They achieve this by only having qualified and now licensed building practitioners on site – from the start, setting out and doing the floor preparation right through to fitting the wall board and fit off. At Fowlers, they believe they construct a better quality home by having qualified contractors overseeing the total build and not using separate contractors for all parts of the home so there is no one on-site taking an overall check of the process. This method can be handled by construction managers but they are not on site all the time. Another area that Fowlers are strong on is using tried and proven subcontractors in the electrical and plumbing trades. They have a history of being very loyal to their sub-contractors and do not change and choose sub-contractors on price only.
