Tanglin Trust School’s Golf Team delivered a fantastic performance at the SEASAC Go Championship held in Jakarta, achieving some of their best results in recent history
The Boys’ Team secured 3rd place overall, testament to the hard work, discipline, and determination shown by all players throughout the event.
There were several standout individual performances. Aden P led the team with a impressive top 5 finish, while Sebastian S followed closely within the top 10. Harry A also delivered a strong showing, claiming 11th place overall and contributing vital points to the team’s podium finish.
In the Girls’ division, Emily F emerged as Tanglin’s highest-ranked female golfer, finishing 17th overall. Her consistency and focus throughout the competition were highlights of the week.
Congratulations to all our golfers for representing Tanglin with skill, resilience, and great sportsmanship. Their achievements in Jakarta reflect both individual excellence and a growing strength in the school’s golf programme. We look forward to seeing what the team will accomplish next!

Singapore Cricket Club Rugby 7s
At a storm-soaked and rain-disrupted SCC 7s, Tanglin showcased incredible resilience reaching all three age-group finals for only the second time in school history. Full credit to the players and coaches for embracing the challenging conditions and delivering performances full of heart, discipline and adaptability.
U14 – Champions vs St Andrew’s
In what many described as the match of the weekend, the U14s edged a thrilling contest, clinching a 12–7 victory in golden-point extra time. A reminder that sometimes you simply have to stay in the fight. Outstanding effort, lads.

U18 – Champions vs KVM Malaysia
Moments of genuine brilliance combined with a huge defensive stand in the first half set the tone for a well-earned 26–5 victory. A longawaited and richly deserved win—well done, boys.
History Makers – U18 Girls vs IFS
In another small piece of history, our TTS U18 Girls defeated an excellent IFS side 12–10 in the first ever Girls U18 fixture between two international schools from Singapore and a first for the SCC 7s. Trailblazers!

SEASAC Cross Country
The SEASAC Cross Country event, hosted by NIST Bangkok, took place in the stunning countryside surrounding the River Kwai. Representing TTS were 10 athletes, five boys and five girls, from Year Groups 8 through to 13. The competition commenced with the individual 5kilometre race on Friday, which tested runners across a challenging course featuring single-track trails, deep puddles, and farmland.

The girls’ team collectively commendable 3rd place ove first day. Their momentum co Saturday’s relay event, w achieved an outstanding 2nd showcasing teamwork and res boys’ team, led by a stron effort from Connor O'N, who outside the top 20 in the ind showed that they were able adapt their technique to deal which was far different from t training environment.
Their efforts culminated in finish in the relay, contributing to an overall 7th place standing for th Beyond the races, the weekend opportunities for inter-school making it a memorable experien involved.

FOBISIA U18 Netball
Congratulations to our U18 FOBISIA Netball Squad for a fantastic showing at the FOBISIA U18 Tournament in Kuala Lumpur! Competing against 13 teams from Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, our Tanglin Lions gave it their all.
A special shout-out to the Tanglin Lions ‘C’ team, who delivered a standout performance as one of the only non-A teams in the competition. Their determination in the first-round matches followed by an impressive push through the knockout stages, extra time included earned them a well-deserved 6th-place finish against top-tier A teams.
A true testament to their grit, resilience, and competitive spirit. Well done, Lions!
