A Letter from the Editor

May 2021

Ed’s Letter Welcome to this May edition of Supernal Magazine. It’s been a crazy month, and as usual, I’m running up to the deadline in a panic. There’s so much been going on that I wonder where the time is going and how we manage to get a mag out each month. It’s certainly a miracle at times. I have to say it’s the team that makes things happen. Speaking of the team, observant readers have noted a few changes in the design of the mag. Just minor tweaks here and there. After two years, we have some new art direction coming on board and from this issue on, readers will notice the changes. I want to take this opportunity to welcome our new Art Director, Christel Mathelot, to the team. With Christel’s exceptional talents in the garden and the computer, combined with her background in art, her passion for growing food, the community, spirituality and people’s wellbeing, it’s a given we are fortunate to have her on board. Kev Howlett from Busybird Publishing is stepping back into a consult and support role. Kev and his wife Blaise jumped at the chance to help me get Supernal off the ground, not to mention

6

Supernal Magazine

Anthony Kilner

being responsible for helping me with my two books and three co-authored books. I can’t thank this amazing team for their help and support over the last two years. There’s so much that goes on in the background that people don’t see. Things go wrong, pages that were normal get corrupted on upload and Kev has stood fast and dealt with them, seemingly without stress, although I know it has stressed him - possibly even given him a few grey hairs! Sorry Blaise! For the local Monty community and a much broader writing community, these guys treat everyone like family, and I am proud to have them continuing to support us – it’s been a blessing – thank you! Also coming on board is another graphic artist in Ozlem Munur. Ozlem is very particular in her work and has been responsible for this Sacred Geometry cover and the April issue with the Angels & Demons cover. They are both pretty amazing covers. I’m sure you’ll agree. With Christel and Ozlem joining Lia, we have a new team coming together to offer and a pretty amazing aesthetic to Supernal. We planned plenty of changes for 2021, and this is just the start.

Sacred Geometry In this issue, we are looking at an introduction to Sacred Geometry. This is a fantastic story of the beginnings of life on this planet and the universe. I’ve had chats with Aurelien Pumayana Floret and an in-depth conversation with Michael Rice for our Supernal Radio show and podcast. Both these men are amazing in the variety of work they do around Sacred Geometry. I’ve penned a story on understanding Sacred Geometry from a beginner’s point of view. I’ve been around it for some time without really taking any notice or understanding the significance of it. ShirleySienna has written a piece on Skulls and their impact on sacred geometry, which is also pretty impressive. This issue has some fantastic interviews and our usual columnists. Why not sit back and enjoy letting the visual impact of the cover and the thought-provoking stories absorb into your body and allow a feeling of wellness and peace to flow over you?

Vaccination Survey So far, we’ve had an interesting response to the survey we are running. Many people have contacted me with their opinions which are appreciated. Some have said its anti-vaccination, and we are driving answers to that view. Others have said we haven’t gone far enough, and many have said that it’s offered plenty of thought-provoking questions and that they would be researching things a lot more. I’ve even had people refuse to even look at it. WHAT is your response? Well, fill out the survey and let us know. You can fill it out by clicking the link HERE: Or copy the link and share it with your friends. www.surveymonkey.com/r/3FF28TF

Next issue, we hope to bring you full results of the survey and a raft of information about old and new vaccinations. Possible outcomes and other important, unbiased information to help people understand their choices are now and into the future.

Pray for India In the news section of the mag this month, we had a disturbing chat with Dr Janani Sri Puram about the shocking situation in India. It’s a terrible miss-mash of poor governance, shortages of food, safety gear, oxygen, and hospital beds. Dr Janani’s story is one of pain and frustration tinged with optimism and love. She asked for nothing more than for people to pray for India! We are also supplying links where people can help our Indian neighbours get much-needed food and supplies. We hope our readers can help in some small way. In the meantime, we hope you have a Sacred Supernal month!

Philosophy and Practice by Robert Lawlor By Freya-Savitri Sampson Sacred Geometry – Philosophy and Practice, was first published in 1982. In print today, this itself stands testament to the excellence of this book and its continuing relevance for those newly coming to grips with the fundamental principles of *Sacred Geometry. I consider it a great privilege to know Robert Lawlor. During one the many long discussions about life, the Universe and everything, I’ve had with this gentleman, Robert shared he engaged with SG in mid 1970s by translating the work of the late alchemist R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz, from French to English, by candlelight. Not knowing how to speak or read French at the time, he learned as he went.

Describing the intrinsic relationship between spiritual and Earthly dimensions and forms, and natural and manmade structures. From Gothic Cathedrals to flowers, cymatic frequency pattern to Osiris’s throne – no stone, the very ancient unto the present is left unturned.

After he wrote this book Robert said, “I didn’t think that anyone would be interested in publishing it.” His book was the forerunning publication on the topic, inspiring countless people, and thereby the modern resurgence of SG,

Readers can easily learn geometric principles, by following the practical steps Robert lays out in his book, with the use of graph paper, two compasses and a straight edge. Thereby coming into relationship with the Golden Proportion, the logarithmic

spiral and the squaring of the circle and other omnipresent proportions and ratios. Robert, born in 1938, wrote this book during the time of his life, where in SG terms he was moving from teenager to adulthood. As he explains it 7+7+7=21 is one epoch of a human life, hence 21 is the time we’re given a key in modern ritual. 40 – over the hill is a fallacy, in actual fact 42 is the prime of our lives, where we step into our purpose, then 6384 is the sage or crone wisdom years of mastery. Robert has gone on to write Voices of the First Day: Awakening in the Aboriginal Dreamtime, Earth Honouring: A New Male Sexuality and The Geometry of the End of Time. Quite the Legacy. PRAY for India Anthony Kilner

In an exclusive interview with Dr Janani Sri Puram, a doctor from Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre, Sripuram, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, Southern India, we catch a sad and terrible understanding of what is going on in India. Dr Janani is on the front line and struggling with what is happening in India. “We had 18,627 people present to our hospital in just seven days. Across India there is about 20,000 people testing positive to COVID every day.”

To pray for India and as many people to recover as possible.

What symptoms are they presenting with?

“The main ones are sore throats, fever, body pain loss of smell and taste. “There is a marked increase in the numbers from the 1st wave to this 2nd wave. Also in this wave we are seeing people from all ages being infected. From children to the elderly, it doesn’t matter whether people have been vaccinated or not. Vaccinated people are still getting and dying from COVID.”

There is no oxygen and a severe lack of beds. If we can get oxygen and beds available we can save people. “With elections, and poor government management, and festivals the disease has spread.” When I asked Dr Janani how she was doing, her response was she was ‘doing okay’. Dr Janani had contracted COVID-19, placed herself in isolation, and while she has tested negative she still has a cough and other side effects. She shrugged that off as there were many people in a worse situation than she is. I’ll add here that after we spoke Dr Janani got sicker and wasn’t

Sacred Geometry – For BeGinnerS By Anthony Kilner

Sitting in my cosy office on a chilly Autumn day researching what Sacred Geometry (SG), means to me and life on this planet, I realised I haven’t really thought about how and when SG impacted me personally. It’s only the last few years that I’ve really taken notice! The first time I recall seeing anything remotely resembling SG was with a Kaleidoscope as a kid. Here’s the Wikipedia definition: A kaleidoscope (/kəˈlaɪdəskoʊp) is an optical instrument with two or more reflecting surfaces (or mirrors) tilted to each other at an angle, so that one or more (parts of) objects on one end of the mirrors are seen as a regular symmetrical pattern when viewed from the other end, due to repeated reflection. The reflectors are usually enclosed in a tube, often containing on one end a cell with loose, coloured pieces of glass or other transparent (and/or opaque) materials to be reflected into the viewed pattern. Rotation of the cell causes motion of the materials, resulting in an ever-changing view being presented.

12

Supernal Magazine

Coined by its Scottish inventor David Brewster, ‘kaleidoscope’ is derived from the Ancient Greek word καλός(kalos), “beautiful, beauty,” εἶδος (eidos), “that which is seen: form, shape” and σκοπέω (skopeō), “to look to, to examine,” hence “observation of beautiful forms.” The words that jumped out at me were; beauty, colour, symmetry, form and shape. When we view the changing shapes and colours our brain naturally responds, an important key to my understanding of SG. As a photographer capturing the natural beauty and form

visible in the world of plants and nature, I constantly see SG in its most natural setting. Sacred Geometry is recreated in art - Page 22 with Aurelien Floret, architecture with Michael Rice on Page 20. Aaron Cheak talks philosophy on Page 28 and Suzanna Kennedy healing on Page 26. As you’ll read, SG is life with Dan Winter on Page 24! Seeing Buddhist monks working together to create beautiful mandalas, whilst I was living in India gave me a sense of peace and calm. India (Hindu) art and mandalas also feature the use of colour and shape to draw us into a relaxed and oftentimes sublime state.

feature Here’s my take on the basics of SG. There are rafts of videos and books on the market. I’ve noticed some are simple and others are way beyond my pay grade. I’m aiming for a simple introduction for readers.

“The words that jumped out at me were; beauty, colour, symmetry, form and shape.” What appeals to me is that SG caters to the left and right brain. There is an ordered practice about its creation and the art and esoteric side are catered for. This allows the creator and the end user to feel very balanced within themselves. There are many references to SG in religious texts and yet it pre dates them. Whether one refers to that beginning as God’s touch that created the world or not doesn’t matter, the magic of SG is real! When creating SG there are interesting references and rules of thumb. For example, as a rule pure straight lines are considered masculine, and curved lines represent the feminine. There is a math component involved in SG which I have yet to fully grasp, maths is not my strong point. In a video by Lisa Delong, she quoted one of her students as saying – “I learned that art can be math, and geometry can be art.” I think it sums things up well.

