In today’s world, our bodies are constantly exposed to toxins from processed foods, environmental pollutants, and everyday stress. A proper cleanse can help eliminate waste, support digestion, and revitalise the body from the
inside out. Using nature’s most powerful botanicals provided by AIM Herbal Release, this cleanse combines time-tested ingredients to stimulate digestion, promote detoxification, and strengthen the immune system. Let’s explore how each ingredient works synergistically to restore balance and vitality.
Research shows that barberry root extract can support liver health, especially in cases of high cholesterol. A study found that rats that were fed fatty foods had increased liver enzyme levels, but those given barberry extract or a cholesterol-lowering drug (atorvastatin) had lower levels, suggesting improved liver function. Barberry contains powerful antioxidants, particularly polyphenols and flavonoids, which help protect the liver from damage caused by toxins and free radicals. Other studies have shown that barberry and similar plants can reduce oxidative stress in the liver and even regulate blood fat levels. The key active compound, berberine, works to lower blood sugar and cholesterol by maintaining healthy liver function and increasing insulin sensitivity. Research also suggests that barberry may protect the liver from toxins like carbon tetrachloride by reducing harmful liver enzymes and increasing protective antioxidants. With these benefits, barberry root extract shows promise in promoting liver health and detoxification. 1
Sea buckthorn is packed with powerful plant compounds called polyphenols, which can support gut health and may help prevent digestive issues. Research shows that these compounds and gut bacteria work together in a beneficial way. Polyphenols help maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria, encouraging the growth of good bacteria and boosting important substances that support overall health. In turn, the gut bacteria help break down and absorb polyphenols, making them more effective in the body. 2
For centuries, Native American tribes, especially in the Pacific Northwest, used cascara sagrada as a natural remedy for constipation, preparing teas from its bark to aid digestion. In the 19th century, it became popular in North America and Europe and was later recognised as a natural laxative in medical references. Cascara sagrada contains compounds called anthraquinones, which stimulate the colon and promote bowel movements by increasing fluid secretion.
It helps relieve occasional constipation, supports regular digestion, and is sometimes used for detoxification by cleansing the colon and eliminating waste, reducing bloating and discomfort. 3
Dandelion root has been used for centuries to address mild digestive disorders, including bloating, gas, and sluggish digestion. It helps to stimulate appetite and promote liver detoxification, making it a valuable addition to this cleansing formula. By aiding digestion, dandelion root supports the body's natural ability to process and eliminate waste effectively. 4
Echinacea extract is well known for its immuneboosting properties. During a cleanse, the body undergoes a detoxification process that can temporarily stress the immune system. Echinacea helps to strengthen the body's defences, ensuring that the cleansing process is smooth and effective without compromising overall health. 7
Human clinical studies show that gotu kola may work to increase skin moisturization and decrease inflammation. 5
Kelp is a powerhouse of iodine, a nutrient essential for thyroid health and metabolic function. The thyroid plays a vital role in regulating digestion and energy levels. Additionally, kelp supports bowel regularity, ensuring the efficient removal of waste products from the body. 8
Licorice is a powerful herbal remedy that not only helps the body fight various illnesses but also enhances the effects of other herbal medicines. Research suggests that licorice extracts and compounds may protect the liver and support heart health. Licorice root fights inflammation and soothes irritation in the gastrointestinal tract. It has been used to relieve gastritis and promote a healthy digestive system. 6
Incorporating nature’s most effective botanicals, AIM Herbal Release provides a powerful cleanse that supports digestion, detoxification, and overall well-being Each carefully selected ingredient works synergistically to eliminate waste, promote regularity, and enhance immune function. From liver-supporting barberry root to gut-balancing sea buckthorn and cascara sagrada, this blend helps restore the body’s natural balance. By addressing digestive discomfort, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the immune system, this herbal formula aids in renewing the body from the inside out. A regular cleanse with these time-tested ingredients can be a vital step toward maintaining optimal health and vitality in today’s toxin-filled world.

