We’re thrilled to announce that our MCP Rock Star of the Month for August is Silvana Carrara! Silvana has worked with many Tender Rose clients even though she joined us as an MCP just six months ago. She has helped successfully start several new cases and established a shower schedule for a client who was previously resistant to bathing. In Silvana’s previous career, she managed a yoga studio where she taught students the many bene ts of the ancient practice. Today, she offers the same gentle, calm approach to her clients to help them feel supported and seen. In Silvana’s words, “Providing my clients with the support they need to live with greater comfort is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.” Silvana lives our core values of dedication, compassion, and proactiveness in her work every day. We’re exceedingly grateful to MCPs like her, who strive to make every day a good day for our clients and their families.
