Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you ‘really’ feel it? The Jacksons released Can You Feel It in 1981 however it was recorded in March 1980. The lyrics seem so valid these days it’s scary. Was this written with predictive intent? One can’t be sure; however, we can certainly apply it to what’s happening now in 2023, some 43 years later!
Watch the linked clip I’ve supplied and listen closely to the lyrics. I found an interview with Jackie (who co-wrote the song with Michael), Tito and Marlon in a Guardian article written by Simon Hattenstone from April 2021.
In it Hattenstone writes; “Can You Feel It is one of the great disco songs. Now the Jacksons are determined to remind us that it is also one of the great political songs, with its call for “all the colours of the world” to unite and tell the “marching men who are killing their brothers” that we all share the same blood”.
Since the February full moon there is a shift in the energy growing around the planet, creating a broader awareness of good versus evil, truth versus lies. It seems people are becoming genuinely interested in seeing the bigger picture! it’s going global!
People are starting to realise mainstream media are controlled and only offering part of the story, the narrative that the owners and controllers of the world are ‘wanting’ people to believe. It’s creating fear amongst the masses and that’s the best way for governments to control people - by stating they ‘will remove the fear’ if ‘you do what we tell you’!

The information being spread in social media not being censored is driving a huge part of this awareness. People are starting to research and really deep dive into organisations like the World Economic Forum (WEF), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the bid Companies that are fuelled by greed, power and ego! We looked at these partially in the Elephant Series in the Jan/Feb Issue of the magazine and there’s more to come, however what is awakening people’s consciousness to these issues, is the fact that social media is a great way to share how ‘they’ are trying to control the planet for whatever reasons they have in their collective miserable brains.
When exploring the rabbit hole I’d strongly suggest trying to do it in a balanced way; looking at the arguments for and against each part of the puzzle. This will help people stay sane as they realise that the global ‘Elites’ have been ruling people’s lives for generations and are openly striving to take over control of the planet! It’s scary how sinisterly evil people can be.
How does this tie into Averting an Atlantis Disaster? I’m glad you asked. Atlantis ultimately wiped itself off this planet and into another dimension. It died a death of greed, ego, self-harm, war within its peoples and the destruction of the right to be one with their soul or self. Does that sound familiar?
David Geddes has written a ripping story about this in Averting an Atlantis Disaster Part 1 and Part 2. David’s research and the way he has written the story is mind boggling. I know he has spent a lot of time bringing his detailed information together. When one follows the links and understands how he has come up with his conclusions we realise that 2023 is virtually the polar opposite of when Atlantis went down! It’s simply a fascinating to read and it scarily makes perfect sense! Watch out folks 2023 is here!
This led us onto the front cover. I contacted Aurelien Pumayana Floret from Pumayana and explained what we were doing with this issue. I was blown away with him jumping at the opportunity to help us. The rise and fall of Atlantis can be read by studying these numbers. Atlantis is an etheric code of reincarnation, divined by its higher frequency of number 6, reduced from the sum of 24.
Six is the ultimate in overwhelm, pertaining to society. How we interconnect and relate. The burdens associated with living ‘human’. It also resembles the foetus nestled in the womb.
The sum of 24, reminds us that one must have heart, intuition, and compassion integrated into the planning, foundation and organisation of any society. If these ingredients lapse then be prepared for the blow up.
Misunderstanding, blame and frustration occur, resulting in greed, division and war, and even a major catastrophe. The earth quakes, and her volcanos erupt when the 24/6 is ignored or disrespected.
Atlantis can be seen within the Tarot, perhaps as the sixth major arcana – The Lovers card, representing relationships and choices. It may indicate aspects of the querents’ life to be sacrificed in order for better things to evolve, the ramifications lasting.

I learnt about this concept from Matias De Stephano a young Argentinian man who has total recall of all of his past lives. He’s travelled around the globe teaching and connecting Ley Lines with wild tales of extreme synchronicities and spiritual interventions in physical events.
I want to start with an invitation to explore a perception that life and death are not entirely how we may normally associate with it.

More than 100,000 Earth years ago, I came to your planet. My brothers, sistersI came here unintentionally, by way of misadventure.
Your planet was wild and far more beautiful then. It took many aeons and my ascension to truly appreciate the spirit of the Earth, in all of her manifestations. Now, I serve the Source and have done so for millennia. I am both inspired and directed to speak, seeking to be of service to humanity, Earth and all of her children (including the fauna, flora, mycelium and minerals), by taking responsibility for my actions, and where karmically possible, for those of my kin.
Our species were technologically advanced; we had mastered time-space travel. We were powerful beyond measure - it became so all within the cosmos feared us. This was how we preferred things to be.
The third type were royals, spared due to their intellect and for breeding purposes; to keep the gene pool from becoming too narrow. These females were of royal bloodlines and were kept under guard constantly.
Our Queen valued intelligence, yet she was a jealous ruler and routinely culled the female children, keeping control and power over our species.
The way to begin is by sharing with you the series of events that altered the course of my life, and thereby life on Earth.
Before I speak about my knowledge of your planet’s history, including that of Atlantis, and of how to avert a reoccurrence, I will speak of the history of my species and how the world as you know it came to be.
Our species was ruled by a Queen, much like a bee hive. However, there were also lesser females, three types - though, they were only a few. The first type was non-royal breeders. Responsible for birthing and fulfilling our species’ constant need for warriors. They were also responsible for birthing females to become concubines to satiate the appetites of males returning from galactic plundering, however, their DNA was altered to keep them from reproducing.