In the spring of 2020, my world was turned upside down when I received a breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 36. Faced with fear and uncertainty, I felt overwhelmed. However, my journey took a transformative turn when I discovered AIM supplements, which played a pivotal role in my healing process.
The Initial Shock
Hearing the words “You have breast cancer” felt like a gut punch. I was consumed by emotions—fear for my future and concern for my family. Amidst this chaos, I knew I needed to regain some control over my health and wellbeing. That’s when I started exploring natural supplements to support my body during treatment.
As I began my treatment, I realised the importance of nutrition and supplementation in my recovery. I found AIM supplements, which focus on natural ingredients designed to enhance overall health. Incorporating AIM products allowed me to give my body the nutritional support it needed during this challenging time.
I started with BarleyLife, a green superfood that provided a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. This supplement gave me the energy I needed to keep going, especially on days when treatment left me feeling exhausted. I also introduced Herbal Fiberblend into my daily routine to support digestion, which is crucial for overall health and wellness.
An Emotional and Physical Lift
Incorporating AIM supplements not only aided my physical health but also provided emotional comfort. The feeling of actively taking charge of my nutrition gave me a sense of empowerment amid the uncertainty. I found myself focusing on how I could support my body through diet and supplementation, which shifted my mental attitude from fear to hope. AIM’s products became an essential part of my self-care routine. I discovered the importance of nourishing my body and mind, which helped me navigate the emotional rollercoaster of my diagnosis.
One of the unexpected blessings of using AIM supplements was how it transformed my approach to travel. Even on vacation, I made it a priority to bring my supplements with me. Whether I was relaxing on a beach or exploring new cities, I felt secure knowing that I was still supporting my health no matter where I went. It became part of my routine, ensuring that I maintained my strength and vitality, even while enjoying life outside of my normal environment.
Despite the physical toll of cancer treatment, I received compliments on my appearance, with people commenting on my glow and vibrancy, even on tough days. I believe AIM supplements supported my skin, energy, and overall wellbeing, contributing to my healthy appearance.
By nourishing my body with high-quality nutrients, I felt stronger and more resilient. This reflected in how I carried myself, and my appearance showed that even in hardship, you can still take care of yourself and feel good about how you look.
Throughout my journey, I was fortunate to have an incredible support system. My family, friends, and neighbours were my pillars of strength, offering love, encouragement, and support in countless ways, from cooking meals to emotional support, helping me stay grounded during tough moments.
The AIM community played a key role, connecting me with others who understood my journey. Their stories of resilience inspired me, and the encouragement from both loved ones and the AIM community kept me motivated to fight and never lose hope.
It was only through the will of the Almighty, combined with the support of my family, friends and the love of those around me, that I am now in remission. There were days when it felt impossible, but I trusted in a higher power and knew I was not walking this path alone.
It was my faith and loved ones' strength that gave me courage to keep going. Healing combines physical, emotional, and spiritual strength.
As I progressed through treatment, I visualised a life beyond my diagnosis and began embracing my identity as a “survivor.” AIM supplements helped me cultivate a stronger connection to my health, and I made it a priority to maintain this newfound lifestyle. I learned to appreciate small victories in my recovery. Nourishing my body and focusing on mental wellbeing gave me purpose and empowered me to advocate for my health and share my experiences.
My breast cancer diagnosis introduced fear and uncertainty, but it also led me to AIM supplements, which played a remarkable role in my healing, providing the nutritional foundation I needed. I encourage others facing health challenges to explore nutrition and natural supplements.
The combination of AIM products, community, positivity, and faith helped me find strength. In life's journey, we can find light even in darkness.