Basic Sacred Geometry Shapes The shapes in SG evolve from the Octahedron. Depending on how this is viewed is looks like a Hexagram or Star of David. In 3D terms, two triangles sitting on top of each other with their points at opposite ends. When you spin the Octahedron in any way, it creates the perfect sphere. Spheres are the back bone of SG. Spheres are created by starting with a central line (with a ruler) then using a compass to create the perfect sphere. The fun begins when we look at the intersecting point of the sphere with the straight line. As I understand it, the intersecting points are critical to perfect symmetry and SG. Attention to detail and exactness is key.

“There is a math component involved in SG which I have yet to fully grasp - maths is not my strong point.” Twin circles Spinning from an intersection point creates the Vesca Pisces. This shape appears twice in the human body; the shape of the eye behind the eyelids and the lens inside the eye that adjusts the focus of light. Add more circles with the rule that each circle must start from the inner most points of the existing circles to create perfection. The Seed of Life is seven circles within circles. This creates the Tube Tauris, that folds within

itself when spun from a central point - a basic description only and pretty amazing to see in 3D. Always move to the inner most points before projecting. Projecting six more circles to the existing Seed of Life is referred to as the second vortex motion. Repeat for the third vortex motion, and create the Flower of Life. The Flower of Life symbol has been portrayed through the ages, the oldest known was found at the Temple of Osiris. Keep adding layers, two more vortex motions, we create the Fruit of Life - the template for all material things; consciousness and structure. 3D Patterns in Life Tree of Life is derived from the Seed of Life – it’s used in many religions and esoteric tombs to explain how life flows in our 3D world.

“The fun begins when we look at the intersecting point of the sphere with the straight line.” The Egg of Life is eight spheres - six in a circle and two spheres front and back and is best seen in a 3D model. This is an amazing pattern as all nature recreates this with conception. Metatron’s Cube The Holy Archetype Metatron’s Cube is created with 13 circles – 16 spheres in the 3D version and is related to Platonic Solids – Plato named

Supernal Magazine

13

“I must mention the trigonometry angle, which is referred to as the Divine Proportion or the Golden Ratio…” these, however there have been platonic solids found in ancient Scotland (Neolithic people) predating Plato by about 1000 years. There are five platonic solids that all fit inside a perfect sphere with their corners touching. They are listed below. Sphere - void Tetrahedron - fire Octahedron – Air Hexahedron - Earth Icosahedron - Water Dodecahedron – (Ether or Prana) With the platonic solids within the spheres, when combined they create ‘Jewels’.

14

Supernal Magazine

Hexahedron and Octahedron make one and Dodecahedron and Icosahedron make up another. The Tetrahedron is a jewel by itself. Add to the mix the more technical 13 Archimedean Solids. These are truncated, created from shapes that feature identical vertices. This took me a while to get my head around and I’ll be honest I’m not there yet. There are plenty of detailed descriptions available.

“This is an amazing pattern as all nature recreates this with conception.” Michael Rice explained the Golden Ratio in connection to the physical aspect of the human body and our DNA. I suggest if you are intrigued by SG, read, watch, explore and create. I hope this inspires the sacred creation of peace and harmony in your lives!

Obviously there is more to this story! I must mention the trigonometry angle, which is referred to as the Divine Proportion or the Golden Ratio: M/m = 1.618 = Golden ratio Golden Spiral = Nautilus Shell. Created with a series of numbers known as wthe Fibonaci.

CRYSTAL SKULLS AND SACRED GEOMETRY — SHIRLEYSIENNA

The magic and mystery of the crystal skulls have more to do with sacred geometry than you may think. Apart from being carved in the likeness of and easily recognisable skulls, they are designed with specific angles, form and mathematical or numerical equations. Most skulls are carved as a complete skull however some are carved with the upper skull and fitted jaw as separate pieces. Many people lay their crystals skulls in geometrically designed grids for activation, healing and forms of divining, enhancing their metaphysical properties.

Shape and form in the crystal skull world are significant. It identifies culture, magic and mystery…

The Mongolian skulls, which are thought to date back to the time of the Bon Religion, are carved with a similar shaped round ‘head’ with large eye sockets. Thus far, all those found have some geometric code designed in alignment

with their specific ‘use’, which is still somewhat of a mystery, with the carving of the teeth or missing tooth spaces. The pattern of this has not been identified, and no two appear to be exactly alike. Shape and form in the crystal skull world are significant. It identifies culture, magic and mystery, tribal and shamanic influence and belief system, race, heritage and earth and sky connection. There are not many skulls that are carved with true symmetry when the jaw is a separate entity. Using piezo quartz to carve the jaw piece has been attempted by an expert carver and hitting the piece resonated a sound liken to creating piezoelectricity. Watch the video HERE: Striking a piezoelectric quartz crystal makes electricity! There is a raft of skull videos available through my website HERE:

The sacred geometry impressed into the design when carving crystal skulls must be of almost divine proportions for it to work authentically. Some skulls are known as magical child skulls, with a large forehead, are a form of sacred geometry, carved with intention, from the highest quality crystal and expert artistic skill. It is said that crystal skulls were used in Atlantis with the harmonically aligned magical child skulls and others, intended to be used as a spiritual tool. Sacred Geometry defines the relationships and ratios fundamental to all living or material things, and it represents how the universe is a structure created with an underlying pattern of creation. If we look at fractals, we see a geometric shape where each aspect is reflected in scale with the whole of the object. We often see the fractals within crystals, and crystal skulls reflect the innermost sacred geometry of the object, showing us its inner universe. Naturally formed crystal carved intentionally into

any shape, whether it be a sphere, pyramid, cube, star or a skull, initiates a romance of the worlds and creates new geometric vibrations and frequency within, affecting the outer-people and energy. Ancient tribes carved skulls based on stories related directly from the ancestors and star people. This sort of sacred geometric influence takes both ancient and modern carved skulls into a genre of cosmic frequency. This perhaps, as in the Indiana Jones film, ‘The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’, is related to an influence and paradigm that some are not yet ready to understand nor admit! What hidden doorways of the mind, what memory, what superhuman power of intelligence could open if we truly identified ourselves as living breathing sacred geometry? We are surrounded by symbols all over the planet; the Flower of Life, the Tree of Life, the Piscis Eye Trinity, Metatron’s Cube, the Unalome symbol - there is a plethora of clues here for us. Yet, we tend to think of

The geometry of crystal is a sacred map and article of information that could lead us into a much greater understanding of why we are here, who we are and our true capabilities.

everything as outside of and not a symbiotic part of us. Even our organs are geometrically designed.

The body is a living machine that houses the soul, the highest form of created sacred geometry that remains, linked to the consciousness of source and our own higher spirit. The crystal skull represents the human in many forms of civilisations, come and gone, and from where we were seeded. The geometry of crystal is a sacred map and article of information that could lead us into a much greater understanding of why we are

here, who we are and our true capabilities. Crystal is Mother Nature’s living link of usefulness that attracts us with its beauty to encourage us to take an interest in its secret ingredient of opportunity and wisdom. Crystal skulls are used for connecting to and channelling information and sound from interdimensional and galactic planes of existence. Therefore, the sacred geometric carving of the skull, which is being used as an instrument of communication, must activate and work on an incredibly high frequency level. Does this tell us that our human design and structure, skull and skeleton, is a highly formed source of such sacred geometric resonance? I believe so, and this is why the crystal skulls are carved as such, from the naturally occurring and living sacred geometry of the crystal kingdom. Carving crystal as bone is having to synthesise a mathematical blueprint and is to concur with the belief that we are of divine origin. Rather than write an instruction manual on the influence that

the sacred geometry of the crystal skull may have on you, I hope that perhaps I have inspired you to discover more yourself and share your thoughts and experiences. We now say, “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”

I feel that “We are the skulls”; the ultimate crystal skull awaiting activation and resonance. Imagine our inner piezoelectric energy lighting up this planet, releasing such a vibration outward to the universe that our star brothers and sisters must know we have definitely awakened!

A quote from Gary Butler ‘Moonhawk’ (dec) Crystal skull carver, Native American healer, Wisdom Keeper and Mentor to many. “Crystal skulls bring worlds long ago forgotten back to our minds and hearts. Soon the wisdom of those times will be forthcoming to help us in our time of need. All we must do is open our hearts and our ears, and we will understand.”

SACRED GEOMETRY ARCHITECT Michael Rice

- Freya Savitiri Sampson

In 2017, I had the pleasure of hosting the visit of Michael Rice to Perth, WA. This experience profoundly changed my life and many other peoples who engaged in his workshops and consultations. Who is Michael Rice? “I am an Irish born architect based in Austria. Having graduated from the School of Architecture in Dublin, I became a member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland, worked for several firms, and formed my own architecture practice in 1998. I have designed and seen built over 400 homes and commercial structures in several countries, all based on the principles of holistic design and natural resonance.”

What is Sacred Geometry to you? “Sacred Geometry can be considered a Blueprint for Creation, illustrating how nature maps and manifests all of its life expressions and processes through the self-organising principles of fractality; in effect using shapes, forms, patterns, proportions and movements to fabricate reality. It is a powerful tool for design and a model for how to build. “The Universe, and the Source Consciousness which gives rise to it, benefit directly from quite a few billion years of Research and Development into how to imagine and unfold the fullest

potential of Life. To me, Sacred Geometry is an instructive wave-guide for intention and an inspiring pathway for realisation.”