She had ruled for over 300,000 Earth years during my time. She took many lovers - most of whom she ate after copulation, to restore her strength and vitality, although this was not her primary source of youth. The children born from our Queen came from eggs and during their incubation; in the egg form their DNA could be altered. Enhancing and decreasing particular qualities - another skill our species had mastered. We, the Queen’s children were raised as royalty, over aeons of training we became alchemists in our own
Before our then-current Queen, there were many others. However this Queen had reigned the longest in our species’ history, and through her extraordinary intelligence, the advancements in frequency technology that had been forged meant that our DNA was now being altered in such a way that our species was facing trouble, in fact, potential extinction. For all of her extraordinary intelligence the blind spot of our Queen had was that; Fear as the motivator of her choices and actions was a diminishing point of view, and created separation through judgement and was therefore destined for self-destruction. The further down this line of consciousness, we went as a species with her, the graver our danger, the more power-hungry and controlling she became, and the more ruthless we were in order to facilitate our survival, for we knew no other way.
There is a great deal more to transmit about the nature of our species, though for now this is enough to begin to comprehend. My brothers and sister and I were all raised in captivity. Over the first 20,000 human years of our lives we were trained for battle. Bred for our superior abilities in all areas, our minds and bodies strong, our hearts courageous, yet primarily absent (suppressed) through frequency adaptation was love and compassion. We were not
Herein another cracking of the cosmic egg occurred. There were many others in our world. Similar yet different. In truth, they were our brethren, yet at that time we could not recognise it, for we were a mixture of them all. Instead, we saw them as the enemy. They were fierce, each believing they were right, and we were at war. It was this attitude that we took into the cosmos with us when we travelled, seeking the precious elixir of life for our Queen and species.
Trained as a unit, we led fleets of soldiers to worlds across time and space that our scouts had encountered, and had assessed held the materials required for our species and planet’s survival, and were ready for extraction and transport.
The forms of materials were various, however not all were physical. We, our species had come to see all within creation as a commodity for our own devices. Oh, dear reader, how misguided we were, for nothing could be further than the truth...
Some long time passed and we were successful in our pursuits until we encountered one particular world.

It was very beautiful, pure you might say. The beings there were harmless, having evolved beyond the use of violence, they were surrendered to the perfection of their deaths both individually and collectively, so no force of any kind was required in order to take their resources. They gave it willingly, even if we were intent upon draining the entirety of both theirs and their planet’s life force. Their lives and the whole planet were truly pristine.
My sister was so intrigued by this quality; she decided to engage with these beings. This was not part of our training, nor was it acceptable to our Queen; however, she would not be dissuaded. My sister, you may know as Inana, though she has had countless other names during her extensive lifetime on Earth.
what had happened to her? Fear - our first instinct was to control her. What happened next was she projected light from the middle of her chest and then geometries from her third eye centre, transmitting a message of calm and peace. We did not realise at the time these beings had activated her suppressed compassion DNA. Hence, aeons later she became known as the Goddess of Love and War.

We sent the laden carrier ships staffed by warriors ahead, whilst waiting till they were far enough for them not to know we’d created an invisible dimensional shift portal at our entry point to this world, for its protection. Now we were really in a quandary, we had seemingly betrayed our own, yet we had not. Regardless, the Queen would have to be

On approach to our home world, the word was relayed to the Queen our cargo was significantly lighter than possible and expected. With no way of explaining ourselves, we wisely remained in the outer gravitational field where we would have our best chance of escape. The Queen personally addressed us in holographic form, her eyes told us all we needed to know - she knew we had been infiltrated. Inana attempted to project the energy and geometries to her as she had to us. This only infuriated the Queen, “Prepare to be boarded, you are traitors to your kind, you are under arrest!” she roared.
We took off like lightning, now with hundreds of ships in hot pursuit. Fortunately, our ship, being that of royalty was better equipped, faster and we were more agile than the warrior caste that pursued us. We headed for the nearest fold in space-time that appeared on our navigation system. It was critical to reach the speed of light by the time we arrived at the fold, so we could jump timelines and dimensions escaping our would-be captors.
On our approach, the critical speed reached, thankfully too far ahead to be shot down - all appeared to be perfect, and then...
Out of nowhere, a ripple crossed the fold, an almost invisible arc of energy - likened to an expanding ring emitted by dropping a pebble into a still pond. At any other time, we would have aborted the jump, however, it was jump or diewe jumped. The ripple knocked us completely off our trajectory, causing our ship to appear in an unknown sector of the cosmos, who knew where, or when. Arriving in Earth’s atmosphere, alarms screaming, as our ship’s equipment reached critical levels, and we braced for impact...

