Director’s Note Dear Whitetail Club Members,

A sincerest Happy Mother’s Day to all our Whitetail Club moms. If you are a mom to a four-legged fur-baby, YOU COUNT TOO, and the happiest of days to you as well. If you haven’t made your reservations for Mother’s Day Brunch at the clubhouse restaurant, make sure to call today. Chef Marcus and the team have a beautiful menu planned, and all our moms will leave with a little something special. The weather these next couple of weeks looks absolutely beautiful, and because of this, we’re currently on track to open all of our summer amenities on schedule as planned. Refer to the hours of operation section of the newsletter for specifics and keep an eye out for our weekly emails for updates. There are still a couple of spots available for our Paint & Sip event on May 8th and our first-ever Pickleball Clinic on May 15th, and we hope to see you all at our Season Opening Tournament scheduled for the 29th. Contact the concierge today to confirm your participation. With efforts to protect and improve the Whitetail Club experience for all our members, we will be implementing additional restrictions regarding guest access. Specifically, there will be a limit to how many guests a specific membership can bring to certain amenities at any given time. The affected amenities will include our workout facility, pools, beaches, hot tubs, and park. Larger groups may still be permitted but will need prior approval. Please note that these new guest limits do not apply to extended family and aren’t in play when dining in any of our outlets. There are already rules in place regarding guest access at the club’s dining experiences.

With respect to the golf course, we have implemented additional restrictions to how much non-member group play will be permitted each season. Additionally, we’ll also be clearly calling out any group play, whether member or lodge, in the monthly Trailblazers and reminders will be included in the weekly emails so you can avoid any unfavorable disruptions during your time here. This season, only two days of group play will require a complete closure of the course, and both are member affiliated charity golf tournaments for important causes. The specifics of these policy revisions will be included in the updated Rules & Regulations section of the Membership Directory reprint that you’ll receive later this month. If you have any questions or are looking for clarifications regarding these changes, please reach out. Thank you in advance for reviewing these important club documents and discussing these updated expectations with your families. Lastly, new gate codes are in effect as of May 1st. Your previous gate codes will no longer allow access into Whitetail Club. If you need a reminder of your new gate code, please reach out to our Club Concierge or our Safety & Security team. Looking forward to a safe and exciting summer season,
