TECHNICAL PRECISION IN ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION
The Tepa Companies are 100% owned by the federally recognized Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians and take the responsibility to preserve and enhance tribal traditions and culture to heart.
/// Tepa, LLC’s Environment service line includes three tribally owned small businesses: Tehama Technical Services, LLC (Tehama TS) and Tehama ECS, LLC (Tehama ECS), both 8(a)-certified, and Tehama, LLC (Tehama). All three are Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) and wholly owned subsidiaries of Tepa, LLC, which is owned by the federally recognized Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians. Through Tepa, LLC, the Tepa Companies share a common administrative and executive management team to reduce client costs and improve project efficiency. The companies work independently and collaboratively to provide wide-ranging construction, engineering, environmental, industrial, and technology services, and they deliver comprehensive and sustainable solutions to federal, state, local, commercial, and tribal clients nationwide.
As 8(a) small businesses, we welcome the opportunity to negotiate a sole source contract with the government. This arrangement expedites delivery of the required services, reduces the government’s workload demand by eliminating the need for a full acquisition process, and enables us to collaborate effectively to maximize benefits for your organization.