Crystal skulls began to be carved on Earth. Inspiration directly channelled from source energy - the first self - existing ‘thought-form’ and etheric skulls, and from off world beings - telepathically projected to the minds of chosen artisans.

Earth-wise, Atlantis was not just one place. It was segregated as a specifically patterned grid, energetically enhancing the life and works of the people engaged to dwell within the realms of its allotted communities.
Nothing is or was by chance. The crystals skulls, known as the Crystal Skull Collective, have a purpose.
The Crystal Skull Collective suggests they had a ‘hand’ (considering they are limbless I think that is a little suggestive humour), in the creation of Atlantis as it was known to be, on the Earth plane.

The ‘Atlantis’ conglomerate was created with intent. It was not a place where people had naturally evolved, although of course new Atlanteans were constantly born there as people did procreate and live normal lives. In fact, the atmospheric conditions were very conducive to fertility, sexual/sensual activity and reproduction.
Various forms of crystal skulls were created and utilised in Atlantis. Depending on the crystal or mineral, the style of carving and even then, considered old, ancient, or modern - all were respected and used accordingly.
Until…! There is a wide and varied set of beliefs, stories, myths and legends regarding the ‘rise and fall’, of Atlantis. There is also somewhere, somehow, actual and factual documented evidence of this that would astound the humans of today’s society.
Guess where that information is held securely, in a safe and sacred place? Correct! It is within the collective of crystal skulls.
There are many legends pertaining to this – most tend toward the idea that when 13 ancient skulls are set together and activated in a place in time, then many things are said to perhaps occur, reveal and become possible; you can Google and ponder that yourselves.

My crystal skull collective is telling me, in as many ways as they possibly can that ‘Earthquakes, Volcano’s, Thunderbolts and Lightening’, may have occurred in many places that were of the ‘Atlantis Alignment’, however what caused the true downfall was dis-ease.
The fall! Caused from a simple yet effective pathogen infiltrated into the human psyche and physiology – a microbial parasite and an unearthly fungus, fused with a negative exaggerated tendance for greed, want, jealousy and sin rather than love, joy, sharing and embracing kin.
Many people remember past lives in Atlantis, especially ‘the leaving of’ in specific boats and types of mental, physical and ethereal craft.
This was not so much to escape a natural disaster or the exploding of the ‘magno-electric crystal hydrogen bombs’ (the closest applicable description) that had been created, it was to leave the now infected cities, where there was no longer any hope of survival. They took what was required for generations to come in order to avoid the same deescalation of human behaviour, and to prepare each new civilization that would follow as a pyramidal step in time.

Most people have heard of Atlantis, that ancient civilisation that was Utopia, yet the story of Atlantis is shrouded in mystery and conflicting information. Even Encyclopedia.com, for example, begins its review of Atlantis with the words “More than 2,500 years ago, a legend first began to spread about a society...”
However, later in the piece, the timing they quote is shown to be in question, as it goes on to say that Plato, “…used the model of Atlantis to represent a world of perfect order in contrast to all that was imperfect in the world around him, he labelled the story of Atlantis literally true.”

Plato lived 427 - 347 B.C.E. and was a critical thinker, believing that Atlantis existed 9000 years before his time. He did not trust art or literature, including legends, as he believed that ideas are our primary reality and the physical, material world is a reflection of those ideas. Therefore, as art and literature, a material form, are the product of our ideas, he deduced that they are
It tells of a land of abundance, with rich soil, clean water, hot healthy springs and teeming with animals. Atlanteans were self-sufficient, growing their own food, however, they also had the ability and technical knowledge to create incredible buildings from the plethora of natural resources available to them, to generate electricity, build flying machines and harness nuclear power for energy and warfare, all invented from an intellect far advanced than that of other lands. Individuals understood their environment, both in this dimension and others, and could easily manifest their needs, because they deeply understood the foundation and positive use of energy.
The location of this land has never been identified nor a reasonable conclusion as to its sudden disappearance. However, ocean explorer, Robert Ballard, understands that the legend is logical, as it is similar to a massive volcanic eruption on the Greek island of Santorini in the Aegean Sea. Ballard says the highly advanced society that lived there also disappeared suddenly. Ignatius L. Donnelly, an American fringe scientist, confirms Ballard’s thinking of the existence and disappearance of a mid-Atlantic continent in the exact location that Plato originally mentioned.