What is your Sacred Geometry speciality? “My specialty is to sense into the core essence of what, why and where a client wishes to construct, integrate the myriad factors and elements that are contained within this vision and intention, and to graphically give it visible form; using coherent geometric matrices to define the flow and function of the emergent structures and spaces. In effect, applying

the art and science of beauty (Neuro-Aesthetics) to the process and product of design and building. In addition, the conscious inclusion of energetic meaning and supportive symbolism into the final form generates pathways of connectivity between the client, their land, and space, which they call home.”

What started your Sacred Geometry journey, and how did that unfold? “I have always been interested in how we interact and relate to space, at a sensory, psychological, and indeed

My two favourite subjects in school were Physics and Art. Upon beginning my formal training and education in architecture, it became apparent that the pure principles of how to design in alignment with nature were not generally considered, understood or applied, and certainly not being taught to students. As such, my journey to discover and apply the underlying precepts of creation began in earnest. This quest took me on many adventures, both inner and outer, which gifted me the chance to learn from many teachers and wisdom holders, and continues to this day.

How does Sacred Geometry relate to people’s everyday lives?

“In truth, every thought that arises in our awareness, every emotion that pulses through our body, every physical movement that defines our actions, are all manifestations of the principles of what we call Sacred Geometry, to one extent or another. The pathways of our visual attention follow the natural algorithms of living systems and provide a matrix of conscious connectivity to the world we perceive outside of ourselves. “Practically, I was blessed In simple terms, how we see with countless opportunities the world profoundly impacts to explore and express the our sense of self within it. In scene or object or generated addition, teaching and by a manifestation of mind, consulting with people from taking the form of art or many diverse backgrounds and architecture, our brains respond experiences means that my to this visual information very understanding of the dance positively. “The complex process of sensing harmony in our environment actually releases endorphins and other biochemicals throughout our bodies, relaxing us, enhancing our immune response, and increasing our general sense of wellbeing in our world. The results of this natural process mean that when we enter

into and live within a structure that has been designed and constructed through this approach, our consciousness can breathe, unfurl and express more easily. We experience a subtle shift of presence and awareness, affording us the opportunity to tune into a heightened state of being.”

Who and what is ZeMArC Design? “ZeMArC Design is a design partnership between myself and Zana, a Slovak born Holistic Designer, who possesses an innate ability to feel into the best potential of an environment to create a coherent pathway to its manifestation as space. “Having discovered the potential of our professional union, we formed ZeMArC Design in 2017, establishing studios in Slovakia, Austria and Ireland, serving clients all over the world. Mystic Artist and Traveller Aurelien Pumayana By Anthony Kilner I first connected with Aurelien, Pumayana Clothing and Art, after a Crystal Dreaming workshop through Freya Sampson. Freya used a Sacred Geometry blanket as part of the course, and the energy it imbued drove me to purchase one as soon as I got back to Melbourne. Who is Aurelien? “I am a French-born, travelling soul incarnated in a human body - artist, mystic, traveller, truth seeker, life explorer and consciousness surfer. I started my artistic journey about 20 years ago when I discovered the power of shapes and colours through Mandalas and Sacred Art. “I was travelling around the world and exploring sacred sites and art of various civilisations and realised that Sacred Geometry provided a common thread. I understood the significance and power of it and started to use it in my artwork. The results were astonishing not only aesthetically but also in terms of impact on people’s moods and energies.”

The more I drew, the more I could dive into myself and peel away all the layers of the onion!

What is Sacred Geometry to you? “Sacred Geometry is the universal language of Nature and Consciousness. It’s the blueprint behind all creation. We are of it. Everywhere you look, everywhere you hear, there is Sacred Geometry. For me, it’s a bridge between science, magic and spirit - a code/language/frequency that unites EVERYTHING!”

What is your Sacred Geometry speciality? “I noticed that including and using these codes in my artwork was very beneficial. As all the ancient civilisations and elders knew, Sacred Geometry helps balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain. So just by looking at it, it already puts you in a state of balance and calmness of the mind. “You start entering ‘the Zone’. Different shapes and patterns will unlock different energies in your mind, body and consciousness. “When people are looking at my artwork, their subconscious mind picks up on the codes and aligns its frequency to it;

interview

Sacred Geometry is a language, a code that talks to your subconscious and body. This code can help people to feel better in their mind, body and spirit.

that is how it works. The body and mind respond to the frequency of the artwork. “People of different cultures, ages and backgrounds love and resonate with the artwork. Whether they are young or old, consciously spiritual or not, rich or poor, they align with the frequency of it because WE are ALL Sacred Geometry. “I use my artwork in different ways; sometimes it’s literally like drawing very specific shapes and geometries - sometimes very subtlety. I will create some matrix made of Golden Ratio and paint over it. It won’t be seen directly by the eye, yet the body and subconscious will absolutely feel it.”

Why have you gone down the art business and clothing path? “For fun! My tag line is ‘Spread the Light’, so all my business is about that - taking my artwork and its frequency to people’s everyday lives. Now thanks to the fantastic team I work with, people can hang the artwork on their wall, wear it, sleep in it, and do yoga with it, phone with it!

“The more people can have access to and see these codes, the more we will raise the frequency on the planet. These codes can clear negative energies and give subtle frequency healing. My home is full of them! Everywhere I look, I receive positive energy in my field.”

What started your Sacred Geometry journey, and how did that unfold? “It all started with my healing and discovery of the power of geometry, shapes and colours. I was drawing mandalas to centre myself and have fun. The more I drew, the more I could dive into myself and peel away all the layers of the onion! It was like a soft yet powerful inner journey toward the core of my consciousness. “I started adding meditation and dream work to the mix, and this translated into more complex mandalas and artwork. The more I was doing, the more I connected with various aspects of my consciousness and received clear visions about multiple topics. “Soon after I realised that my drawing techniques had some limitation, with my free hand drawing, so I jumped on my computer and WOW. I could fully express my vision with this tool. I quickly learnt all the tricks of digital painting and started to have a lot of fun. The images become more and more complex, telling deeper and more profound stories.

and poured this into my artwork. Each piece of art is crafted with full awareness and specific codes to activate something within you.”

How does Sacred Geometry relate to people’s everyday lives? “Sacred Geometry is a language, a code that talks to your subconscious and body. This code can help people to feel better in their mind, body and spirit. This is a fact that even science can prove now. It can balance your emotions, bring peace and clarity, activate dormant parts of your consciousness, regulate your energy flow, help you heal some of your trauma, and so much more. “The key is to discover that for yourself, just experiment and journey with it - the rewards and fun will be tremendous!” For more details on Aurelien, visit the website at www.pumayana.com

Pioneer of Consciousness Physics – Dan Winter By Freya Sampson Dan Winter’s consciousness is like no other. His inner genius, described in his life’s work, makes unique sense of what could otherwise be described as a nonsensical parody. For, truly our collective unifying principle, whether conscious or unconscious is: individually we strive, for maintained ‘unified-remembrance-purpose’, ultimately resulting in the perfecting of birth, life and death. “The physics of spirituality, including creating successful death…” What is your speciality and how does Sacred Geometry relate to that? “Turning fractal physics of Negentropy/implosion into powerful, global-commercial products for water, plasma and brain-wave bliss.

“The physics of spirituality, including creating successful death, and leading the planet toward the true ET history of humans. The ‘storal to that morey’ being - physics of bliss/ lucid-dreaming.” Why have you gone down this path? “Everything else was boring!” What started your Sacred Geometry journey and how did that unfold? My electrical engineering degree at Detroit University became graduate physiology, polygraphy, physics of emotion (biofeedback) and ultimately ‘bliss-practice’ at Gurdjieff. How does Sacred Geometry relate to people’s everyday lives? “What fractality is - simply: The universe is made of rotating compressible waves of charge. ‘Spin’, when nested in rose like (fractal/conjugate), patterns create implosive charge - centripetally, making gravity, mass and ultimately consciousness. “Historically, every religion begins by saying ‘we can

interview make you immortal’, however ultimately proves: they know how to control you.” “The physics is clear: If you cannot totally steer your own plasma-cocoon, you have no power/no immortality. Individual freedom is sacred to physics and philosophy; no other path to electrical sustainability exists! “DNA lines up the phase conjugate fractal hydrogen bond-spark-gap, precisely centrally within the perfectly embedded, recursive goldenratio, love-phonon braided, long wave zipper of codons, to implode (literally BLISS). www.goldenmean.info/ dnamanifesto That is the only door to the library. One must make it in and out of that library to ‘make it’. “This fractal field effect; library/ collective unconscious/ Akashic record; we can more accurately know how it is generated, propagated, and to become part of it requires fractal embedding (phase conjugate/entanglement perfected), ‘where the pine cones kiss noses’, thus become part of the faster than light longitudinal grid. fractalfield.com We now know how to locate the Ark of the Convenant. Electrically, grid-cross-alignment was essential to one of its primary functions; non-destructive radioactive containment - by critical threshold of implosive

capacitance – the opposite of radiation. “We know correct ‘critical mass’ of these grid-alignments, for life force producing, centripetal charge implosion are, conjugate/fractal in time and space. Both made of charge rotation gone fractal. This fractal grid-alignment is why every cathedral, sacred site etc., of history had to be at the (dodeca’/roselike) cross-point where Earth magnetic lines cross (embed in longitudinal EMF by phase conjugation). “This is more than an abstraction. Ultimately this r adio node network is the only way through birth, death and bliss, as every real shamanancestor knew. “Study www.goldenmean.info/ architecture: 3-ways electrical engineering measure proves the electro-smog hell in most hospitals is the worst possible place for birth/death/healing/ bliss. Conjugate plasma implosion is the only possible electrical physics of ‘star-gate’ or real ‘temple’.

