Why did you decide to get into real estate?

I have a passion for helping people, marketing and customer service. I am able to do all three in real estate. I love what I do each and every day.

What does success mean to you?

Success to me is helping as many people as possible — not just in volume or units in real estate but by answering questions, educating clients and giving back to the community.

What are you most excited about in your life right now?

My growing business, personal relationships and 2021!

What do you do to stay grounded/centered/sane?

A healthy work-life balance is crucial to staying centered. For me, this consists of going to the gym when possible, putting all appointments on a calendar and spending time with my significant other Morgan, friends, family and my three dogs.

When are you at your best?

I am at my best when I’m busy working with clients, helping them buy and sell real estate, and spending time with friends and family. I am a people person and enjoy being around others.

How did your challenges shape who you are today?

To me, there is no such thing as a failure as long as you treat it as a lesson learned. Every challenge is a lesson, and you have to work hard to overcome it to be successful.

What drives or motivates you?

Helping others motivates me the most, along with striving to be the best agent I can be. I love my career and am dedicated to always learning and growing.

Who has helped you get where you are today?

My grandmother Donna Welch and real estate mentors Michelle Saward and Lisa LaRowe.

As a 2021 Best-in-Class honoree, what are your words of wisdom for the next generation of real estate agents?

Never give up. Push on, learn, grow and focus on being the best version of yourself possible. Success doesn’t come easy — it’s something you must work for every day.