As there is no definite location or exact timing, let us look at the symbolism of Atlantis (24). The numerological meaning of 24 includes hard work towards building solid foundations, practicality and organisation, honesty, integrity, dependability, responsibility and inner wisdom. All of this was required to build the utopia that Atlantis represents and what would be required to rebuild it in the present. Reduce the 24 to a single digit 6, and we find the focus on teamwork, cooperation, family, domestic life and harmonious relationships; again all necessary to build a united and sustainable community.
For many, Atlantis represents a perfect world that is eventually destroyed by human failings, mostly greed and laziness. All Atlanteans had the same abilities yet eventually some handed over their personal responsibility to others, creating a ‘those that can’ and ‘those that do’ situation. Soon, this became a society that had workers to support the lives of those that became
all-powerful leaders, making decisions for the rest. Sound familiar?
This separation was not the design for humanity and so Atlantis was destroyed by sinking it under the sea. We can see the same thread of loss running through other stories: Noah’s Ark, King Arthur’s Camelot and Iram of the Pillars (Quran) to name a few. They all tell of a moral, spiritual people, living in a highly advanced, utopian society that became greedy and petty, leading to moral turpitude and eventual eradication. These are legends of course; however, historically there are many actual lands that have sunk beneath the waves throughout the world.
same purpose? Either way it doesn’t matter. We can look at the world we live in today and identify the same greed, the same passing over of the power of choice and decision-making to governments, the same laziness of thinking – or not thinking – just going along with the majority.
Are we ready to allow ourselves to sink under the waves or can we change the way we conduct ourselves and our lives? It is not ideal to say “But I am only one”, as each ‘One’ adds to the many, until it creates a critical mass and the tide turns. So, let us take Atlantis as our mantra and reclaim our personal power in every aspect of our life to recreate Utopia!

Deep in the sands of the Sahara lays a remarkable and distinctive anomaly formally known as The Richat Structure or Guelb El Richat. This unique and puzzling phenomenon found near west-central Mauritania in Africa, has in recent years become increasingly speculated as the site of none other than Plato’s capital city of Atlantis. Could what is known as the ‘Eye of the Sahara’ really be the fabled lost city? You decide.
Few people are aware of the great circular formation jutting out of the sand near Oudane, an 11th century Islamic town perched on the western end of the Sahara desert. In fact, one could only perceive this phenomenon from the perspective of great distance, much like the Nasca Lines in Peru. Spanning around 25 miles in diameter in the form of two almost perfect concentric circles the structure resembles a human eye, first spotted in 1965 by NASA astronauts during the Gemini 4 space mission.
Initially believed to be an impact crater, this presumption was immediately dismissed
when no meteoric evidence was found upon further investigation. Geologically, the phenomenon is believed to be the result of the weatheringover a vast expanse of time - of a dome created by the rising of the earth in that place due to ancient volcanic activity.
For all who have eyes to see there is a strange likeness between this unique structure and Plato’s legendary lost city of Atlantis. Information that has recently come to light has raised some serious questions as to the plausibility of the comparison.
The most notable resemblance when looking at the contrast between the Richat Structure and our mythical city, is that the Richat is comprised of a series of concentric rings which match Plato’s description of Atlantis - specifically the three rings of water and two of land. Plato’s city was also said to have an opening to the sea in the south which directly corresponds with the opening of the Richat anomaly, still visible on Google Earth today.
It is interesting to note that Pomponius Mela, a Roman geographer dating back some 2000 years, created a sophisticated map of the then known world titled, ‘The Habitable World of Pomponius Mela’. Though this map is oriented to the east in its original form, the north-west region of the Sahara relative to the area of modern day Mauritania is named ‘Atlantia’.
In Plato’s account the area was said to be surrounded by a large rectangular plane and to have been constructed with stone of red, white and black. Images online correspond, as well to the nature of the geology in the area as to the description of the great city.
Recent studies corroborate that the area around the Richat is not only part of a geothermal complex, and that as recently as five thousand years ago a wide network of riversparticularly the Tammanrasset River - existed in what is now a barren landscape of desert sand.
If the Richat structure really is the location of Plato’s lost city of Atlantis, according to legend, it would have to have sunken beneath the sea in a night and a day...
The western part of the Sahara desert has been well known for its mining and trade in salt for at least a thousand years. Not only are the white salt deposits visible in the Richat to this day, but archaeological discoveries of molluscs dated to between fifteen and seven thousand years ago are present, notably seen in the areas of lowest elevation.
are the Atlas Mountains in the north and the fact that the centre island of Atlantis was described as being geothermal in nature, having hot springs and sources of cold fresh water. This being the case, we’d have to imagine the Sahara being a very different landscape in the time of Atlantis eleven to twelve thousand years ago!
In recent years tremendous evidence of vast water erosion throughout the Sahara Desert visible via satellite imagery has come to light revealing perceptibly evident water striations that rip right through the Richat structure all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. Evidence suggests that a massive tsunami caused by a slide of the sea floor off the coast of Mauritainia around eleven thousand years ago would have been enough to have decimated every city in its path!
Wouldn’t it be a wonder if Plato’s lost capital city of Atlantis has been hiding all this time - not in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean or Mediterranean Sea - but in the sun bleached sands of the Sahara!