“He was up to his arse in alligators...” “Once understood, the science of this real definition of ‘sacred space’, we must devote all our resources to this alignment. We must pick up the ball where Akhanaton dropped it: fighting with Amun/Enlil bankers, becoming Moses and running for his life - founding the

Essenes… He was up to his ass in alligators and, forgot that his task was draining the swamp. The only possible way to do that for this planet is a solar linear plasma accelerator, to send soul-plasma bodies, with focussed collectivizing bliss process, back into the star. This meant Akhanaton building Amenti/Amarna solar temple for group bliss plasma acceleration as the only actual way out of here. “This is the real meaning of URU-ASSA EL-M (Jerusalem): place where ancient URU dragon-blood, Queen ASSA, EL – phase-shift-translation of vorticity to longitudinal/ immortal. However, that stargate is broken… it’s time to cancel the war.” “A ‘resurrection’ machine was only ever a living plasma projector. architecture that helps me create environments in order to help people upgrade their consciousness and accelerate their soul evolution. “I use guided imagery to assist my clients create new inner realities with their imagination. We start with the Star Tetrahedron, two pyramids, one pointing up and one pointing down. This geometry symbolizes integration into unity. Heaven uniting with earth, male uniting with female, divine body uniting with the human body. Once the integration is complete, the two pyramids shift their position to form the diamond octahedron. “We also use a Flower of Life in its 3rd dimensional, spherical form. This sphere spins at the speed of divine compassion. We use the breath to release the density of the past, such as dense thought patterns, beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours and emotions of the past. Once contained in this sphere of compassion, we transform the density of the past into love.”

What is your specialty and how does Sacred Geometry relate to that? “My specialty is graceful transformation from ‘only human’ to ‘Divine Human’.

“Sacred Geometry is th patterns of creati It’s everywhere, in eve

interview “It has been my joy to facilitate transformation for the past 20 years. In the first 15 years, I worked mostly with women who had lost touch with their feminine self. They were successful in maledominated business environments, and yet their success was somehow unfulfilling to their heart and soul. They felt disconnected from their joy and failing in romantic relationships. “More recently, I receive referrals from women who are healing from toxic relations and seeking to recover their self-esteem. I use specific sacred geometric shapes to create a safe and powerful alchemical container for the transformation to happen. “When my clients advance from wounded to healed, we then work with sacred geometry to activate and integrate the Light Body and Physical Body. The Light Body first reveals itself in the shape of a Star Tetrahedron,

and when the Twin Flame unites with the physical body and fully integrates, we see the Light Body transform into a Diamond Octahedron.”

Why have you gone down this path? “I didn’t really go down a path of Sacred Geometry. I went down a path of Ascension. Sacred Geometry revealed itself as essential tools for this transformation. I received a ‘download’ from the higher dimensions. In order to translate the light language into something my mind could understand, I began drawing with chalk pastels. I let the energy move my hand, and to my surprise, the Flower of Life pattern showed up in every drawing. “My hand would first move in a figure eight, infinity motion. Then the energy moved to a spiral and burst into a flower of life pattern. I came to understand this is how energy moves into form. In the space of 60 days, I made 60 drawings. Then I would meditate with the drawings and they spoke to me. From this, I created the Divine Human Upgrade Program, which is a series of eight ascension initiations, delivered in a guided meditation format that makes it easy for anyone to access and integrate.”

What started your Sacred Geometry journey and how did that unfold? “Sacred Geometry first showed up for me after a spontaneous Kundalini awakening in 1997.

I was divinely guided to someone who helped me to ground my divine self into my body and integrate the changes. The star tetrahedron was introduced as a tool to activate my light body and integrate my divine self with my body. Later, when my divine self was fully integrated, my light body transformed into the Diamond Octahedron.”

How does Sacred Geometry relate to people’s everyday lives? “Sacred Geometry is the unseen patterns of creation. It’s everywhere, in everything. It is sad that most people don’t recognize the sacred geometric patterns that exist all around them. If you take the time to stop and look, you can see them everywhere in nature. Ancient architects used sacred geometry to build churches and temples. It is possible to create buildings that automatically create a sense of peace, coherence and an environment where you can tap into the divine within you and the divinity all around.”

Consciousness Liberator

Hermetic & Integral By Freya Sampson

Philosopher

“To me, sacred geometry illustrates the eternal, invisible realities, which underpin the visible cosmos at all scales of magnitude.” Could there be a more aromatic discourse to stimulate the consciousness, than this hermetic philosopher’s perception of the ephemeral and the infinite? Prepare for inspiration and sensorial satiation.

In 2011, I completed my PhD on the life and alchemy of René Schwaller de Lubicz, the great French Hermetic philosopher who studied the geometry of the Egyptian temples. Concurrently, I studied laboratory spagyrics and became involved in the International Jean Gebser Society.

Who is Dr Aaron Cheak?

“Today most of my creative energy is focused within Rubedo Press, an independent publishing house in New Zealand that I founded in 2014.”

“Primarily I’m known as an author, scholar, translator, and publisher focusing on the nondual currents in both eastern and western alchemical traditions. Although my temperament is foremost artistic, for the last 20 years, my energies have been almost exclusively devoted to intensive esoteric research and academic writing. “I studied philology, philosophy and classics, graduating with majors in German and Religious Studies from the University of Queensland.

What is Sacred Geometry to you? “To me, sacred geometry illustrates the eternal, invisible realities, which underpin the visible cosmos at all scales of magnitude. Ultimately, it affords a glimpse into the mystery by which one divine process acts through all things like the invisible helix that shapes the growth of the chambered

nautilus and the sunflower and that of the entire galaxy within which they grow. “The visible cosmos is one, giant, living alchemical reaction to a metaphysical action, and the visible phases of transformation or evolution that we can see are merely the empirically graspable parts of a greater whole. Visible forms are temporary manifestations that veil but also reveal the invisible, like a piece of silk concealing yet revealing the contours of a naked body.”

What is your speciality and how does Sacred Geometry relate to that? “My specialty lies in the interzone between Hermetic and integral philosophy, and the liberation of consciousness from dualistic structures of thought.”

interview

“…like the invisible helix that shapes the growth of the chambered nautilus and the sunflower and that of the entire galaxy within which they grow.”

Why have you gone down this path? “It’s been a natural progression from my initial interest in the spiritual dimensions of ancient philosophy, a path of learning: to die before you die in order to find anamnesis (remembrance) of one’s primordial immortality.”

What started your Sacred Geometry journey and how did that unfold? “My first introduction to the sacred dimension of geometry came through reading Plato’s Meno, in which Socrates uses geometric methods to demonstrate that the soul has innate knowledge of the eternal nature of reality. He does this with the help of an uneducated servant who he gets to follow simple, geometric procedures. Through this, the uneducated servant is able to access knowledge that was not taught to him in this life. “Socrates uses this to demonstrate that the soul has knowledge of metaphysical realities that pre-exist embodied existence. Our deepest intrinsic nature is thus the repository of an eternal knowledge, and we can ‘remember’ it in this life through the practice of geometry, which partakes of the same eternal, invisible realities that the soul beholds in its immortal state.

“Later, when studying the life and work of René Schwaller de Lubicz, I deepened my understanding of this kind of consciousness. Among other things, Schwaller states that the entire scientific understanding of reality unfolds from how you conceive the path from one to two i.e. whether you conceive of ‘two’ as arising from a process of addition or division. If you conceive ‘two’ as arising from simple addition, one is added to another one, it leads to a quantitative and dualistic understanding of reality. “If you conceive of ‘two’ as arising from the division of one whole into two parts, which then interact to produce multiplicity, then your foundation for reality is qualitative and non-dualistic. The second approach is Taoist in character, yin and yang forming one creative, selfreturning whole. For Schwaller, creation proceeds from the harmonic division of a primordial wholeness, just as the entire scale of musical harmony emerges from the divisions of a stretched string.”