Recent nutrition trends are shifting towards pharmaceutical interventions for weight loss, particularly with the rise of GLP-1 receptor agonists (a class of medications that mainly help manage blood sugar levels in people with Type 2 diabetes), such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. Originally developed for diabetes management, these drugs are now widely used for obesity treatment due to their ability to regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve insulin sensitivity. While they effectively promote weight loss, their impact on body composition raises concerns, as studies suggest that a significant portion of weight lost may come from lean muscle mass rather than fat alone. Additionally, long-term metabolic effects remain under investigation, with questions surrounding potential reductions in resting energy expenditure and the risk of weight regain after discontinuation. 1
One of the major challenges with GLP-1 RA treatment is the tendency for weight regain after stopping the medication. Studies indicate that up to two-thirds of lost weight is regained within a year, often accompanied by a reversal of cardiometabolic benefits. More concerning is that much of the regained weight is fat rather than muscle, which can negatively impact metabolic health and mitochondrial function. Unfortunately, long-term follow-up studies on post-treatment effects are lacking, underscoring the need for further research in this area. 1
To minimise muscle loss while using GLP-1-based treatments or undergoing surgical weight loss, it is essential to focus on dietary strategies that support lean body mass. Increasing protein intake can help preserve muscle, especially for older adults at higher risk of sarcopenia (muscle loss). However, GLP-1 medications may alter food preferences, leading to a reduced intake of high-quality proteins, making conscious protein consumption even more critical.
Both cardiovascular and strength training exercises play an essential role in preserving muscle mass during weight loss, but resistance training (such as weightlifting) is particularly effective in maintaining strength. When combined with protein intake, resistance training can further enhance muscle retention.
However, some individuals on GLP-1 therapies report increased fatigue, which may reduce their ability to engage in regular physical activity. Fatigue is a commonly reported side effect in clinical trials, but its exact cause remains unclear and warrants further investigation. 2
With the increased focus on protein intake, many people are turning to protein powders for convenience. These supplements make it easier to meet daily protein targets without the hassle of meal preparation.
For those seeking a safe and reliable option, AIM ProPeas provides a clean, plant-based protein source free from contaminants. One scoop delivers 12 grams of protein, making it a valuable tool in meeting the recommended intake of 1.0–2.0 grams per kilogram of ideal body weight. ProPeas contains essential amino acids, including leucine, isoleucine, valine, and lysine, and is vegan-friendly, making it suitable for those with lactose intolerance or dietary restrictions. 3
Another common issue with GLP-1 receptor agonists is constipation, which arises due to reduced gut motility and inadequate dietary fibre intake. Many individuals on these medications tend to consume less nutrient-dense food, further exacerbating digestive discomfort.
AIM Fit ‘n Fiber can help alleviate this issue by providing 10 grams of fibre per serving, sourced from psyllium husk, oat, apple, acacia, flax seed, and konjac. Unlike laxatives, this supplement promotes healthy digestion without causing dependency, making it safe for long-term use. Adults should aim for 25 grams (women) to 38 grams (men) of fibre per day, with additional fibre coming from whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. 4
GLP-1-based therapies have revolutionised weight management, offering significant benefits for appetite control and metabolic health. However, their impact on muscle mass, potential weight regain, and side effects like fatigue and constipation must be addressed. A well-rounded approach that includes adequate protein intake, resistance training, and fibre supplementation can help mitigate these challenges and optimise long-term health outcomes. As these medications become more widely used, personalised strategies will be key to ensuring that their benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Understanding how the body’s immune system interacts with the trillions of microbes living in the gut is an area of active research. Under normal, healthy conditions, the immune system and gut microbes work together to ensure the body responds to potential threats in the most effective way. The microbes in the gut produce substances that affect the body’s immune response, both directly and indirectly.
