Last Month: Cowboy Chicken Cowboy Chic ken has been cooking all-natural chicken over a wood-burning fire all around the nation for over 30 years. Today, guests can still enjoy the same delicious, wood-fired rotisserie chicken, along with an impressive selection of homemade sides and seasonal menu items. Eat Fit Go recent ly opened its 2nd Lincoln location at SouthPointe Pavilions! Eat Fit Go provides a simple solution to eating healthy on the go with fresh meals prepared daily that are never frozen, low in sodium, high in protein, allergy-friendly, and contain no preservatives. The refrigerators are stocked with a wide variety of pre-packaged, ready-to-consume meals and snacks. All have simple ingredients clearly listed on the package, and most with fewer than 600 calories. With options like breakfast tacos, fajita bowls, chicken pesto and citrus salmon, there’s something for everyone.