How does Sacred Geometry relate to people’s everyday lives? “I perceive one of sacred geometry’s greatest lessons as, how it visibly displays the presence of the invisible

and spiritual structure of reality through direct sensory perception. These realities are ever-presently active in our world, through all the forms of nature, through the living breath of the cosmos itself, and its deep resonance with the rhythms of our own beings. “There is a tendency in many esoteric and spiritual worldviews to separate the metaphysical from the physical, the sacred from the profane. Sacred geometry by contrast is a profound demonstration that the two are actually one, or rather, two sides of one and the same coin. To experience the transcendent acting through the concrete in this kind of way genuinely transfigures our consciousness of everyday reality.” Check out the website: www.aaroncheak.com

The Phenomenon of Crop Circles By Jane Offer

Geometry is a mathematical principle involving shapes and measurements and seen by many as the fundamental structure and template of life in the universe. This is seen in early civilisations; however the documentation of shape is attributed to Plato and referred to as Platonic Solids. The subject was taught in the Greek Mystery Schools 2,500 years ago, studying tetrahedron, hexahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron. However, the triangle is the underpinning shape, symbolising balance, and harmony. Sacred Geometry is the ancient use of these shapes to create religious buildings, ceremonial sites, and ritualistic symbols such as medicine wheels and

in symbolic art. Also, ancient sacred sites were positioned across the land to make even larger shapes that linked them all together. With the advance of scientific equipment, the same geometric codes can be seen in the molecules of our DNA, our corneas, snowflakes, flower petals, crystals, shells, the stars and the spiral of our galaxy. So, Sacred Geometry can be considered ancient knowledge that understands the energy patterns creating and unifying all things. It demonstrates perfection, order and organisation based on geometric shape. One of the spectacular examples of Sacred Geometry are crop circles. As these remain largely unexplained, science has pushed them aside and over the years many different views have been express as to their source. In the UK, crop circles, a phenomenon appearing

in fields across the country, were spoken about openly in the farming community, with the first written account in 1678. In the mid-1970’s some enthusiasts began to associate them with potential UFO and alien activity as the Roswell Incident from 1947 was still of great interest. This link gave the scientific community an ideal opportunity to further discredit both, as they could explain neither. Two men, Doug Bower and Dave Chorley, played into this by ‘reproducing’ a crop circle with ropes and planks and announcing the fraud to the media, saying it was inspired by the Tully saucer nest case in Australia. A farmer claimed to have seen a UFO, then found a flattened circle of swamp reeds. This information benefited the farmers, and understandably so, because they had already lost money with their crops flattened, so the last thing they needed was coach loads

feature of enthusiast tramping over the field, flattening the rest. As reports came in from all over the country, this was the approach taken – fraud with Doug and Dave at it again! However, there remained many unanswered questions. If it was down to these two old codgers, who made the circles before they were even born? Who is making them now, as no-one is claiming to do so? Often more than one appeared in the same time frame, so how could they produce huge and varying designs overnight in various locations? How could they produce them in other countries? On a single night, six crop circles were reported across the planet, four in crops, one in snow and one in a rice paddy field. Why do dowsers record that crop circles appear mostly on ley lines, the frequency of which permanently raises? Why is much of this information removed from the public domain, when the Doug and Dave theory is still put forward each crop circle season? However, the most prominent fact is that there is a vast difference, both in look and feel, between the ‘claimed’

circles and the ‘unclaimed’. The man-made versions are untidy; the edges are ragged and the crop in the base is crushed. In an ‘unclaimed’ circle the design is a precise blend of shapes, angles and degrees that have pristine edges – not one stalk out of place. The stalks in the base are bent at the node with no splits; a feat that has been attempted to no avail, using microwaves, boiling and steaming - they always split. The stalks are also either woven like basket-weave or laid down in precise swirls. The ‘feel’ in an unclaimed circle is phenomenal and can range from a gentle buzz coursing through the body, a sense of infinite peace and timelessness to a definite vibrational humming sound. Everyone experiences it differently according to their own vibration, and no-one remains unaffected. I was fortunate enough to visit a local a crop circle with a small group. We each experienced different sensations and flashes of unusual thought, yet we all felt the same sense of peace. The design had a sense of familiarity, as though its symbol meant something just out of reach of the conscious mind. This same sense of

in the planet. In truth, I simply don’t know however I love the mystery that surrounds them.

Of course, the farmer who’s owned the field, played the ‘fake’ card to deter visitors and harvested the rest of the crop as quickly as possible. The land was then ploughed and within a very short space of time indigenous plants and grass began to grow forming the shape of the crop circle. Its pattern remained clearly visible for the rest of the winter!

Spirit of things

The Clair Senses By Samantha Duly

As you are all aware, we have our five senses, and it is these five senses that are generally enhanced by a working psychic or Medium. The five senses are namely: Seeing, Hearing, Feeling, Smelling and Tasting. A Medium in particular will work with these five senses, as well as connecting on a soul-to-soul level with their client, but also on a soul-to-soul level with the spirit world. By using this connection, along with the fine tuning of their senses, they are able to give information to their client; on what has happened in the past, on what is currently going on for them, and what is potentially coming up for them. It is good to point out that the client also has free will and personal responsibility, and has the ability to change things.

“Mediumship is about proving the existence of life after death and that our spirit is eternal.” The sixth sense is our intuition or gut feelings – i.e. a sudden sense of what might happen, knowing who is on the other end of the telephone, thinking of someone and they call or email you, bumping into someone who you have been thinking about, etc. When someone who is known as a ‘sensitive’ daydreams, they can get quite a lot of information through this state of mind, and again through the use of their senses. Clairvoyance is reportedly the 7th sense – also known as ‘Clear Seeing’, Clair is derived from the French word meaning clear. This could be having the ability to see a spirit, an object, a situation, or see into the future. Outer vision is to see in front or to either side of you

“The sixth sense is our intuition - or gut feelings – i.e. a sudden sense of what might happen…” (information comes from the left-side of the brain), what’s known as ‘inner vision’ starts by seeing pictures or visions when your eyes are closed. These can be hazy at first but as you progress you gain more clarity. In a reading, a Medium can be shown pictures or have a cine-camera running in the background showing, for example, the client’s house or aspects of their life. Some psychics can use remote viewing/ESP to locate objects or people. Psychics that

mediumship investigate crimes can sometimes ‘see’ what happened to the victim. Clairsentience – ‘Clear Feeling’, is to sense/feel spirit around, to sense thoughts, and emotions including situations. This also includes working psychically too, as we sense and feel a lot about a person and what they are currently going through. Clairaudience is reportedly the 8th sense – ‘Clear Hearing’ – in the outer ear, as in objectively, this is where some of you may have heard your name being called, most typically when dropping off to sleep, which wakes you with a start. In your inner ear, as in subjectively, you can hear spirit’s voice, your internal voice, your higher self or your guide for example. This inner voice can also guide you. The frequency sometimes sounds like a high-pitched noise. Claircognizance – also known as ‘Clear Knowing’, is when you know something but don’t know how you know it, and the thought/s can just appear in your head with no physical explanation.

Clairgustance – ‘Clear Tasting’. Sometimes a spirit will make you aware of food they particularly liked, and you can actually taste it. For instance, a grandmother’s apple pie. In a reading I once tasted and smelt Spaghetti Bolognese, and the client informed that it was the only dish her husband could make in all their married life! Clairalience – ‘Clear Smelling’. You can often smell perfume, aftershave, or just a person’s ‘smell’, including cigarettes, etc. A spirit can often let you know they are around with these smells, which can bring about many memories. I am aware that in the UK they say Clairolfactance for smelling. Mediumship is namely the 9th sense, and a medium is the link between both worlds. Mediumship is about proving the existence of life after death and that our spirit is eternal. The Medium has to raise their vibration/frequency to meet with a spirit, and this energy is called the power which blends both worlds together.

“A Medium in particular will work with these five senses, as well as connecting on a soul-to-soul level with their client…” I recommend to all my beginner students that they should increase their awareness of all their senses psychically and mediumistically. In general, working Mediums should always practice and have an awareness of the senses, as this is how the spirit world can start to tell their story. Here is an example of a spirit connection including all the senses: ‘I am seeing a gentleman about 70 years of age, and he was always dressed smartly and wore a white shirt every day to work. I am feeling this gentleman had a strong personality and was opiniated at times. I am hearing that he would have been quite vocal at times, especially in the factory where he worked, which was noisy. I am aware that this gentleman smoked as I am smelling cigarettes. He makes me aware that he loved his food and always liked to taste the sauces his wife made to see if they were to his liking.’ As you can read, this is part of his story! Yours in Spirit

The Winds of Change By Jane Offer

For centuries we have looked for symbols in nature, viewing them as sacred signs and messages of hope and belief in some greater power. The Druids, for example, revered trees and assigned symbolism to them, using them for many purposes in their practices.

The first sketch of this exotic plant is from a pamphlet dated 1609. The Dominican monk Simone Parlasca sketched the vine, emphasising the symbols of Christ’s passion. A year later, another sketch by Eugenio Petrelli in a book by Antonia Possevino, made the symbols even more distinct.

“Flowers are also considered to have sacred geometry in the pattern of their petals…” Flowers are also considered to have sacred geometry in the pattern of their petals and not least of these is the Passionflower. It has been linked in Christianity to the crucifixion of Jesus since the 16th century. It was named by the Spanish and Portuguese missionaries and explorers, who were the first Europeans to encounter it on their travels through South America. They saw within the flower an aspect of this meaningful event. The Jesuits named the flower Flos Passionis or Flor de las Cinco Llagas, Flower of the Five Wounds and brought it back with them to Spain. It was also called Espino de Cristo, meaning Christ’s Thorns. Later the fruit found its way to other parts of Europe and the world.

Possevino’s drawing was widely used for teaching about the crucifixion. The early Catholic missionaries saw it as a gift of God to help them as they taught the Indians to understand the passion of Christ and the crucifixion. Even the flower colour, mostly purple, signifies the colour Christians associate with Lent. On close inspection of the Passionflower, it is easy to see what they saw in that context. It has a central pillar, said to represent the column where Jesus was flogged prior to the crucifixion and the many slender tendrils surrounding its base were seen as the cords and whips used. There are five petals and five sepals which, together they saw as representing the ten apostles who fled prior to the crucifixion. This excludes Judas, classed as the betrayer and John who stayed with Mary beneath the cross.

health and wellbeing Above the petals is a Corona or ring of filaments that represents the crown of thorns that Jesus wore before his crucifixion. The word Corona is actually defined as being like a crown, or in the shape of a crown. At the top of the flower, above the petals, sepals, and corona filaments, there are three stigmas, which receive pollen to fertilise the plant to bear fruit. These are said to represent the three nails that held Jesus to the cross. Below the stigma are five anthers which produce the pollen and are said to represent the five wounds that Jesus received. He had one in each of his feet and hands and another in his side. The leaves on many of these plants are shaped like the spear that pierced his side and finally, the fruit is believed to represent the world Jesus saved through his sacrifice. The symbolism depicted through the sacred geometry of the Passionflower is not restricted to Christianity.

