Ivy’s compassion, patience, and knowledge help her to navigate dif cult situations with agitated clients. One of Ivy’s managers said, “Ivy does not just focus on nishing tasks. She makes sure the client is emotionally and physically taken care of, and has a good quality of life.” Ivy has the ability to step into any client situation, regardless of the complexity, and stabilize things. She helped us with a client who desperately needed overnight care following a hospitalization, and now that case is stable because of her contributions and expert care.
