Hello Neighbors,

Mission Bay’s condo inventory for sale and lease remained low in Q3. This steady demand was supported by UCSF, its proximity to CalTrain, new city leadership, and AI companies leasing office space.

By the end of Q3, there was a noticeable increase in pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Additionally, both for sale and for lease inventory trended downwards. This combination of increasing rents and low for-sale inventory sets the stage for future price appreciation, suggesting that 2026 will bring more workers to Mission Bay and increased demand for real estate.
