Bless Baby Jesus Day On Thursday, December 20th, our school children will have an opportunity to bring their Baby Jesus from home for a blessing after our school 9:00 a.m. Mass. Please see the enclosed flyer. Prayer Service There will be a prayer service in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Tuesday, December 12th at 2:15. The prayer service will be led by 3rd graders.
Advent Service Project For our Advent Service Project, we will be collecting donations for the Village House. Please see the enclosed flyer listing items needed. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
Christmas Program-K-3 On Monday, December 17th, students in Grades K-3 will present our Christmas Program, “Once Upon A Starry Night”. There will be two performances: 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Due to the normal large attendance, grandparents might like to attend the 1:00 performance. Pre School Christmas Program Our Pre School Christmas Program is Sunday, December 16th at 2:00 p.m. Doors will not open until 1:40 p.m. If you would like to donate cookies for the after performance reception, please bring them with you to the cafeteria. Thank you. Ronald McDonald House Sacred Heart Campus students are still collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. If you have any tabs that you would like to donate, Mrs. Meek will be taking our current collection to the Ronald McDonald House over Christmas break. A great big thanks to Nason Natole (Gr. 5) for bringing in 6 big buckets full of tabs. Great job Nason! Christmas Vacation We begin our Christmas vacation on Monday, December 24th. School will resume on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Mobile Dentist Great news! Our school has partnered with Smile Programs…the mobile dentists, to offer in-school dental care. The dentist and his team will be coming to Sacred Heart Campus TUESDAY,

If you want your child to see the dentist just fill out the permission slip that was sent home earlier this week and return it to the school. You can learn more about Smile Programs, or sign up online, by visiting the mobile dentist website at www.mobiledentists.com Craft Bazaar Program Cover Students were invited to design program covers for the Sacred Heart Craft Bazaar held on November 9th and 10th. Congratulations to the following winners whose designs were chosen: Chantz Gomez, Camryn Gomez, William Connell, Maliah Sanchez and Danika Denman. Students received a bouquet of balloons and a small gift. Box Top Winners Congratulations to Mrs. Giebel's class for winning an extra recess that they celebrated earlier. They brought in the most Box Tops for the month of October. The school goal is to raise $1000.00 for the school year. This requires 10,000 Box Tops. Mrs. Linkenhoker’s 6th grade class won the Box Top contest for the month of November. These students have also earned an extra recess. Congratulations to Mrs. Linkenhoker’s 6th graders. *DVD Request Our Early Childhood Center is asking if anyone has any age appropriate DVD’s they would like to donate to our preschoolers. The DVDs that they currently watch, have run their course. So if your child has outgrown some of their movies, our preschoolers would love to have them. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
