Please ensure you’re purchasing genuine tickets by going through our official ticketing agents. Please note, the festival and its customers are also bound by our ticketing agencies terms and conditions, which can be found on their respective websites at the time of purchase. All sales are final except where refunds are offered under the ticketing agent’s refund policy. Ticket sales include GST. When purchasing tickets please note they may be subject to booking fees.

DOOR SALES Tickets are available on the day of the performance at relevant box offices, 60 mins prior to the performance unless sold out. Book early to avoid disappointment.

AVAILABILITY All tickets are sold subject to availability at the time of purchase. Some events have indicated a strict lock-out policy. Please note that latecomers may be excluded from any show.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING There is allocated wheelchair seating at all indoor venues. Please book in advance at the iSITE Box Office or call 0508 iTICKET (484 253).

CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

TICKET CATEGORIES GENERAL ADMISSION There is no reserved seating, it’s first-come-firstserved. Arrive early to secure a good spot. A RESERVE These are the best seats in the venue. With a clear view these seats offer the best vantage point for experiencing the show. B RESERVE These are the second-best seats in the venue and offer a good view of the performance. CONCESSION Concession prices apply for 65+ with SuperGold Card and Community Service Card holders, tertiary students (with valid ID), and high school students. CHILD Children are aged 12 and under. Please note, only select shows have a child’s price.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES PLEASE CHECK OUR WEBSITE FOR CURRENT ALERT LEVELS. At any level we ask everyone if you are sick – please stay home! Hand sanitiser will be available and we do ask people to check-in using the NZ COVID tracer app with the QR codes displayed at all venues.