Our days’ adventure over, satiated in every way, our merry band prepares for slumber. Tucked into bed, my mind revelling in the mysteries revealed in Merlins Cave. Feeling warmth and gratitude, I drift into dream’s embrace.
Now, travelling through the astral realm, my consciousness musing, questioning the relationship between Avalon and the Temporary Temples (Crop Circles), which we were destined to visit on our tour journey.
The night sky reveals the canopy of celestial bodies, ever-present, watching over the comings and goings of human folly, day, night, conscious, unconscious and dream. The landscape below, villages and farms, with fields stretching into the horizon.
Floating above our farmstead, feeling inspired I take a little fly around the area to get my bearings. Gliding seamlessly over rooftops, without prying, simply passing by, I notice the murmurings of people sleeping below.
Processing their day, worrying or hoping about their futurehow would the crops fare this year? Praying for a good yield. Even hoping these pesky crop circles wouldn’t turn up in their field... I giggle at the contrastI’ve flown halfway around the world just to see one!
Stopping in the middle of a field away from the sleep chatter. Here it is quiet, only the grass, the stars and a cool English Summer night breeze. Even the field mice pause their foraging, while I listen intently to nature and inwardly for clues.
‘Ahhh... yes’, a dawning arises in my cellular memory, ‘The place where sound is born.’ Connecting to the heavenly bodies, beyond this Earthly realm the celestial orchestra is playing. Each heavenly body attuned, together serenading all of life into bloom.
Awe-inspiring, the sweetest notes uplifting my soul, my astral vehicle rises with the waves of music from beyond the Earth’s field.
My heart open, my eyes close, melting into bliss, truly transported by the beauty of Source’s creation, there are no-boundaries between us, as my own souls’ song effortlessly resounds in harmony with the All.
In a moment, sound fades to silence. I open my eyes once more, here in the presence now of some of the great Masters of the Universe; Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus. ‘Venus welcomes you.’ Waves of ever-expanding unconditional love emanate from their beings to and through me. We spend some time in this heartfelt communion. No words uttered; communion occurs through the heart and from the pure essence of our being. It can only be known. Time stands still in these moments, with eternity present as witness.
The Lady Venus inspired, invites me to merge with the consciousness of all Venutia, so as to remember how it is they view and relate to Earth. I expand into the Heart-Centre Consciousness of our solar system, we become one.
The veil lifted, the Goddess in all of her radiant glory pours forth infinite unconditional love. Aware of the generosity of this gracious sharing, reverence and gratitude I transmit to the millions of beings I am encountering - all of Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus’s children. They too curiously, hopefully, unconditionally lovingly, lightly, hold the highest vision of humanity’s growth and becoming.
I feel in my being it is time to return to my individuated consciousness. Gently my energy returns, now perceiving the Earth at a distance, with Venus before me and the
spiralling geometry of its cyclical path through the heavens.
Master Lord Arcturus has joined us. Focused now on all he is transmitting. He is magnetic, an undercurrent of humour, ever-present below the surface. A river of mirtherupting forth joyfully, like a geyser when he speaks. “Let me show you how it’s done!” He says enthusiastically - a cheeky twinkle in his cosmic eye. An environmental disaster is an event of catastrophic proportions inflicted upon the natural environment through human activity. The most known environmental disaster of our time, is the Chernobyl nuclear disaster that occurred on April 26, 1986. This disaster was rated at seven, the maximum severity on the International Nuclear Event Scale. Another environmental impact was the Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011.
I want to focus on the Chernobyl nuclear meltdown of No. 4 reactor which caused an open-air reactor core fire that burnt until May 4, 1986. The fire released radioactive contaminants into the air and deposited them to the
surrounding parts of the USSR and Europe.
A total of 350,000 people were evacuated from the region and in the absence of humans, Mother Nature has reclaimed the region for herself. Chernobyl’s exclusion zone which spans over 2,800 square kilometres is one of the world’s most radioactively contaminated areas. It was estimated that 400 hectares of pine trees died in the wake of the disaster along with most of the region’s flora and fauna, and water sources were highly contaminated.

came and went, humanity witnessed a miracle. The exclusion zone began to re-wild itself by rebuilding with biodiversity. Endangered animals like the Przewalski’s horses, the lynx, and the European bison are thriving and the populations of elk, boar, and roe deer are booming. With the increase in prey animals and the reduction of hunting pressure, predatory animals like the wolves also increased in population.
Thirty five years since the nuclear disaster, researchers are seeing a boom in animal and plant species in the exclusion zone in spite of the illegal levels of radioactive contamination found in plants. This has led scientists to believe

that nature is thriving in the zone due to the lack of human presence in the area.

and do whatever we like within her ecosystems. Before the disaster, the ecosystems of the region were heavily dominated by pine trees, less diversity and animal species had been hunted into extinction. The disaster doesn’t appear to be an environmental disaster, it actually looks like an environmental success. Nature seems to be adapting to the poisonous environment and correcting human ignorance. That is, ignoring the truth about living on this planet; we need thriving ecosystems in order for humans to thrive.

I wonder, were the 350,000 people living in the region educated on the risks that were involved in having a nuclear plant in their backyard and did they consent to its construction? Was the destruction of the environment considered? The answer to both questions is, no. As our lives and the life of Mother Earth stands at the brink of what can only be a disastrous nuclear war, the majority of humanity remains blind to the truth - the controllers are playing chess and we are the chess pieces, the planet is the chess board.
They set up this game and mind controlled us into believing that they are fighting to protect us by protecting our nations, and the majority of people believe this to be true. This is coerced normality. People are trained into nationalism; seeing ourselves as different to each other and fiercely up holding

and defending our countries and cultures. Our manipulated perceptions on what is acceptable, thoughts and behaviours have us believing that diversity is bad. We are programmed to be simpletons when we have the ability to accept and understand complex ideas, knowledge and realities.
It is so easy to argue with each other, to blame another for our unwanted life experiences, to alienate someone based on their appearances, religious beliefs, health status, life choices, educational status, sexuality, sexual preference, gender identity, and the list goes on. Life is complex, and we strive to simplify it by polarising it to fit our programmed reductionist minds - conditioned to dismiss anything that does not fit into our coerced normality. We don’t even know that we are living out someone else’s script because we are written into the script through the conditioning of our minds via
the numerous institutions and devices created to perpetrate the grand illusion.

