 capsules) of BarleyLife per day, gradually increasing their serving every four to five days. This gives the body time to adapt to this dietary change. Refer to AIM Literature on Detoxification for more information.
Q: Is there anyone who should not use BarleyLife?
A: BarleyLife is a whole food, so consuming it should be suitable for most people.
Q: What is brown rice oligodextrin?
A: Brown rice oligodextrin is a complex carbohydrate that functions as a buffer between the enzymes and other molecules, so it’s an essential ingredient for stabilizing and maintaining the nutrients in BarleyLife.
Q: Is the iodine in table salt the same as the iodine in BarleyLife?
A: Yes, iodine is a natural mineral that is present in the soil, so as barley plants grow, they take up trace elements of iodine. BarleyLife contains naturally occurring iodine in the amount of 4 mcg per 4-gram serving.
Q: Is there any added sugar in BarleyLife products?
A: No, only the naturally occurring sugars in young barley leaves are present in the juice powders. A 4-gram serving of BarleyLife or a 4.5-gram serving of BarleyLife Xtra contains only 1 gram of natural sugars.
Q: I live in a place with high humidity, so it’s difficult to maintain a cool, dark place to store BarleyLife. How else can I store canisters so that the powder doesn’t harden?
A: First of all, do not refrigerate BarleyLife canisters. However, they can be kept in a freezer compartment equipped with a dehumidifier. You can also put BarleyLife canisters in a sealable plastic box along with a disposable dehumidifier, which actively extracts moisture from the air in small spaces. Both methods will preserve the nutrients and prevent humidity-related clumping. It is also recommended that canisters stored in these ways be shaken well before opening.

AIM Spotlight on RediBeets
When you look at an 8.82 oz (250 g) canister of RediBeets, imagine the 15 pounds of beets that went into making a juice powder. It’s a weighty indication of the potency of each 4-gram standard serving of RediBeets and the nutritional effects that it can provide for your body.
Beet Nitrate Conversion
One of the key features of RediBeets is its rich source of dietary nitrate, which is a nitrogen compound naturally present in the fertile soil used to grow beet crops for AIM. This vegetable form of nitrate provides a plant-based pathway to enhance circulation.
The dietary nitrate in RediBeets begins undergoing a healthy conversion as soon as it connects with good bacteria in the mouth and continues its transformation as it makes its way to the bloodstream. Nitrate (NO3) first converts to nitrite (NO2) and then to nitric oxide (NO), that has a relaxingly widening effect on blood vessels.

Nitric Oxide Relaxation
Relaxed blood vessels (vasodilation) are vital for a healthy cardiovascular system, lowering blood pressure and enhancing circulation, even to the extremities of the body. Roughly 9 to 12 pints of blood circulate in the bodies of average-sized adults. If blood vessels are narrow and restricted, the heart has to pump harder and exert more force to circulate blood.
The dietary nitrate in RediBeets that is converted to nitric oxide has been shown to promote a desirable relaxing and widening effect on blood vessels. Improved circulation to the extremities is illustrated in the following thermal images of a person’s hand before and after taking 4 teaspoons (16 g) of RediBeets mixed in 10 oz (300 ml) of water:
After Taking RediBeets
Beginning with this July issue of Living Well magazine, a monthly spotlight will be focused on specific products in the AIM lineup, illuminating unique benefits and features. Thermal image Thermal image

The blues and greens indicate poor circulation and cooler temperatures in the fingers with the warmer palm showing yellow and red.

Two hours after drinking the athletic serving of RediBeets, the hand has warmed up significantly, indicating improved circulation with the reds and yellows on fingers and the warmest white in the center of the palm.
Carolyn Kling Keech
Shared by Cathy McCrea, Carolyn’s daughter and AIM Royal Emerald Director
When Carolyn met you, her eyes lit up; her welcoming and infectious smile drew you in. You felt her genuine warmth and interest in the lilt of her voice, and you could see she wanted to help you have the same vitality and zest for life that gave her joy and purpose.
own business, she added another passion to the list and worked tirelessly alongside her entrepreneur husband, Jim Kling, to bring that goal to fruition.

This is what drove her each day to get out and interact with people, inviting them to her office to have a deeper discussion about health and how the AIM products could help them live their lives to the fullest.
Carolyn’s vitality, even in her 90s, opened

the door to daily conversations about health in her community of Nampa and in the entire Treasure Valley of Idaho.
All her life, Carolyn was passionate about her family and her relationship with God. When she saw an opportunity with AIM to help others with their health and grow her

In 1982, Jim secured the US marketing rights to BarleyGreen and put together the AIM Company. He and Carolyn hosted weekly health meetings –– first in Nampa, then in the surrounding communities, and eventually moving to California and Oregon and traveling throughout the US. While Jim honed his persuasive and engaging speeches, Carolyn organized attractive displays and samples of the AIM products, using her skill as a hostess to welcome people and engage them in conversation. Then she tirelessly followed up with new customers in the days following, calling and visiting with them about how best to take the AIM products and build a business helping others.
Their family of AIM Members continued

