I was the director of operations for another real estate brokerage. I then joined Lucas Howard as his transaction coordinator and am now the executive admin for the team. What does your typical workday look like?
My typical workday includes assisting our team members — whether it is an agent or someone on the admin team — with any of their needs that

arise throughout the day, and sometimes that might be just being there for someone who needs a listening ear. I work on creating processes and procedures to help provide our clients with a 10+ experience and to assist all team members in their roles. I keep a pulse on our financials and pay all company invoices. I also help plan and implement our community and client appreciation events. I can touch many parts of the business in a days’ time.

I am passionate about helping others be successful, and that drives me to excel in my role. What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I get to continue to learn and grow and am surrounded by caring and giving individuals.