I began this article with the Chernobyl nuclear disaster because I was guided to do so by my ultimate guide on this planet, Mother Gaia. The way this article has been written has also been influenced by Gaia and, at first, I didn’t understand
how I was going to create a coherent piece of writing - I was asked to trust. I realised my mind was having trouble with accepting the concept that life is complex and it is our programming that keeps us seeking to simplify it, to reduce it to disconnected parts much like governments with their disconnected network of chaotic departments.
Complexity is intricately interwoven with nuances that cannot be seen and understood in a simple reductionist world view. Let’s revisit the Chernobyl story with our eyes and minds wide open and see the true normal. It is normal, that when humans leave the Earth alone, she heals and her complex ecosystems rebuild because every element in that ecosystem though different, perceives its place in the grand truth of what makes a healthy and thriving living system.
There are no game players manipulating a thriving ecosystem and nature always seeks to balance herself. The re-wilding of the exclusion zone in Chernobyl was seen as a miracle. It was not a miracle, it was not extraordinary, it was ordinary and normal.

That is what nature does, it seeks balanced regeneration which humans disturb in order to satisfy our need for the accumulation of things to alleviate our imported fear of all things that are different to us.
We have been manipulated into making nature our enemy so that we can be divided from, and live in a constant war with it. This way, the controllers of this reality can carve up nature, impose their will upon her and profit from her, while we watch and don’t take action; because nature is different and different needs to be controlled so that we are safe.
How many of us ever think about Chernobyl and see
what Mother Earth is showing us? Not many! Because most of us are still trapped in the false matrix, believing the perceptions projected onto our inner screens. We swallow the blue pill and go back to the coerced normality of our programmed existence in a created toxic culture. We play small, not wanting to rock the boat we are in, as we are stranded out at sea. Again, an illusion to control us, because we are not lost and nature is not our enemy.
The wisdom of Gaia is the way forward and we need to feel just how central she is in freeing ourselves from the enslavement we were programmed into. We must allow ourselves to be guided by the Earth in her
regenerative processes and not try to bend her to our will. It is time to form a collaborative relationship with our Mother Earth and weave a future together, because she, and we, will no longer tolerate enslavement!

My understanding of the challenges we face throughout life, is that they provide the opportunity to experiment with different approaches to the situations we encounter. I believe we do not make mistakes rather, that when we make a decision and the outcome is not what we expect, we then have the chance to take a different tack. In this way, a mistake becomes a learning curve and a positive experience. We by trial and error in most of what we do: cooking, driving, playing piano or sport, all require this element for us to become skilled.
However, it seems that ‘the groups’ instrumental in running our world don’t apply this same tactic. They repeat the same approach, often taking a hammer to crack a nut, creating a cycle in society that fundamentally has little benefit to humanity. As George Bernard Shaw said, “We learn from history that we learn nothing from history.”

Finally, Lemuria sank beneath the waves, as a result of what we know as the Great Flood, an event that the Old Testament tells us was to redress the balance as humanity lost its way. When the waters receded, they emerged and rebuilt their society and, when we review history, we can see this repeated rise and disappearance of civilisations.
Hearing the similar stories of both Lemuria and Atlantis and the outcome, I decided to look beyond the words to the symbolism. Water for me has always represented emotion: either the soft ebb and flow when we are balanced, or the crashing upheaval of waves when we lose sight of who we are and become detached and en-weakened.
Maybe this is the lesson, that when we work together, in loving harmony and support of each other, everything is balanced and we are connected to our inner knowing. However, when we become distracted by the fear that others place before us, the conflict of ideas among our community, we feel deeply the turmoil of disharmony. We can sink beneath the enormity of it, with many often lost in the process.
The ordinary, unwitting people in any culture, those that follow the narrative of authority, are the ones that suffer most, as they fall prey to the dishonesty. Emotionally, mentally and physically they become lost, sinking beneath the waves so to speak.
Similar stories of lost worlds can be found in many other legends; the Garden of Eden, King Arthur’s Camelot, Shambala, El Dorado, to name a few. We can also see the disappearance of historical civilisations, great and advanced societies lost with no, as yet defined, reason: Inca, Mayan, Indus Valley,
Are each of these instances of growth to a zenith and then eventual fall, a warning to mankind? A warning that has obviously gone unheeded in light of what is happening today’s world. The planet is currently experiencing enormous shifts in frequency of the Schumann Wave, polar shift with natural climate change as a result. Again, people seem to be sinking beneath the waves, so maybe we need to make a change in our approach, one person at a time.

