Whitetail Club Members,

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday with family and friends and that you are looking forward to a happy and healthy 2025.

There is plenty of winter activity on the events calendar including some unique outdoor adventures. Starting in January, join us on the Elk View Sleigh ride through Long Valley for unforgettable views of Rocky Mountain elk in their natural habitat. Then, in February, we are hosting a Co-Ed Nordic Ski Clinic and a guided Snowmobile Trip through Brundage Mountain. For some indoor flavor, we have a Coffee Tasting in January (details to follow), and an Under the Stars Yurt Dinner and Underground Dinner in February. Just to name a few. You can RSVP using the portal, app or email the Club Concierge, Amanda Callahan.

Each membership will receive their member guide in the mail in the coming weeks. We hope you enjoy the new format and find it a valuable resource for all things Whitetail Club throughout the year. Thanks to everyone who submitted a new photo and updated their contact information. Remember that the Member Portal can be continually updated throughout the year, so if something needs to be refreshed, please feel free to make those changes, add a photo, etc.

Since we were changing things up this year, we also transformed our traditional Kids Calendar into an Activity Adventure Guide. If any junior Members (up to 12 years old) still need one, please contact Amanda Callahan so we can send it to you.

In 2024, Whitetail Club turned the heads of some noteworthy national media, like Dwell, Forbes, and Mansion Global, to name a few. Coverage has spanned the launch of Legacy Ranch, the opportunity to buy and build, and our club's unique lifestyle. In case you missed it, we included some of the top stories from 2024 on page 11.

That national interest translated to real estate activity as well. The team had a strong year of inquiries, on-site tours, sales, and Discovery Tour bookings for 2025. If you have friends or a family member interested in joining our community, contact an agent to help coordinate their visit and secure the popular dates.

Food Network

We're kicking o the year with new culinary experiences for everyone in the family. In January, we'll be hosting a Co ee Tasting Event on January 19 (details to follow). Meanwhile, February is jam-packed with events, including an Under the Stars Yurt Dinner on February 15, our rst Kids Cooking Class at the Budding Chef's Academy on February 16, and a secret Underground Dinner on February 22.

Escape the ordinary and join us for a serene evening "Under the Stars" in our ridgetop yurt, where winter's magic comes alive beneath a canopy of twinkling lights. While it snows outside, embrace the warmth of the Yurt and indulge in a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner that celebrates the season. After dinner, we'll wrap ourselves in blankets around the re pit and enjoy the peacefulness of the night sky. We can share stories or simply take in the beauty of the stars above. RSVP to join us on February 15 for Dinner at the Yurt.

Unleash your child's culinary creativity at our Budding Chefs Academy! This fun and interactive cooking class is

designed for young food enthusiasts eager to learn the art of cooking in a safe and engaging environment. We will o er age-appropriate, simple, tasty, and fun recipes while encouraging creative expression and teaching essential kitchen skills. At the end of the class, kids will have the opportunity to savor the delicious dishes they've created and take home a special recipe that will inspire them to continue their culinary adventures at home! The time of the event is tentative and subject to change.

RSVP to join us on February 16 for the Kids Cooking Class.

At the end of the month Members will be granted access to the secret undisclosed location only divulged the day of the event. Members can expect upscale dining in a unique space not normally thought to dine in. The small group will enhance the feeling of exclusivity and intrigue. A beverage pairing will accompany the 3-course meal. RSVP to join us on February 22 for the Underground Dinner.
