This story is about August being bullied in school and how he managed to recover. I was Wonder is a drama film from 2017. It was directed by Stephen Chbosky, written by Jack Thome and Steven Conrad, and based on a novel in 2012 going by the same name. The main character, is a boy called August who has a rare medical facial deformity. August was home schooled since he's small. However his mom decided to let him go to an elementary school when he was in 5th grade.
fascinated by this movie while I was watching the trailer. Like every teenager everyone is afraid to be bullied. No matter what kind of bullying, it can become a nightmare for teenagers like me or like August, from the movie.