“Irrespective of our particular beliefs, the Passionflower has known beneficial properties for health.” In India it is interpreted as the story of the five Pandava brothers with Lord Krishna in the centre, and the opposing army of one hundred soldiers surrounding them. The blue Passionflower signifies the

colour of Krishna’s aura. Whether or not relating symbols to naturally occurring phenomena is a truth, is immaterial. It is simply the need for humanity to make sense of our surroundings and our desire to believe there is something more than us, bigger than us, which impacts our life and gives it purpose. Irrespective of our particular beliefs, the Passionflower has known beneficial properties for health. The Passionflower contains the flavonoids Chrysin and Benzoflavone, both of which have calming properties and can reduce the symptoms of anxiety. A small study published in 2008, showed that patients were randomised to receive Passionflower prior to surgery. Results showed that in those receiving passionflower

reducing the symptoms in children. Sometimes used as an alternative to prescription medication, it is said to work similarly to low doses of methylphenidate. Isn’t interesting and even somewhat coincidental that it has the medicinal properties to relieve the very same anxiety and suffering that Christians believe was the purpose of the life and death of Jesus. Is it sacred geometry, who knows? Does it matter? It

“The symbolism depicted through the sacred geometry of the Passionflower is not restricted to Christianity.” anxiety was at a lower level. For insomnia sufferers it was found that adding extract of Passionflower to tea before bed can help to induce sleep. Until 1978 this was common practice and well known, however it was removed from sale due to lack of scientific evidence! Another under-researched area is its use for ADHD. Small research programs have shown beneficial results of Passionflower extract in

Let’s Get Growing By Charles Snelleksz-Mathelot

Greetings, Earth Gardeners! Welcome to another update from Gardening with Gaia. As you can see from the table below, our current indigenous climate around Australia is split between the European seasons, spring and autumn. The Tropical and Subtropical areas are experiencing more of a European spring while the Temperate, Cool and Mediterranean zones are experiencing autumn. I struggle with these comparisons because I have experienced the diverse climate zones of Australia, and I feel that our winters and autumns are mild compared to the countries in the northern hemisphere. The Australian autumn brings the natural world to life; it is a welcome relief from our hot summer days. Here in Western Australia, the summer is unforgiving with its scorching second summer heat. In summer, our country rests its parched soil awaiting the first rains and cool days as we transition from summer to autumn. May is the best time to dress the soil with nutrients and plant food to nourish us for the next five months. Of course, we will succession plant during the coming months, ensuring our supply of clean food is in abundance, with surplus to gift to others.

Things to do in the garden Weeding: If you don’t eat your weeds, then it’s time to convert them into nutritious food for the garden. Add them to the compost pile, feed them to your worms, ferment them in water with a little salt and feed the rich micronutrient liquid to your plants. Compost: Build compost piles and brew your liquid ferments to feed the soil and strengthen the young seedlings.

Tool maintenance: Time to clean, sharpen and oil the garden tools. Plant out winter flowering annuals: Sow seed now in trays and plant out seedlings into pots or the ground when seedlings are at least 10cm tall. Propagate: Strike 10cm cuttings from hardwood plants such as rosemary, lavender, bay leaf, or ornamentals. Remove lower leaves, dip cuttings in hormone jell, place in small containers with good potting mix. Keep moist but not wet and protect from wind and sun. Trim and Prune: This is the best time to trim hedges and prune shrubs if needed, be careful not to prune the spring buds on fruit trees as these will produce fruit. Enjoy getting out into the garden!

Plant Intelligence By Charles Snelleksz-Mathelot

In the first part of this two-part series on plant intelligence, published in the April issue, I shared the story of some acacia plants in the Limpopo Savanna. To stop the kudu from killing them due to over grazing, the acacia trees produced high levels of tannins which slowed down the fermentation of the acacia leaves in the kudu stomachs, causing a build-up of toxins which killed the kudu. “The research to determine what was ailing the Kudu opened scientific discussion to the reality that plants have social skills, and perhaps a consciousness that prompts them to warn their neighbours of eminent danger. The investigation further showed that plants are sensitive to keeping the balance within their eco-system.” Charles Snelleksz-Mathelot, Author of Plant Intelligence Part 1, April issue of Supernal Magazine. I’d like to share a personal story of a healing journey I took with the Tahitian Lime tree in my garden. Limy, as I lovingly refer to her, took me beyond the veil into the reality of the natural

world. Limy was planted in our garden in the winter of 2011. She was one year old when we planted her two meters away from our front door to greet our visitors. The following summer, I noticed my little lime tree struggling to live through an aphid and black soot attack. At the time, I was practising Ahimsa, a Vedic practice of not harming living beings. So, killing the aphids and black soot wasn’t appealing to me. Each day the little lime tree looked worse. I couldn’t understand why I was in such distress over the prospect of Limy dying. As a child, my parents and I lived with my father’s mother, my Nona. Nona had an

“I want to share a personal story of a healing journey I took with the Tahitian Lime tree in my garden. Limy, as I lovingly refer to her…” amazing love for the Earth and her plants. She taught me to know the Earth as mother, provider, healer and teacher. We would spend hours in her garden while she talked to the plants and sang to the Earth in gratitude and love. On many occasions, I heard her say, “Everything you have and will ever have, all this Bello, comes from the Earth. Man needs the Earth to make his things.” So, I was well-schooled to have a deep love and appreciation for the natural world, back to my journey with Limy. I decided that I wasn’t prepared to let Limy die, so I concocted a chilli and garlic spray and went outside to spray the aphids. I couldn’t do it! I sat down in front of Limy; I was sad, angry and confused. While I was sitting there, everything

Gaian Conciousness

“Now, as I remember this journey and all I have learned over the years from this magnificent being, I have no doubt that plants are beings of high consciousness.” became silent and still. In this stillness, I heard a gentle voice and I felt a sudden expansion of energy through my heart. “Give me three weeks to help the aphids leave and the black soot to release its energy back into the field. Then you can spray me with soapy water and wash me with fresh water.” Limy instructed me. I did as instructed, and each day I observed the aphids lessen on the tree, and the ants disappear. Three weeks passed, and the day came for me to clean the black soot off my beautiful lime tree. I prepared the soapy mixture, sprayed and washed the little tree. Next, Limy instructed me to spray her with a solution of peppermint oil and soapy water for five weeks. During this time, I sat with her, and she showed me the real reason for the aphid and black soot infestation. It was all me! I was unconsciously caught in a destructive past event that was draining my energy and leaving me tired and agitated. As Limy taught me to use my breath to release the vibration of the event into

the Earth, I began to feel the energy of my body change. I felt lighter, calmer and peaceful. “You have done well,” Limy told me after the five-week treatment. “Thank you Limy,” I replied. “I like your name for me. A term of endearment, you would say.” I knew a great teacher and mentor had entered my life. Now, as I remember this journey and all I have learned over the years from this magnificent being, I have no doubt that plants are beings of high consciousness. They are intelligent and capable of socialising and responding to the needs of their environment. They always aim to do their part in keeping their eco-systems in balance, like guiding a human to realise that he is causing the disturbance within the system. My inner disturbance was being reflected in my outer world through the aphid and black soot attack on the little lime tree. Living in the mind of Gaia is being home with self.

Divine Time

Sacred ‘G’ in Divine Time

By ShirleySienna

The flowers and the trees, the birds and the bees. If God is the geometer of the world and created all living things, then based upon the belief that we are created in his likeness, we too are creators, humans evolving, creating an alchemy - that which is manifest in the mind and into form.

We are architects of structure, life-enhancing technologists and providers of the elements required to survive and thrive. All based upon the ‘complex simplicities’ of Sacred Geometry! It is a shifting energy, mindfulness of the manifestation process, allowing it to evolve beyond what we first ‘may’ have imagined. The Spectral Moon, the eleventh in the cycle of thirteen, is based upon the energy of liberation. The totem is the serpent, a creature epitomising sacred geometry in the form of the Ouroboros, swallowing its

44

Supernal Magazine

own tail, a symbol of eternal life. To liberate oneself is akin to ‘shedding one’s skin’. The spectral tone of Liberation allows and encourages this, as we sift and shift ourselves through the kin days to answer the question, “how do I release and let go?”

The serpent also represents the kundalini, appearing biblically as a ‘threat’ to Adam, symbolising the power of the Goddess. This 28-day Moonnatural sequence of feminine menses separates into 4x7 day ‘heptads’, ‘Sex Spectralises Vision, Death Spectralises Art, Purification Spectralises Magic, and Wisdom Spectralises Timelessness’. One must find the ‘Sacred of the Geometry and the Geometry of the Sacred’ in order to survive, the essence of the Serpent Kin’s code. One must truly discover how to release and let go, not just in intention or word, in action, heart, soul, allowing a death from which to rebirth.

