TE ARA PATUPAIAREHE Nestled in the heart of Ruatorea, in the forest trees of Manutahi Hill, patupaiarehe the kaitiaki of our ngāhere have built their homes. According to Ngāti Porou folklore, patupaiarehe are the guardians and the spiritual embodiment of our environment. The artists of Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Te Waiū o Ngāti Porou invite you to experience the magic and whimsy of our Manutahi patupaiarehe, immerse yourself in the dense natural forest and all its beauty, and engage with our artists to celebrate the opening of Te Ara Patupaiarehe. Use care, wear suitable footwear