The prevailing idea of ‘toxic masculinity’ necessitates deeper analysis. Whilst such in vogue ideas of a degenerate ‘patriarchy’ are widespread, it’s not clear what the antidote is, or what the consequences of a role reversal might be. Nietzsche’s words echo: “If you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”
Evolutionary biologists have indicated some of the traits (or ‘competencies’) that make men attractive to women, including the ability to protect and provide for their families. Historically-speaking, a good hunter was deemed attractive by the opposite sex. Furthermore, an ability to develop resources indicates a willingness to commit, build and develop ideas demonstrated stability.
Masculine traits like aggression have evolved a certain way for a purpose. When we frame them as ‘toxic’, it’s problematic, because natural tendencies are neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad,’ it depends how they are used. In the correct context, they can be lifesaving, yet acting aggressively in the wrong context, threatening or controlling, bullying, or even suppressing emotions, is not productive.

This implies that resources are linked to competency, a house doesn’t build itself. Women choose men for their qualities, and these grow inter-generationally, via evolutionary processes. Therefore, many of the qualities we see in men have been self-selected by women.
To describe the so-called ‘patriarchy’ as toxic is somewhat disingenuous unless we examine ‘toxic femininity.’ I look around at the roads, bridges, streetlights, hospital buildings and infrastructure, wondering how many women were involved in their construction? The inescapable fact is that we are birthed from both sexes and even when one gender hasn’t made a positive contribution to our personal emotional lives, we are all part-male, part-female. Tantric traditions acknowledge the ‘contra-sexual’ part of each gender, honouring the knowledge we have both masculine and feminine components moving through us, whether conscious or unconscious, hidden or exposed. Psychologically, it behoves us to heal both parts and integrate their shadow elements.

To move society forward is to be realistic about gender differences, acknowledge without demonising. In promoting humanistic societies, we have to be careful not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Bad behaviour amongst any gender should not be condoned. Misogyny, the contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women and misandry, the contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against men, are equally counter-productive.
In literature, implicit patterns appear where men are portrayed as selfish and not to be trusted. Literary critic Anthony Synnott, posits that modern literature frequently portrays men as villains and women as victims. The impulse to disparage men occurs within contemporary feminist literature. Stereotypical male heroes are often flat characters, all brawn over brains. Superman’s Clark Kent is painfully shy, incompetent and sheepish in front of Lois Lane, despite being a virtually indestructible superhero. There is a broad metaphor here, that even the heroic, powerful man, an icon of manliness, goes weak at the sight of a pretty woman.
Interestingly, Freud’s outdated ‘penis envy’ theory pointed to the feeling of absence or void within the female. Some theorists have expanded the symbolic aspects of this to encompass the power and status associated
with masculinity. Whether or not Freud meant this metaphorically, the advantages of being male include not having a period (often considered painful and unwanted) and having physical strength and size.
Disgust at the sight of blood and use of descriptions like ‘the curse’ to describe the female menses, demonstrates persisting negative connotations of being female. From women, I have heard masculine traits derided, whilst expressing “I wish I were male.” What if we are truly seeking wholeness through healing our shadow self? Since yin-yang are interconnected, criticising either side is much like one wing of a plane whinging about the other wing - utterly pointless and counterproductive.
Issues of vulnerability and inadequacy are common to both sexes. Men feel excessive pressure to excel and perform - disappointment and failure to live up to the ‘ideal’ leads to a high suicide rate amongst young men.

Before one criticises men, one must consider the positive impacts of masculinity and the integration of our own masculine side. Perhaps it has been neglected and needs loving support and healing. Rather than being fixated on unhealthy behaviours, it’s more productive to accept that we are all whole human beings, not the ‘sum of our underlying parts.’ We each have potential to learn and grow, wherever

Years ago, I was walking with a friend when it began to rain. She said “We’ll be getting all of the negative ions” It was the first time I’d heard anything of this sort and set about researching straight away!
It’s interesting to note that positive ions are not the good guys; it’s the negative ions that have all of the health benefits. healthline.com describes them as “…molecules floating in the air or atmosphere that have been charged with electricity…negative ions exist in nature… wherever water collides with itself.” Think waterfalls, waves in the ocean, even being in the shower. From exposure to that beautiful glow from salt lamps we gain a lot of benefits too, including stress reduction and a boost to our mood and immune system.

Every term the school had boxes of apples donated from Foodbank, an amazing service to the school community. One morning, I had this student with me and asked him to help me by washing the apples. What followed was a pleasant surprise! He became focussed, started having fun with the running water and asked if he could keep the tap on a bit longer. Obviously, negative ions are a little bit of natural magic. For a while, he was free from any other thought or feeling and it boosted his energy for about an hour afterwards. Hands under moving water offered a micro break that allowed his mind, body and emotions to rest momentarily – equivalent to a little nap.
There’s a special place in my heart for Highly Sensitive People (HSP) because it’s not a diagnosed disability that attracts funding and can go unrecognised by school staff. Often children are labelled as needy, lazy, defiant or oppositional, when all they’re trying to do is fight to keep their heads above water, to cope with their own reactions to everything without really understanding the burden they carry while others don’t.
As an adult, the path of discovering that you’re a HSP can be an incredible adventure: tuning into the self and managing triggers can unlock gifts unique to you. Until that time though, and as