Some beneficial bacteria in the gut, like Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Roseburia intestinalis, and Anaerostipes butyraticus, help break down complex carbohydrates through a process called fermentation. This process creates short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which are small fatty acids made up of fewer than six carbon atoms, like acetate, propionate, and butyrate. SCFAs play a key role in regulating the immune system, reducing inflammation, and protecting the gut lining. They also serve as a fuel source for cells in the colon. SCFAs are considered the most common substances produced by gut microbes, and they help maintain a healthy balance by reducing inflammation, preventing harmful bacteria from invading, and strengthening the gut barrier. They do this by interacting with specific receptors in the body and influencing the expression of certain genes. 1
Bacteria species like Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Roseburia intestinalis, and Anaerostipes butyraticus, are found in the human gut as a consequence of birth and early life. A newborn’s gut is first colonised by bacteria during birth, especially if delivered vaginally. Breastfeeding further promotes beneficial bacteria by providing human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) that help shape the gut microbiome. 1
Other bacteria that need or should be present in the gut in order to support the gut-immune connection are the following:
Lactobacillus gasseri - this beneficial bacterium is naturally present in the small intestine, where it helps maintain a balanced gut environment. It supports digestion, reduces harmful bacteria, and has been linked to weight management, fight inflammation, and improved immune response. 1,6
Bifidobacterium bifidum - is generally known for its immune-boosting properties and enhances the body’s ability to fight infections by strengthening the gut barrier and stimulating immune cells. It also helps fight gut inflammation and supports overall digestive health. 2,5
Bifidobacterium longum - This probiotic improves gut health by promoting regular bowel movements and reducing bloating. It helps balance the gut microbiome, supports the breakdown of food, and enhances the immune system’s ability to fight harmful pathogens. 3,4,5
Factors that support a healthy gut microbiome:
Environment:
Foods:
Close Contact with Others:
Exposure to soil, pets, and natural surroundings introduces a variety of microbes that contribute to a diverse gut microbiome.
The gut microbiome is highly influenced by diet, with different foods shaping microbial diversity and function. Fibre-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains, promote the growth of beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli, which aid digestion and immune health. 7 Fermented foods like yogurt, kimchi, and sauerkraut provide probiotics that enhance microbial balance. Conversely, high-sugar and processed foods can reduce microbial diversity and promote inflammation. 8 A diet emphasising prebiotic fibres, probiotics, and polyphenol-rich foods supports a healthy gut microbiome and overall well-being.
While these specific bacteria are not commonly found in probiotic supplements, eating fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut helps maintain overall gut health, indirectly supporting their growth.
Gut bacteria can be shared among family members and those in close contact through touch, shared food, and the environment.
AIM FloraFood is a powerful probiotic supplement designed to support digestive health and overall well-being by replenishing beneficial bacteria in the gut. Each capsule contains 3 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of carefully selected probiotic strains that contribute to a balanced gut microbiome, which plays a crucial role in digestion, immune function, and overall metabolic health. The main bacteria in this powerful supplement are: L. gasseri, B. bifidum and B. longum By incorporating AIM FloraFood into daily routines, individuals can nurture their gut health, support digestion, and enhance immune function. A well-balanced gut microbiome is essential for overall vitality, and FloraFood provides a convenient way to maintain this delicate balance.

As a seasoned health advocate, educator, author, and entrepreneur with three decades of experience, I've guided thousands on their journey to transformative wellness, empowering them to reclaim their health through plant-based living, wholesome habits, and sustainable lifestyle choices. This passion for holistic wellness has led me to continually research and explore innovative solutions that support optimal health. I've had the privilege of experiencing the benefits of AIM BioVivify, a revolutionary dietary supplement that has transformed my overall wellbeing.
BioVivify's exceptional formula is built around four key pillars:
1. Vegan Astaxanthin: 6 mg of AstaReal astaxanthin per serving, sourced from the most clinically studied brand worldwide. This powerful antioxidant is extracted from freshwater, green microalgae (Haematococcus pluvialis) using a 100% solvent-free method, ensuring maximum purity and effectiveness.
2. Collagen-Supporting Amino Acids : A proprietary blend of amino acids that support collagen synthesis, promoting healthier skin, hair, and nails. This unique blend helps to stimulate collagen production, improving skin elasticity, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and strengthening hair and nails.
