YouTuber Review – Kurt Hugo Schneider Article by: Sophie https://paopssophie.wixsite.com/website

Kurt Hugo Schneider is a musician, American video editor, producer, musician, singer, and songwriter. He is not just a musician, he is good at math. He studied mathematics at university and graduated from Yale University in 2010. Kurt is also a master of chess and he often participated in the chess team of Yale University. He works with a lot of people who are good at singing, they might not be worldwide singers, but they sing very well. They cover the hottest songs. He uses the keyboard, piano, etc. There are some music videos that he uses cups, bottles, etc.

"We try to reply to the hardcore fans because we really appreciate their support" He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1988. He grew up in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, where he lived just a street away from Sam Tsui who worked with him on his YouTube channel. They met each other in high school.

He covers a lot of songs, he also makes many mashups. My favorite three mashups are "Shawn Mendes VS One Direction", "Taylor Swift VS Ed Sheeran", and "Justin Bieber VS Selena Gomez". I think that they are awesome because they sing super well, and they didn't fix any voices from their original voices before they post it on YouTube. Most of the singers need to fix a lot of their voices from the original voice they record, before letting their fans to listen to it.

My favorite three covers are "Too Good At Goodbye", "Dusk Till Dawn", and "Perfect". He usually finds one to two people to cover one song with him. Even though he is a singer, he seldom sings on his music videos. He usually plays keyboard or piano.

He also covers some Kpop or Chinese song. He covered Jay Chou's "告白氣球" and BTS's "Blood Sweat & Tears" and "DNA". He asked Megan Lee to cover Korean songs for him because she is a Korean.

I was very surprised when he covered the Chinese song, especially the cover of a Taiwanese singer's song. I really thought that he would cover a Chinese singer's song. It really makes me feel proud of Taiwan, and to be Taiwanese
