A MESSAGE FROM The Board chaiR

On behalf of the Stuartholme School Board, I extend our heartfelt gratitude to the community that surrounds and supports our school. Your generosity and commitment enable us to continue shaping an environment where every Stuartholme girl can flourish.

Together with Sophia Education Ministries, the Board remains focused on the ongoing implementation of our Strategic Plan and discerning the next steps for growth. These endeavours are guided by our Master Plan, which seeks to enhance the offerings and accessibility of a Sacred Heart education for generations to come.

It is one of the greatest honours of my life to lead the Stuartholme Board. Thank you for the trust you place in us as we work to ensure that every Stuartholme student receives the very best education in a nurturing, faith-filled community.

A MESSAGE FROM The Principal

As we draw the curtain on 2025, we celebrate not only the many achievements of this year but also the remarkable milestone of 105 years of Stuartholme School. This anniversary has given us the opportunity to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the story that has shaped generations and continues to inspire us to step forward with faith, courage and vision.

One of the highlights of this year was the inaugural Heart of Giving Luncheon and Lily Society High Tea, where I had the privilege of sitting alongside members of our community, women of the Sacred Heart and friends of Stuartholme, whose generosity and commitment have sustained and strengthened our mission. These gatherings reminded us that philanthropy is not simply about giving; it is about connection, legacy and the shared belief in the transformative power of education.

Claire Castaing, Superior General of the Society of the Sacred Heart, reminds us that hope is not a passive waiting but an active choice to step forward, to believe in the possibility of transformation and to commit ourselves to the good that can be. Her words have resonated deeply throughout this anniversary year. They remind us that hope is born of love, that it sustains us in uncertainty and that it is a gift we carry into the world through our actions.

As we look towards 2026 and beyond, may we continue to shape a future marked by courage, compassion and a steadfast commitment to justice. Just as our first Sisters trusted in the strength of their mission and the possibilities held within this community 105 years ago, so too do we trust in the promise of what lies ahead. It is a future where Sacred Heart women will continue to make an extraordinary difference well beyond our gates.

ThanK you

Thank you to our 2025 Scholarship, Bursary, Seat Campaign and Building Fund donors who share our vision of nurturing a strong and enduring culture of philanthropy.

CHAPMAN FAMILY

A MESSAGE

FROM The Philanthropy Manager

Reflecting on the past year, Stuartholme School’s philanthropic efforts have thrived thanks to the remarkable dedication of our families, alumnae, staff, and the leadership of our Community Development Committee and School Board. Their generosity through financial contributions, time, and expertise has made a transformative Sacred Heart education accessible to young women who might otherwise not have this opportunity, while also enriching the experience of current students through innovative programs and improvements to learning spaces.

Philanthropy at Stuartholme is a whole-school initiative inspired by the Five Goals of Sacred Heart Education. It is strengthened by the collective action of current families and students, the alumnae, and volunteers. Together, we champion a sustainable culture of impact through our Scholarship and Bursary Program, community-building events, Leave a Legacy Seat Campaign, Alumnaeled International Women’s Day Breakfast and the Parents of Stuartholme Mother’s Day Lunch. These initiatives reflect our commitment to our values, embracing faith, intellect, community, social awareness, and wise freedom.

Our students also play a vital role in shaping an innovative and diverse environment. Whether serving on the Year 11 fundraising committee, engaging in JPIC service projects, or leading advocacy campaigns like the Ponytail Project, they embody the spirit of giving. These experiences cultivate empathy, leadership, and social responsibility, qualities that prepare Stuartholme students to make an impact far beyond our gates.

As we reflect on this year’s achievements, we remain deeply committed to fostering the philanthropic spirit that empowers generations of young women to become thoughtful, engaged, and empowered citizens. Thank you for being an essential partner in this shared journey. Together, we are creating an impact that lasts a lifetime.
