Phone: 628-234-3187 Email: jsoto@tenderrose.com As Staffing Manager, Juan is responsible for every aspect of Tender Rose’s scheduling needs, including creating, managing, and maintaining monthly caregiving schedules as well as covering time-off requests and call-outs. Juan was born and raised in the town of Chiclayo, in Peru. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business and has spent the past seven years working as an office manager and scheduler for a home care agency in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Juan joined Tender Rose as a staffing manager in 2021 after connecting with the agency’s mission of improving the quality of life for people with dementia. Making a difference in the community is near and dear to Juan, and he’s grateful to be a part of that every day at Tender Rose. When he’s not working, Juan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
