Eric, a Michigan native, was brought into the trucking industry by a desire to make a great living while traveling the country and experiencing something new each and every day. Over his career, Eric has joined the Haul of Fame, won numerous Driver of the Month awards, and become highly successful as a company driver! Outside of work, Eric is an avid ghost hunter that enjoys visiting haunted locations with friends in hopes of experiencing paranormal activity!

Justin Kreimer - Vice President of Regional Operations

Please join us in welcoming Justin Kreimer, as our Vice President of Regional Operations to the Stevens Transport family. Justin comes to us with over twenty years of organizational leadership within the transportation and logistics industry. Justin will lead the growth strategy, development, and expansion of our regional network. Justin’s career in transportation began at Knight Transportation where he rapidly progressed through the ranks mastering sales and operations. After a decade at Knight leading the expansion of their regional terminals, Justin joined Marten Transport with the responsibility of architecting and executing a regional division resulting in dynamic revenue growth.

Justin is recognized for a proven track record of sales management with a high focus on operational execution delivering both top and bottom-line growth. We are confident Justin will lead our strategic growth initiatives with his ability to develop talent leadership and providing value-add solutions and services for a robust Regional Network offering.

Wes Vickers - Vice President of Operations

Please join us in welcoming Wes Vickers to Stevens Transport as our Vice President of Operations. Wes has 20 plus years of transportation management experience with Knight-Swift Transportation. Wes joined Knight- Swift in 1998 upon graduating University of Southern Colorado with a BA in Business and Finance. Over the span of twenty-four years with Knight-Swift, Wes has held numerous roles in operations and worked his way from the ground up to Senior Director of Operations for the SouthCentral Region, with total oversight of 8 terminals, 1500 assets with full P&L, safety, and revenue growth responsibility.

Wes is known for creating efficient operations by having a high level of expectations and creating a culture of ownership and accountability. Focusing on the employee development personally and professionally is a priority for Wes as his strategy has proven to drive confidence and competence across his teams. Wes’s strategic management style leads to organizational trust that improves overall efficiency, decreases cost, and improves revenue through customer satisfaction. Known for his strength in developing network planning and optimization systems we are confident Wes will continue the positive changes in our Operations and drive great value to Stevens.

Although Wes has spent the last three years in Dallas, he has called Texas his home for the past 15 years. Outside of work, Wes has two sons whom he is very proud of, both serving in different branches of the military!

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Freni to Executive Vice President of Operations and Logistics. Sam joined Stevens Transport in June 2020 as our Vice President of Operations and during this time has increased our operating efficiencies while promoting a team environment to achieve these results. Sam has also been instrumental in increasing our logistics footprint bringing a national focus to the division.

In this new role, Sam will incorporate his leadership skills and extensive knowledge in Sales and Operations to further enhance our top and bottom-line results.

We are extremely grateful to Nikeyta "Pinky" Mathews for representing Stevens at the ANNUAL MOTHER'S DAY TRUCK CONVOY. The truck convoy was established many years ago in hopes of fulfilling the wish of a young child who always wanted to talk on a C. B. radio. This small wish was granted and this convoy has now grown into one of the largest truck convoys in the United States. Last year’s event raised thousands of dollars and was attended by thousands of children and families whom are beneficiaries of Make-A-Wish® Foundation. We are honored to once again have Nikeyta "Pinky" Mathews representing Stevens Transport!

GERALD RHODEN 25 Years of Excellence

Stevens Transport Independent Contractor and 2022 Driver of the Year Winner, Gerald Rhoden, has reached the four-million-mile mark! Gerald, a member of the Stevens Transport driving force since November of 1998, graduated with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! As one of the top trainers in the history of Stevens Transport, Gerald has proudly trained nearly 200 new drivers, and now driven over 4 million miles! Gerald’s exemplary determination combined with his passion for success and helping others results in his ultimate success both on and off the road! When he isn’t behind the wheel, Gerald is a loving father, friend and husband who makes everyone around him feel like family.

ONE MILLION MILES Roberto lopez jr.

Please join us in welcoming Roberto Lopez Jr to the Stevens Transport million-mile Haul of Fame! Roberto, an Albuquerque, New Mexico native, joined the Stevens Transport driving force in 2010, shortly after graduating with his CDL from the Stevens Driving Academy! Jerry Green Sr - Facility Maintenance

We are happy to announce that the Paragon Leasing Employee of the Month is Jerry Green!

Jerry, a Dallas, Texas native, has been a member of the Paragon Leasing team since August of 2006! Jerry is a member of our facilities maintenance team that has extensive knowledge of handyman repairs as well as over 16 years of working knowledge around our facility. He is diligent and gets all assigned tasks completed on time. Jerry is known by his coworkers as being a pleasure to be around, as he is a genuinely happy person who gets along well with everyone. Jerry is extremely punctual, as he very rarely misses work and is known to come in early and help other team members with their projects! Over his near two decades with Paragon Leasing, Jerry a wealth of knowledge which helps him complete job tasks in a timely manner and also come up with solutions to help keep our repair costs down.