Nampa and hired her daughter, Cathy McCrea, to service their local customers and help train her active AIM business builders by putting on monthly leadership meetings, teleconferences, speaking locally and throughout the US, and writing a book, Turning Green Into Gold.
As her leadership in AIM grew, Carolyn was invited to many leadership conferences, including the President’s Advisory Council. She won many trips, received elite leadership bonuses and awards, and was invited to speak at the AIM National Conference and many regional conferences. After Jim’s passing, Carolyn achieved the 9 Million Dollar Club.
In 2018, Carolyn married Harold Keech, a longtime family friend, and they enjoyed almost 7 years of companionship together. She first pointed him to her AIM products when he was searching for answers to some health issues. After experiencing good benefits, Harold became a devoted customer and joined her at AIM conventions. They served others, enjoyed family and friends, and worshipped God together in their churches, Living Grace Community Fellowship and Nampa First Church of the

Carolyn received many awards in her long and successful career, but she was not present to receive the most recent –– the Lifetime Legacy award from the Nampa Chamber for her long-term dedication and support. She passed away on Valentine’s Day this year surrounded by her loving family.
How do you sum up a life lived full of dedication, passion, purpose and loyalty for over 92 years? In the words of a niece, she was a “force of nature!”

The active amino acids, enzymes and peptides in saccharomyces ferment filtrate (SFF) have a calming effect on the skin, reducing redness and irritation. As a natural humectant that retains moisture and increases hydration, SFF enhances the skin's natural barrier function for overall skin health improvements.
Why AIM: Growing Through the Changes
Taking a look at the history of how AIM came into being as a nutritional supplement company illustrates the necessity of facing change head on in order to transform and grow. Change is an all-too-frequent challenge in individual lives and in the life of a business such as AIM.
Growth, Movement and Expansion
Some changes are minor while others can shake the foundation, but even then, it’s a time to grow. Take moving as an example. It’s one of the most stressful things that both individuals and businesses can undertake. And during the past 43 years, AIM has made a number of moves.
When American Image Marketing (AIM) was founded in April 1982, the initial company offices were located at Keener Business Park in Nampa, Idaho. Rapid growth during the first few months necessitated the leasing of additional space.
In January 1987, AIM’s corporate headquarters was moved to a location on Flamingo Avenue, which is likely a very familiar location to Members and Customers. There was more movement on AIM’s 5th anniversary with the April opening of AIM Canada in Calgary, Alberta. A year later, the corporation’s name was changed to AIM International, Inc.
Another five years would see an 11,000 square-foot expansion at the Nampa
offices. For a relatively small company, this was quite a sizeable space of growth to mark AIM’s 10th anniversary in 1992. Still, there was even more change and growth to come.
In 1994, a new, 24,000 square-foot distribution center and production studio was opened across the street from the Nampa office headquarters. The same year saw movement Down Under, with the opening of the AIM Australia office. This growth was followed by the openings of AIM New Zealand in 1995 and AIM South Africa in 1996.
It was in 1999 on Flamingo Avenue that the present-day AIM corporate headquarters was completed as a 3-story office building adjacent to the distribution center and production studio. This location remains the AIM hub to this very day.
The year 2001 saw the debut of a new corporate logo – The AIM Companies™ – and AIM expanded to the United Kingdom in 2005. More change and growth has occurred In the ensuing 20 years leading to today’s AIM, including the entire rebranding over a two-year period beginning in 2019.
All of this “growing through the changes” is primarily the result of the expanded AIM product lineup being embraced by Customers and Members, and the efforts of the independent distributors who continue to deliver nutrition and skincare that works from AIM.

AIMing for Cash Contest: Month Three

Is your point total on target for month three of the AIMing for Cash Contest?

Sure, it’s “summertime and the livin’ is easy,” but keep a focus on the target: 1 of the 20 cash prizes ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 USD, which will be paid to the top 20 winners in their country’s currency at the prevailing commission exchange rate.
To be eligible to compete for a cash prize, you need to earn a minimum of 80 contest points. Your winning total is up to you!
Title Advancement: 41 Possible Points
Growing an AIM business as a Wholesale Member means advancing in title as you introduce new Members and Customers to the health benefits of the AIM products. It’s a natural progression that takes you to commission-earning status as soon as you reach Preferred Member. And during the AIMing for Cash Contest from May 1 to October 31, this title advancement earns 1 point. Reaching Group Builder earns you 10 points. The goal is reaching the Director title for another 30 points. Each title advancement earns your sponsor an equal number of contest points.
Title Maintenance: 60 Possible Points
During the contest period, when you maintain your new Director title with a minimum of 2000 GV and 5 Actives for your first and second months, you and your sponsor will each earn 30 points per month of title maintenance, for a total of 60 points. The minimum of 5 Actives refers to at least 5 of your Customers or Members who place an order of 75 PV or more during the qualifying calendar month.
Completing the Title Advancement and Title Maintenance activities during the contest period will put a Wholesale Member at 101 points. And there is another contest activity to increase your overall point total.
New Automatic Monthly Reorders: 5 Possible Points per AMR
When your personally sponsored Customers or Members sign up for their first active AMR of 2025 during the contest period, each of those new AMRs of 75 PV or more earns you 5 points, as well as earning 5 points for your Members who sign up for an AMR.
As an example, an AMR of the REPLY Skincare Trio would give your Customer or Member 80 PV, qualifying the AMR to earn contest points. Encouraging your Customers and Members to place an AMR reflects a healthy commitment to the AIM products.
Stay on target
this summer, AIMing for Cash in this year’s contest for Members.