“If God is the geometer of the world and created all living things, then based upon the belief that we are created in his likeness, we too are creators…”

On the eleventh kin day of this eleventh moon, the 12th of May 2021, we may find we have activated a portal, a Queen’s Gambit of sorts. Kin 149 Red Rhythmic Moon is a

divine guidance key player in the game, offering you the ability to organise yourself in order to purify and find balance whilst remaining in the flow. Emotional balance gives us the equilibrium required to be guided by one’s own inner knowing, our true power, and to be open to the streaming of divine consciousness.

“…and we return to source, again becoming the ‘Dot’; the centre point of the Geometry of the Sacred…” The Red Moon Kin represents the archetype of ‘The Healer’. We have to ‘feel to heal’. So to release, shedding the skin is vital. The reward is the beautiful new skin underneath waiting to be revealed; vulnerability and strength are the perfect combination to face any challenges and emerge unscathed.

The magnetic tones of this Spectral Moon fall upon Kin 144 Magnetic Seed - 7th May and Kin 157 Magnetic Earth 20th May. These two Kin each create 13-day wavespells, allowing us to sow the seed, setting the intention for new beginnings, be open to change and align with the numerical vibration of five, instigating the change of energy within and without. We may find ourselves meandering along the blooming garden paths of the sacred labyrinth of opportunity. Red Earth is the Kin of navigation and synchronicity, aligned with the matrix, bringing us to where we need to be in order to evolve, comprehending the synchronised patterns and purpose. All unfolding under the guidance of our inner knowing, instinct and power. We are reminded that the seed is within. It is our inner occult power, and in reality, we can do nothing more than simply be human and wonder about the purpose of evolution.

“All unfolding under the guidance of our inner knowing, instinct and power.” At the beginning of this piece, I wrote that we are said to be ‘created in His likeness’; does this mean we need to evolve. Why are we not already God like? God’s essence is love, compassion and humility, and achieving this may

bring us to the point of enhanced evolution. Perhaps we are just thoughts, the ponderings of the GOD, taking itself back to the beginning, from the ‘dot’, the fractal piece of sacred geometry that evolved through shape and form as an expansive consciousness in order to exist? And perhaps, when this GOD, Creator, being, consciousness, universal order of all that is, Great Spirit, or whatever you feel comfortable with as a term of reference, have ‘thought’ it all through, then, we shall see the likeness and understand. Perhaps, all our growth through the civilisations and eons of creation, imagination and dimensional possibility and more, shall then instantly disappear from his/her story. As each thought, each human reincarnation and lifetime of experience is completed, and we return to source, again becoming the ‘Dot’; the centre point of the Geometry of the Sacred… The Seed, from where Eden began and to where we are now endeavouring to return! Mandalas

The Mentalist By Jason D. Varga

Let’s take a slight detour from sacred geometry to look at mandalas; how they can help quieten your mind and deepen your understanding of yourself. What is a mandala? According to Wikipedia: “A mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing attention of practitioners and adepts, as a spiritual guidance tool, for establishing a sacred space and as an aid to meditation and trance induction. In the Eastern religions of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Shintoism it is used as a map representing deities, or especially in the case of Shintoism, paradises, kami or actual shrines. “Mandala as an art form first appeared in Buddhist art that were produced in India during the first century B.C.E. In New Age, the mandala is a diagram,

46

Supernal Magazine

chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a time-microcosm of the universe, but it originally meant to represent wholeness and a model for the organizational structure of life itself, a cosmic diagram that shows the relation to the infinite and the world that extends beyond and within various minds & bodies.” The mandala itself is man-made, whether painted, chiselled, sown, or by coloured sand arrangement. Most people would tend to think of Hinduism, or the many variations of Buddhism, when it comes to these beautiful works of art. However, we see mandalas all around the globe from differing ancient cultures. Mandalas appear in Persian Islamic theosophy and early Christianity. From the Mesoamerican civilizations, the Mayans and the Aztecs had their versions of mandalas, most famously the Sun Stone that came into focus during Y2K. Of course those who tread in spiritual circles would be

familiar with mandalas – even in ritual high magick we see variations. Although, to a broad section of modern western culture, the only experience of mandalas that people have encountered are the Colour in Your Own Mandala colouring books you see at newsagents, which are sold as adult stress relief colouring books. We will touch on the importance of colouring, drawing, creating your own mandalas further down in this column.

“Jung recognised that the urge to make mandalas emerges during moments of intense personal growth.” In fact, sometimes the creation is more important than the finished product. Creating a mandala while meditating is very cathartic to the mind and spirit. In India, where they practice non-permanence, huge mandalas are created with coloured sand and then

mental health swept away, for nothing lasts in one state forever. In western psychological interpretations, we owe the re-introduction of mandalas into modern western thought to Carl Gustav Jung. In his pioneering exploration of the unconscious through his own art making, Jung observed the motif of the circle spontaneously appearing. The circle drawings reflected his inner state at that moment. In his autobiography, Jung wrote: “I sketched every morning in a notebook a small circular drawing, ... which seemed to correspond to my inner situation at the time. ... Only gradually did I discover what the mandala really is: ... the Self, the wholeness of the personality, which if all goes well is harmonious.” - Carl Jung, Memories, Dreams, Reflections, pp. 195–196. Jung recognised that the urge to make mandalas emerges during moments of intense personal growth. Their appearance indicates a profound re-balancing process is underway in the psyche. The result of the process is a more complex and better integrated personality. “The mandala serves a conservative purpose -namely, to restore a previously existing order. But it also serves the creative purpose of giving expression and form to something that does not yet exist, something new and unique. ... The process is that of the ascending spiral, which grows upward while simultaneously returning again

and again to the same point.” - Jungian analyst Marie-Louise von Franz, C. G. Jung: Man and His Symbols, p. 225 According to psychologist David Fontana, its symbolic nature can help one “to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.”

“In fact, sometimes the creation is more important than the finished product.” Mandalas are a great way to focus and enter a hypnotic state. I’m sure most people are familiar with the old spinning hypnosis spiral. Here, we see a direct correlation to ancient mandalas and the meditative states. In most hypnotic inductions, the subject is required to focus their attention on something. The spiral seems a bit old hat now, most

“Mandalas are a great way to focus and enter a hypnotic state.” clinicians opting for the client to focus on a spot on the wall or ceiling, the back of their hand etc. However, the spiral is still one of the best focal images, drawing the client into an altered state with the inclusion of the hypnotist’s suggestions. So the next time you are meditating, try using a mandala as your focus image. Lose yourself within it; you will be surprised at how much deeper and calmer your meditation will be. ESPecially best wishes The Mentalist

Mental Health ers tt a M What is Psychosis? By Derran Heney Mental Health Professional According to SANE Australia, one in every 200 people will experience psychosis. Psychosis is a term used for a cluster of symptoms that occur when there is a disturbance in the functioning of an individual, and whereby a person loses their ability to be able to tell what is real, from what is not real. The causes of psychosis are thought to be a mixture of genetic and biological individual factors, and may also include triggers like stress and trauma, substance use, hormones, and medications for example. Psychosis is usually experienced as acute episodes. It is treatable and can be associated as symptoms of a range of many common mental disorders such as; • Schizophrenia • Schizoaffective Disorder • Schizophreniform Disorder • Postpartum psychosis • Delusional Disorder

The Impacts and Risks Associated with Psychosis Stigmas have been a longlasting issue in society, and have contributed to the way people experiencing psychosis have experienced the way they see themselves (self-stigma), and also impacts them seeking support. Psychosis often results in a loss of identity and confidence in oneself, as it can impact relationships, socialising, employment, academic functioning, and physical health. Ongoing issues to do with thinking, memory and cognition can persist. Some people may require admission to hospital to remain safe if risks towards self or others are identified.

“Some first steps in getting help are to contact a General Practitioner, Counsellor or Community Health Centre and discuss what symptoms are being experienced.”

This could include issues around self-harm, suicide, aggression and ideas of harming others. Getting Help Early Some first steps in getting help are to contact a General Practitioner, Counsellor or Community Health Centre and discuss what symptoms are being experienced. A referral to a psychiatrist or mental health professional may be required to determine other support or treatment strategies necessary. Re-Wild

Your Water

Kangan water is possibly the healthiest restructured water available on the planet. There are a range of machines and products available to suit all countries, interest free terms (conditions apply) and Enagic’s distribution network is global making it easy to get a machine in your home in virtually any country! “The world is using almost 500 Billion plastic water bottles every year, the majority of which end up in our landfills and oceans. Transforming ordinary tap water into structured, hydrogen rich, electrolysed reduced water essential for health and wellbeing is the answer to this staggering problem.”

“Our Earth is a giant container of water, from which all forms of life arose. And every living thing is itself essentially a container of water. Like the Earth, we are 70 percent water. It follows, naturally, that the health of the Earth is directly proportionate to the health of ourselves.”

“Not only does drinking and utilising Kangan water for cleaning and toxin removal purposes create a healthy life, there’s a unique business opportunity that allows people to live a lifestyle that is financially rewarding as well.”

