Exterior walls will be clad with integrally colored ground-face concrete masonry veneer with accent bands of smooth face brick masonry and ribbed metal panels.

Roundhouse renovated 18,235 SF inside a hangar, which included the renovation of a restroom, HVAC replacement, new ceilings, interior finishes, doors/hardware, painting, overhead door installation, and high-volume fan installations.

Roundhouse renovated a 17,120 SF administration facility, including office and training spaces and an auditorium with seating for 84 people. This project was performed simultaneously with the Patrick SFB project shown above.

PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING (PEMB) ERECTION

This design-build fire station project entailed the construction of a 3,240 SF PEMB with insulated walls and roof panels. Included site civil, utilities, slab-on-grade foundations, and exterior concrete. Our team self-performed the erection of the PEMB and interior framing/drywall/finishes and the installation of door/ hardware, casework, epoxy coating, and interior accessories.
We deliver success. For every awarded project, the Roundhouse team uses the same proven construction management processes and procedures developed by Tepa's construction teams for planning, managing, and executing work for clients since 2005.

PHASED EDUCATIONAL BUILDING RENOVATION

This design-build project entailed selective demolition, renovating, and modernizing a 28,000 SF education center. The facility was occupied throughout the project and supports institutions such as Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Troy University, and Gulf Coast State College.
REMOVE AND REPLACE SLAG CONCRETE APRON

This award-winning project included the demolition and removal of existing asphalt pavement, base and subbase layers, and existing Portland cement concrete (PCC) hangar foundation slab and footings. After demolition was complete, our team reconstructed a runway, turnout, Delta Ramp, and new Juliet Ramp parking area.

As one of the tribally owned small businesses managed under Tepa, LLC, Roundhouse is given the additional benefit of sole-source contract awards. As an 8(a) small business, we welcome the opportunity to negotiate a sole source contract with the government. Under 13 CFR 124.506(b), sole source federal contracts may be awarded to tribally owned 8(a)-certified small businesses for up to $25M (or $100M for Department of Defense agencies) without justification and approval. This CFR provision exempts contracts to 8(a) companies owned by Indian or Alaska Native tribes from the competitive lower dollar limit thresholds of other 8(a) contracts.
The Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is a federally recognized tribe based in Northern California, east of the Coastal Range in what is now known as Tehama and Glenn counties.