3. Potent Antioxidant Combination:
A synergistic blend of vitamin C and astaxanthin that protects collagen fibroblast cells from oxidative damage. This powerful antioxidant combination helps to neutralise free radicals, reducing inflammation and promoting a more youthful, radiant appearance.
4. Keratin-Boosting Biotin: A significant dose of biotin (300% of the daily value) that boosts keratin production, promoting healthier and stronger hair, nails, and skin. This essential nutrient helps to fortify the hair follicle, reducing breakage, split ends, and rough cuticles.
While collagen supplements cannot be vegan due to their animal-derived sources, Biovivify offers a vegan solution. This supplement supports the body's natural collagen production process.
Astaxanthin boosts endurance and reduces muscle damage, and promotes cardiovascular health. 1,2 Additionally, Astaxanthin has neuroprotective properties, may improve male fertility, and helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels. 3,4,5 It also regulates the immune system. 6
By incorporating Astaxanthin into your daily routine, you can maintain optimal health.
Recently, I launched a BioVivify trial group to see the real-life impact of this groundbreaking supplement. Our 6-month trial brought together 34 enthusiastic participants who committed to taking 2 BioVivify and 5-6 AIMega capsules every day.
The results were remarkable! At least 90% of our trial group experienced incredible benefits, including:
• Stronger, Healthier Nails: faster growth, improved flexibility, and no more dry, brittle cuticles
• Glowing Skin: improved texture and tone
• Deeper Sleep: more restful nights and improved sleep quality
• Thicker, Fuller Hair: increased growth and shine
• Pain-Free Joints: improved mobility and reduced knee pain
• Fewer Cravings: no more premenstrual cravings for unhealthy snacks
• Sharper Vision: improved eyesight and eye health
• Reduced Stress: easier relaxation and stress management
• Faster Healing: quicker recovery from skin injuries
• Lower Blood Pressure: improved cardiovascular health

AIM BioVivify is a cutting-edge supplement that combines the powerful benefits of AstaReal astaxanthin, amino acids, biotin, and vitamin C to transform your skin, hair, nails, and overall health. When paired with 5-6 AIMega capsules daily, the body can absorb these nutrients more efficiently, unlocking their full potential.
My husband Mark and I have experienced significant benefits from incorporating BioVivify into our daily routine, alongside Food Essentials (BarleyLife, RediBeets, Just Carrots and AIMega).
We've found that consistency is key when it comes to experiencing the benefits of BioVivify. The recommended dose is between 4 mg and 8 mg of astaxanthin per day, and AIM's BioVivify provides 3 mg in each capsule. Please note that astaxanthin's benefits unfold over time, typically within 2-4 weeks. For optimal results, commit to a full bottle and make BioVivify a daily habit.
Join us on a journey to transformative wellness with BioVivify. Experience the remarkable benefits for yourself and discover a more radiant, vibrant, and healthy you!

Each capsule of Proancynol 2000 releases a sizeable number and diverse variety of free-radical scavengers from a combination of seven antioxidantrich ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed extract, green tea extract, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, rosemary extract, selenium and tomato extract.

Endogenous antioxidants are those produced by your body. Exogenous antioxidants come from food and dietary supplements such as Proancynol 2000.
Even when you have little or no stress in your life, your body is always under the threat of oxidative stress, an inner condition created when there are more destructive free radicals than defensive antioxidants to deactivate them.
Breathing, eating and exercising are a few everyday actions that introduce free radicals into the body. The degree to which these volatile molecules are able to injure DNA, cells, organs, etc. depends on the number and diversity of antioxidants. Preventing a chain reaction of damage by donating electrons to free radicals, antioxidants effectively destroy their destructive nature. Supplemental antioxidants from Proancynol 2000 contribute to the deactivation of free radicals.
Plant-based antioxidants are types of phytonutrients that protect your body from free radical damage. Proancynol 2000’s diverse variety of plant-based antioxidants are sourced from grape seeds, green tea, rosemary and tomatoes.