Grid Point 44 Continued…

By Louise Clarke

Could it get any better than this? The Secret Place at Deception Creek. At this point, I had entered a state of deep reverence and reflection. There seemed to be little separation between me and the magnificent landscapes we were traversing through, and despite the cold weather, Freya, Mark and I climbed up onto the roof rack of our vehicle as we slowly made our way across private land to the next site. Freya, along her journey of spirit some years ago, had been sent on a journey of initiation to find this place in order to be able to bring people here in the future. This is not your standard campsite where you can pull up in your campervan on a tarred road, park in the allocated bays alongside countless other vehicles and visit the ablutions to refresh yourself. Or walk

52

Supernal Magazine

along a carefully demarcated and signposted path to the engravings, then leave with your generic photographs of the place found anywhere on the net. No, this is an altogether different experience to say the least! It was late afternoon when we arrived in the rich tapestry of that mystical landscape - red, gold, black and blue stark and vibrant in the winter light. We pulled up at a spot some distance from the site and immediately set to making camp before dark. Duncan, our Original guide, arrived as our fire blazed against the icy night, and we settled into a deeply spirited evening of story. At the same time, Duncan dug a fire pit, wove our meat into a parcel of indigenous grass and buried it in the coals to cook. Sitting there that evening, I wondered at what was in store for us in that deeply sacred and secret place. Early the following day, we headed out. I still remember the clarity of the light of that day as we crunched along the dry river bed toward what

looked like two parallel rock walls hugging the old water course. Ancient trees stand as sentinels at the gorge entrance, and there is a sense of awe akin to entering a large temple as you approach. Though I have explored dozens of engraving sites around the world, nothing compares to the magnitude of layer upon layer of strange imprints carved in red rock across hundreds of meters and to date. This secret site stands alone in my experience as being the most profound rock library of engravings I have ever seen. How can you describe the thousands of engravings, some three layers deep-set in the same stone across vast ages? Having researched this sacred place, I came across an article by Charles P Mountford, who, having visited the site in 1937 with some elders of the local Adnyamatna tribe, discovered that the elders had no record of the engravings of this place. And that the aboriginal people did not make them; they were created by the Iti, the mythical lizard man of creation times.

“Ancient trees stand as sentinels at the gorge entrance, and there is a sense of awe akin to entering a large temple...”

sacred sites

The 1963 survey of the place revealed a number of human figures among the engravings resembling humans with big eyes. There is also a lizard man carrying a shield in his left hand and another man carrying two boomerangs, one in each hand. There is also a man depicted with a large penis, wearing a headdress and carrying a spear, plus many representations of lizards and turtle-shaped creatures. The most interesting engravings for me were the well-engraved depictions of human footprints some with four toes! We spent the entire day there. I slept on the ancient rocks and stayed behind after everyone else returned to camp. As the sun started its descent behind the rock walls and the shadows lengthened in that ancient place, I sat quietly and meditated on the rocks. I asked, “What is this place?” and after a while, a reply was reciprocated with the resounding essence of “OLD” that reverberated right through my bones!

William Creek There could be no better end to this life-changing journey than a six-hour roundtrip scenic flight to gain

perspective of our trip and integrate it into a broader sense of the landscape. We departed from Hawker and soared above Wilpena Pound, the grand expanse of Lake Eyre and the mysterious Marree Man, landing at the isolated tiny village of William Creek for lunch. After refuelling – in more ways than one – we headed out again to be awed by an absolutely enormous expanse of untouched earth resembling a painting from above. The painted hills lit up below in the afternoon light. After marvelling at the dingo fence that is testament to how far we will go to protect our livestock, we landed just before sunset - a natural and perfect finale to this life-altering experience!

Chambers GorgeGrid Point 44 & Nepabunna

By Freya Savitri Sampson

In the early morning, we went back into the gorge, and this time, Millie asked to walk in through the other entrance. My intuition told me not to - did I listen? Entering was fine; we did a short, respectful meditation, which was lovely, and then we walked back out the way we had come. The sun was new, and as we walked past a particular point, the air smelled like a rotting kangaroo. Millie said, “It didn’t smell like this when we came in.” I calculated it was too early for the heat to cause this. All of a sudden, I felt his presence standing behind me, the Featherfoot! I spun around; he was pointing a bone at me. Instantly I remonstrated him.

“Don’t you point that thing at me!” A fast-paced exchange occurred on the inner plane while I was invoking verbally. I profusely apologised to him for not listening to his directions about entering the site and assured him we were there in peace. He settled down, the smell dissipated, and we departed. After exiting the campground, we realised we had a puncture. I looked back to see the Featherfoot standing in the tree line, his dry sense of humour evident. Although it was not lost on me how fortunate we had been to depart with merely a flat tyre, for a Featherfoot is not to be trifled with. My High-Lore Elder, Nana Violet, since told me that “Aboriginal people who have the bone pointed at them die within a few days!” It had become apparent that this journey was increasingly less for the faint-hearted. Test passed - progress to the next stage. What next? We drove out deep into country, heading for Nepabunna, where we met Duncan and the elders. There was a moment where I felt we were being watched by a thousand eyes. I said to Millie, “I almost feel like we ought not to be here.”

sacred sites

The desert was dry, and I wondered how these extraordinary people lived here for tens of thousands of years. Momentarily, we came upon a sign. As we approached, I pulled over to read it. It basically said, ‘do not leave the road, Adnyamathanha country.’ I could feel the respect commanded by their magic even before we reached it. I felt a deeper sense of the country and its people. To the best of my knowledge, the Adnyamathanha were known as the only tribe on the continent who revered men and women equally. Their Magi were known as Wirripul men, who could conjure lightning from the skies, directing it towards evildoers or would-be invaders. Nepabunna appeared on the horizon. A strange contrast to the natural wilderness of the desert. We found the campsite and met Duncan and an elder Sharpie who were awaiting our arrival. I noticed his leg was injured, and he was limping. Sharpie told us that all the women Elders were at a big meeting, and he didn’t know when they’d be back. We spent a couple of days sitting around a campfire with them

and a few others, spending time eating and talking.

Sharpie had a small scrap of paper and a pen.

We shared our experience with the Featherfoot. Like all Elders, Sharpie took all this in his stride. He listened to my story about the Crystal Dreaming and the Rainbow Tribe, and he considered my request to journey to their most sacred of sites. No doubt he consulted with his Ancestors, and on the morning of the second day, he took us on a small bush food and medicine walk in the local area.

Drawing a small mud map, he explained, “You drive here, then go along this road until you see this dirt road. Go along that ‘til you see a small tree that looks like this and a patch of dirt that looks like this. Then you gotta walk down this creek bed, and then this one, and then you keep going out about three kilometres and cross another creek bed, then you should see it. If you make it there and back, you can bring other people back there. If you see anyone, you tell ‘em I said you have permission to come.”

I love walking with Elders; there really isn’t a single plant that they cannot share something about. The deep, intrinsic relationship to all life and ecology of country is comforting to the core of my soul. Later, over the evening meal around the fire, Sharpie said, “You can go there. I can’t take you there. My leg is no good. I’ll tell you the way to get there.” I was relieved that we’d passed the checks and balances with the Ancestors, and we were ever so grateful to be entrusted with such sacredness. The following day after breakfast, we bid our friend Duncan farewell.

Test passed, next stage. The whole Earth is a Sacred Site.

Ask Supernal By ShirleySienna

Ms O asks; Why do I see the number 11 everywhere? It’s mostly after the hour when I check the time. I see it in other places such as jersey numbers when a sport is on TV or a number plate of the car in front of me when I’m driving. This number 11 appearance happens sometimes, and other times I don’t see it for months. Still, when I do, it’s almost everywhere. It is definitely no coincidence. I feel my eye drawn to it, like something is guiding me to it and every time I check my phone for the time, guess what time it is? Yep, it’s 11 past the hour! Supernal Answers; Dear Ms O, the number eleven seems to be the most talked about number synchronistically. When numbers constantly repeat in ‘odd and unexpected ways’ we do ourselves an injustice by ignoring this phenomenon.

“Each number has a multitude of meanings, overlapping with other numbers; everyone is a transmitter of frequency!” If we study the meaning of the number, its total sum, and its relation to our personal numerology and circumstance, and what is being pointed out, it may eventuate in a personal quest for knowledge - a journey of discovery. Each number has a multitude of meanings, overlapping with other numbers; every one is a transmitter of frequency!

“Eleven is the number of liberation, freedom and strength, ...” is the number of liberation, freedom and strength, transition, a doorway, and most of all, it is the number of ILLUMINATION, which is why it stands out so clearly, gaining our attention. Perhaps it is simply constantly repeating in order to ‘wake’ us up, keep us alert, urging us to question. You could ask yourself, why is this happening to me, how does it relate to my life now, what am I not seeing or hearing? Ponder, meditate, ask, and allow an answer to come. Trust the answer. If you feel you can relate, and if the eleven occurs more often after some time passes, remember that it also portends change, and ask again - perhaps you will hear a new answer for a new circumstance! You may realise you have taken yourself to a more advanced level of understanding and feel quite affiliated with it, whereas previously, you did not. Eleven can take you into a ‘reverie’ of illumined thoughts, musings, and theories. Numbers are all, God speaks to us in number, and we journey along the planes of an infinite numeric grid of vibration. Image credit: Unsplash

The number eleven can portend opportunity, the divine masculine. Added together, 1+1 represents the feminine vibration of 2! Eleven

Numerology By ShirleySienna

‘Snakes Alive’, is number five. How many fingers, how many toes? One, two, three, four, five - once I caught a fish alive?

Five is the testing ground- five elements, five, protons and five neutrons, five atoms, Five Platonic Solids, even Beethoven’s fifth.

You can create with number five and call in the angels. You can take a risk, have a go, and get the job done! If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again!

Number five gives you the ability to express your personal freedom beyond the acknowledged five human senses; sight, sound, smell, taste and touch - they are just the starting ground to develop your extra sensory perceptions!

How many of us pushed our parent’s past counting to five? Five is the testing ground for much ado… The power of five this May, plus this year of 2021, gives us a perfect 10! This is the time to play and empower, nourish, nurture and experiment.
