With an easily accessible Free Home Fall Evaluation, family members can fill out the online questionnaire about the senior’s home and will be provided with personalized tips and ideas on how to eliminate existing hazards and make the house safer. Upon completion, there is also the option of ordering any necessary items, such as grab bars and other safety items, which can be mailed directly to the senior’s home and installed by whomever they choose.