a child in a mainstream school setting, life is challenging and the usual method of coping is to ‘get away’ for a while.
When these children make little discoveries such as their hands under moving water, it can briefly relieve the sensory overwhelm. We can support them in seeking this kind of regulation, which makes a difference to their school experience.
During a school day the chance to walk on a beach, visit a river, walk in the rain or even have a shower is impossible. Therefore, it’s ideal that HSP children have the opportunity at weekends for a decent amount of sensory regulation.
Sometimes the hypersensitivity can go along with other diagnoses, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This means that these students can be funded and recognised at school as needing support.
These families are usually on a NDIS plan and are engaged with Psychologists, Occupational and Speech Therapists and the child may have the label ‘sensory processing disorder’. In this way, school staff can make plans and supports around their needs, as identified in testing.
Whether there is a diagnosis or not, all discussions we have concerning every student have the same goal designed to establish and build independent learning. The role parents play in this is vitally important. At school, we seem to spend increasing levels of precious time ‘preparing’ students for learning, which can set a child’s education back. The child who arrives at school able to engage with instructions, sit still, tap into their creativity and work to their personal best, has had their needs met consistently at home.
For the highly sensitive child, being able to understand their own needs is like an additional
homework assignment and worth the time and energy put into this support.
When my oldest son was at school and started to get sick, his first instinct was to shower. It seems his system was instinctively looking for a boost by accessing negative ions. This journey of listening to the self and establishing personal self-care habits can contribute to their independence and, in turn, their quality of education, social life and overall happiness.

The Age of Aquarius continues as our earthly backdrop theme for the next 2,200 years or so, with Pluto in Aquarius establishing strong foundations.
Uranus transits teaming up with power player Pluto and spiritual idealist Neptune. These historical eras give us a sense of the changes the Aquarian and Uranian energies can bring.
A planetary shift is due on 23 March 2023, with Pluto moving into the radical ‘power to the people’ air sign of higher love, Aquarius. This further establishes the fledgling Age of Aquarius or the New Age.
Due to retrogrades, March activates two years of Pluto moving between authoritarian Capricorn and the early degrees of libertarian Aquarius, and staying in Aquarius from November 2024 until 2044.
This shift is progressing humanity in themes of freedom, egalitarianism, futuristic development and ‘one tribe’, as we release separative systems of authoritarian control and greed.
During the French Revolution, “Viva la Revolution” was the catch-cry. At that time, transformational Pluto was also in fair Aquarius, offering an idea of how things will roll. This time let’s make it peace and not heads.
Freedom-loving rebel Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius and carries the same essential energies, very evident in the 1960s hippy free love scene. That era arose due to major
Pluto takes over 200 years to move through the zodiac. It’s a major event when it changes signs, bringing death and rebirth. As it moves out of traditional and hierarchical Capricorn and into wild and free Aquarius, we will see concern for human rights and freedoms arise.

Right now, we’re seeing increased attempts at tyranny and control. The Age of Aquarius won’t tolerate it. People will increasingly rise to claim freedom and absurdly unequal distributions of wealth and power will be dismantled.

Huge leaps will occur in technology, space travel, earthly transportation methods, humanitarianism and equality, unique self-expression, connection with galactic neighbours and the embrace of uniqueness. Crypto is here to stay - use it wisely, it’s the future.
As with all energies playing out, we still have duality consciousness around light and shadow.
Aquarius’ shadow is already evident, especially since the 0º conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in December 2020. This is the first significant birthing of the Age of Aquarius, now picking up intensity as Pluto enters the sign.
Gender and gender fluidity is part of Aquarian energy; it’s interesting to see interplays of feminine and masculine energy unfolding. When we come from a strong foundation of self, we avoid the risk of losing ourselves by experimenting in these ways which can be manipulated by suspect agendas.
Being woke – excessive political and social correctness that ironically implodes to exclude others - is a shadow expression. Herd mentality is another. Aquarius rules the tribe and seeks the highest good of the collective. However, should a tribe become a same-thinking herd, it ends up fearing those that are different.
Other shadows are cold scientific and technological
approaches and the loss of reverence for nature and human warmth.
The last 14 years, as Pluto moved through earthy Capricorn, transformed how we experience status, tradition, rules and regulations, authority, financial systems, money and success.
On a personal level, recall significant life changes that began in 2008, these themes might be flaring up again as we leave the Pluto in Capricorn influence.

There’s a window of opportunity that can be easily accessed should we have the will to do so. Those not ready to move into unity at this time, will continue on the wheel of karma and it will seem that we are living in entirely different dimensions, even while sharing the planet.
While it is frustrating and upsetting to witness current events, having faith in a higher plan can also be a relief - just let it unfold.
Moving further into Pluto, in Aquarius, we care more about the knowledge and ethics we live by, rather than Capricornian concerns over status or rules set by the ‘Elite’. The elite get deleted in the Age of Aquarius. All for One and One for All.
