Although Laura has only been caregiving with Tender Rose for about six months, in that time, she has thoroughly impressed her Schedulers, Care Coordinators, fellow MCPs, and client families with her dedication and professionalism. Laura has provided backup care for several clients, but she has made a truly profound impact on the life of her primary client, who currently lives in a residential facility. Even while working with a challenging, facility-based client in the middle of a global pandemic, Laura has continued to demonstrate her compassion, reliability, and collaboration in her approach to care. She is incredibly responsive to the office team whenever information needs to be exchanged, and she takes great care when documenting shift reports, always using language that preserves her client’s dignity.
